Very nice hotel in an excellent location. Plenty of parking which was free, so that is an added bonus. My room was spacious and clean. The fitness center was nice too. This is in a great location and easy walk to local shops and businesses.

This property is right off the highway so it was easy to find. It is downtown so be careful it is alot of homelessness and people who come to your window asking for change. My room was spotless and I did feel safe. I do not like the parking- it is full and overflow parking is at the Jimmy John’s next door. I worried about my car being towed when I couldn’t find a spot. This is the only Home2Suites in the city without a pool and no neighboring pool access to a sister property unfortunately. I would stay again though.

All of the staff seemed pretty friendly. My room was nice enough. There was a dirty towel underneath my sink vanity when I checked in so I’m wondering about how thoroughly they clean the rooms. I had seen that parking was a problem the reviews. I stayed for 4 days and noticed that the parking lot is only full past 7 pm. You can see my picture during the day there’s plenty of parking but if you get in late there is not alot of parking mostly the EV and handicap spots open. I think most people are just passing through for one night and they leave early in the morning. The location is pretty good. Right next to the highway. A short walk a few blocks to a grocery store and a park. Close to the stadium. The breakfast was alright. All in all not bad if you’re passing through!

The property was utterly gorgeous and very well themed. The free breakfast was the best that I’ve experienced with lots of options and cooked food. While we were there the cable and WiFi wasn’t available. Also, our room door wasn’t level or something so I had to have someone help open and shut it to lock. It needed to get slammed extremely hard in order to lock it when leaving. There were a lot of dogs staying and the garbage can outside by the dog walk area was overflowing with smelly bags. Overall though, the staff was nice although no concessions for the lack of TV and WiFi. Food was good and the decor was top notch. Our room had a full kitchen minus a stove but had a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The bedding was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is modern, clean with friendly staff. What we didn't like was both days we stayed, there were no parking available. Parking lot was full and had to park outside of the property without any street lighting. Then there were loud cars revving right outside our window.

When we checked in the front desk staff was very friendly and quick. Upon visiting our room we immediately noticed that the floor was extremely dirty, lots of food crumbs and hair. The counters in the kitchenette were dirty and there was dried food spills in the sheets - yuck! When we returned to the front desk the staff was immediately understanding and apologetic. They switched us to a new and clean room on a different floor with no hesitation and asked that we submit the photos of our room to them in order to address the issue with the cleaning staff. This is clearly an ongoing issue with the cleaning crew and not lack of hospitality from the front desk staff. When we arrived to the new room we were pleased with the room, view, location, and most importantly the hospitality of the front desk lady.

Bathroom not very clean especially the shower was covered with hair on the floor. Ick! The newly opened restaurant was a disappointment. The restaurant was not busy but our food arrived cold and way too salty. I expected more for the price that we paid for the room.

The property location was convenient and inviting. However, parking was an issue Saturday night. The supplies were low as they were waiting on a delivery. No housekeeping, the bathroom smelled sour and not cleaned well. Overall, the spacing was amazing and the structure was modern and welcoming. Breakfast was limited and dry. But having it available was nice. Would stay again. Staff was pleasant.

Comfortable, clean, attractive room. Appreciated the curtain between the bed and small sofa, which allowed one occupant to snooze while another reads. Good complimentary breakfast. Convenient sandwich shop next door, which allowed us to obtain dinner without having to drive around (and get lost) on the confusing Jacksonville streets.

Employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. Hotel location is convenient for numerous attractions in Jacksonville. The area was also quiet and safe. Plenty of parking and an on-site restaurant was also nice.

I booked a room with two queen beds. When we arrived and went to the front desk, I was told there weren’t any rooms with two beds available. I booked this room almost a month prior. They said one king bed was the best they could do. So we took that room and I had to share a bed with my aunt. They didn’t offer to compensate any part of the booking. I didn’t ask them to but if you didn’t have what I booked, normally businesses want to make it right in some way. If I was there with my uncle, one king bed room wouldn’t have worked and they would’ve had to provide two rooms to make it right. Just disappointed in how it was handled. Hotel itself was clean and had complimentary breakfast and free parking.

I chose this property because it stated 24/7 check in. Upon arriving at the property from 24 straight hours of flying around 1 am, we found a door closed, with no one at the front desk, no one answering the phone, no one answering the intercom. After banging for 15 minutes on every window, an attendant showed up, was visibly annoyed , did not apologize. Never again. Better options around

We were only here for 1 night. My kids and I were down for a concert. The location was perfect, and only 10 minutes away from the arena. The stay was comfortable and pleasant. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was a added bonus.

This was our second trip to Jacksonville and our 2nd stay at Home2 Suites. It's centrally located downtown and has easy access to any day trips you have planned. We'll be staying here again on our 3rd trip. The only thing that bothered me was that the decaf coffee and regular coffee machines in the lobby were never hot. I

Very nice and clean room but breakfast was not good at all. They ran out of bread, one of the staff was telling the guest that why they are eating too much yogurt! No eggs or warm breakfast. The hot water for tea was cold. In general hotel room was great but terrible service.
