꾸따 교통 체증이 심하다고 해서 공항 근처 호텔을 찾다가 발견한 보석 같은 호텔입니다. 일단 비치가 걸어서 6분 정도이며 가는 길에 마사지, 식당 등이 있어요. 다른 길은 꾸따 비치 쪽인데 디스커버리 몰와 비치워크 몰이 3km이내에 있습니다. 개인적으로는 호텔 근처 150m 빅 갤러리 상점이 싸서 선물 많이 구입했어요. 350m 성당이 있어서 성탄 전야 미사를 할 수 있다고 해서 방문했어요. 6시가 영어 미사라고 해서 5시 40분에 갔는데 특별한 날이라 그런지 7시 넘어서 미사 시작 4-5천명 함께 했던 특별한 경험을 알게 해주었어요. 위치 너무 괜찮습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 조식은 평범했지만 먹을만했어요. 루프트탑 수영장 뷰도 좋고 관리도 잘 되어서 깨끗했어요.

Overall the stay was good. Room was comfortable, although a little cramped for 3 adults. Service was excellent. But the biggest negative point is that the reception and lobby is not air conditioned. More astonishingly, even the restaurant is devoid of ac which is a real problem in the hot and humid climate of Bali. This is unacceptable and needs immediate rectification.

空港までのシャトルバスが魅力でしたが、宿泊時はメンテナンス中とのことで使えず余計なタクシー代がかかりました。 また、プールがついていましたが、こちらもメンテナンス中で入ることができませんでした。 ルームキーが２枚渡されましたが、一枚は別の部屋のもので、別の部屋の方が自分のルームキーを持っているかと思うと怖かったです。 最終日にはコンセント類が使えず、携帯等の充電ができないため、スタッフに声かけしましたが、確認すると言ったきり何も対処してもらえませんでした。

The hotel is closely located to the airport, which was one of our reasons for choosing it. The rooms were large and nicely designed. All the staff were friendly but some seemed a lot more organised and 'on it' than others. The rooftop pool area was small but very quiet and nicely designed. We ordered drinks and food to the rooftop, which seemed a bit stressful for the staff when we wanted to pay cash. The food we ordered really wasn't great, probably the worst meal we had all trip sadly.

What I liked: - the staff recognized and acknowledged my titanium elite status, was upgraded to a room with a balcony, only for to find out that our balcony was looking out to the next building wall. Regardless, the upgrade was appreciated - the staff makes all the difference, their customer service is very very good.... - proximity to the airport... for an overnight to catch an early flight, it's location is good What I did not like in the facility: - they advertise airport shuttle, but their shuttle service starts at 10 am... who stays at a nearby airport hotel if not for an early flight. Anyway, hotel front desk made sure the taxi is waiting when we came down. - the walls are thin that you can hear people at the room next door or in the hall way. We felt bad to get ready at 5:00 am for our flight, I am sure the next door guest was mad at us - their linens need to be RETIRED. Guests would have remembered the very white, plush, soft towels they used and forget the thin walls, but unfortunately for us, we remember thin walls, and the very old linen.

The location is good. It’s very close to the airport, shopping area,restaurant and the beach. The employees are excellent. Very courteous, helpful and quick to respond. The bathroom is too slippery and needs a grab bar while showering especially for senior citizens. It’s not safe. The towels are too old. It’s gray in color instead of white.

The staff was amazing. Clean areas and room. Only thing that i know will bother light sleepers is the noise ( no noise barrier between rooms) you also can heatoutside noise. They provide ear plugs. If i visit Bali again will stay at hotel again

We chose this location to be close to the airport. Our room was good sized and well laid out. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Our lunch in the restaurant was very good. We checked out the 6th floor and thought it was great but we ran out of time! We had a great stay here.

We stayed here before our flight. Everything was wonderful. The staff were kind and made check in so easy and quick. The beds were so comfortable. It is a convenient 5-10 minute walk to the airport from here, making it perfect for early flights!

The only thing that was very frustrating was when we arrived to the airport we’re looking for the airport shuttle to find out they didn’t have one. They said we have to schedule it and also have to pay for it. Means it’s not offered like it states on Expedia. We had to pay 200,000. The hotel it self is really nice expect my blackout curtains wouldn’t close all the way and people across from our room could see in. The staff is amazing very sweet, kind, and professional. The shower pressure is great although the waterfall head didn’t work but the other hand one worked. The breakfast is overpriced but very yummy and the hand made coffee was great. If you need something close to the airport this is it. Will stay again when we leave since it’s near the airport. Amazing staff.

Guests would have remembered the very white, plush, soft towels they used and forget the thin walls, but unfortunately for us, we remember thin walls, and the very old linen.
What I liked: - the staff recognized and acknowledged my titanium elite status, was upgraded to a room with a balcony, only for to find out that our balcony was looking out to the next building wall. Regardless, the upgrade was appreciated - the staff makes all the difference, their customer service is very very good.... - proximity to the airport... for an overnight to catch an early flight, it's location is good What I did not like in the facility: - they advertise airport shuttle, but their shuttle service starts at 10 am... who stays at a nearby airport hotel if not for an early flight. Anyway, hotel front desk made sure the taxi is waiting when we came down. - the walls are thin that you can hear people at the room next door or in the hall way. We felt bad to get ready at 5:00 am for our flight, I am sure the next door guest was mad at us - their linens need to be RETIRED. Upon arrival, Excel greeted us and took care of our bags. He got us checked in and made the entire experience so smooth. He even brought our bags up to our room. He was just an all around amazing young man. The breakfast team was amazing and they have plenty of options. Overall stay was a 10/10, definitely recommend!

We stayed here before our flight. Everything was wonderful. The staff were kind and made check in so easy and quick. The beds were so comfortable. It is a convenient 5-10 minute walk to the airport from here, making it perfect for early flights!

Great property to stay as you arrive or depart Kuta. We like quiet hence why we didn’t stay longer. A quick walk to the beach, tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was included and provided many options. Staff get 10/10!

꾸따 교통 체증이 심하다고 해서 공항 근처 호텔을 찾다가 발견한 보석 같은 호텔입니다. 일단 비치가 걸어서 6분 정도이며 가는 길에 마사지, 식당 등이 있어요. 다른 길은 꾸따 비치 쪽인데 디스커버리 몰와 비치워크 몰이 3km이내에 있습니다. 개인적으로는 호텔 근처 150m 빅 갤러리 상점이 싸서 선물 많이 구입했어요. 350m 성당이 있어서 성탄 전야 미사를 할 수 있다고 해서 방문했어요. 6시가 영어 미사라고 해서 5시 40분에 갔는데 특별한 날이라 그런지 7시 넘어서 미사 시작 4-5천명 함께 했던 특별한 경험을 알게 해주었어요. 위치 너무 괜찮습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 조식은 평범했지만 먹을만했어요. 루프트탑 수영장 뷰도 좋고 관리도 잘 되어서 깨끗했어요.

We stayed for just one night after coming from the Nusa Islands, with an early flight the next morning. You can never go wrong with a Marriott stay, and this one was no exception. The location is excellent — very close to the airport, with plenty of great restaurants and massage places within walking distance. We chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport. While I had hoped they would provide complimentary transport (as mentioned on their website), the drivers were only available after 12 pm, which was a little disappointing. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly noted online. That said, Grab was very affordable and convenient, so it wasn’t a big issue. There restaurant isn’t worth the price, the hotel is far from everything, there is no AC in the restaurant, you have to pay for shuttle to and from the airport even though it stated it was offered. Can find way better hotels near everything for less.

The hotel itself is average. The staff is great The breakfast is best part of hotel The restaurant is a problem. They have a great main menu, the people is half of what you prefer and usually the best items are unavailable. Apparently hey have a poor supplier so are out of stock on menu items all the time. I stayed for 7 days and some no of the items were never available. They also offer a promotion on pre paid food at the restaurant which is kind of a bait and switch If you pre pay 800,000 IDR they way the benefit is 1,00,000 million IDR in food and drinks. What they actually means is 200,000 IDR for a total of 1,000,000 of which you paid 800,000 for It’s very easy to think you pay 800k and get 1m for a towel of 1.8m the way it’s advertised but this isn’t true You only get 200k credit on the 800k paid The area around is very dirty, many spas and massages but not a single one seemed clean so I paaaes on them all. Stay dogs also are in abundance, happy all friendly but still. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and local food places offer very very below average food taste wise I wouldn’t stay in this area again and if I booked a room it would be at holiday inn which is closer to the beach instead of this hotel Having said all that the staff was friendly and they do a good job with what hey have to work with

Overall the stay was good. Room was comfortable, although a little cramped for 3 adults. Service was excellent. But the biggest negative point is that the reception and lobby is not air conditioned. More astonishingly, even the restaurant is devoid of ac which is a real problem in the hot and humid climate of Bali. This is unacceptable and needs immediate rectification.
Overall the stay was good. Room was comfortable, although a little cramped for 3 adults. Service was excellent. But the biggest negative point is that the reception and lobby is not air conditioned. The only thing that was very frustrating was when we arrived to the airport we’re looking for the airport shuttle to find out they didn’t have one. They said we have to schedule it and also have to pay for it. Means it’s not offered like it states on Expedia. We had to pay 200,000. The hotel it self is really nice expect my blackout curtains wouldn’t close all the way and people across from our room could see in. The staff is amazing very sweet, kind, and professional. The shower pressure is great although the waterfall head didn’t work but the other hand one worked. The breakfast is overpriced but very yummy and the hand made coffee was great. If you need something close to the airport this is it. Will stay again when we leave since it’s near the airport. Amazing staff.

The hotel is closely located to the airport, which was one of our reasons for choosing it. The rooms were large and nicely designed. All the staff were friendly but some seemed a lot more organised and 'on it' than others. The rooftop pool area was small but very quiet and nicely designed. We ordered drinks and food to the rooftop, which seemed a bit stressful for the staff when we wanted to pay cash. The food we ordered really wasn't great, probably the worst meal we had all trip sadly.
