Hotel is very clean and convenient location. However, I would not stay here unless you like the sound of constant cars and booming music every hour of the night - we had a ‘city’ view which was just the busiest road. The soundproofing is not great and being a light sleeper it wasn’t great. House keeping was great can’t fault them, we had a cockroach in our room and they sorted it out. I can’t say if the noise would be the same in other rooms. The pool is disappointing, hardly any loungers and people left their towels on there so you never knew if they were taken or not. I would say the pool lets down the hotel as a whole and I can’t say it’s 5* standard. It’s also has a massive space with tape cornering it off making it look rather rubbish. Great hotel if you are able to sleep through 4am wheel spins. The Novotel across the road looked more appealing with a huge pool and further away from the road.

Be careful where you stay in this hotel - the rooms facing the street are pretty noisy & this can end late & start early! Bed, duvet, pillows all very comfortable. Room is functional. Recommendations:- 1) Food & drink (esp.) too expensive compared to many places around the hotel 2) Gym needs cooling - was 30 degrees in there at 7am when I started exercising. Still 30 degrees 90 minutes later when I finished (despite requesting AC be turned on - only comes on at 9am I was told) 3) I booked for 4 nights, wanted to cancel after 1 night as change of plan (not hotel fault) but charged full 4 nights - disappointing as an IHG member & understood max. of x1 night to be paid as cancellation fee. Meh!

We loved the design of the rooms and the overall aesthetic of the hotel. It was very clean, modern, and fun. The gym was quite good and there's even a Muay Thai training area. The saunas in the gym locker rooms were a much enjoyed amenity. (Just know you'll probably have to turn on the sauna yourself and give it about 15 minutes to warm up.) Also liked the in-room silk robes and slippers. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. If you're wanting to stay close to nightlife, restaurants, and the beach, this is an excellent location.There was some noise from the street but this is to be expected given the area of town that it is located, and I wouldn't say that it interfered with getting sleep.

Room very comfortable and clean with great toiletries, although very noisy being directly on the main road through Patong. Pool area disappointing as much smaller than photos depict. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Wouldn’t stay again as there are actually much nicer 4 star hotels in the area. Stayed in other Indigo hotels in the past and this just didn’t have the 5 star wow factor as previous experience of Indigo

My stay at Hotel Indigo in Pa Tong Beach, Phuket was amazing thanks to a super friendly staff and the hotel manager Chom going above and beyond upgrading my room to a suite and the delicious complimentary breakfast. The hotel gym was perfect and the locker room as a hot sauna I used daily. The hotel pool was also a nice spot to hangout. Once again the customer service was fantastic and friendly, making my stay even better. I will be back again

Very nice hotel in Phuket. Friendly staff, good size pool access room which gave direct access into pool. Second infinity pool on rooftop with bar. Pool large. Breakfast buffet was very nice with freshly cooked eggs, and lots of choices. Barista made coffee which was terrible, very bitter (I drink black coffee). Short walk to beach with cafes, restaurants and bars outside hotel. Would recommend and stay again.

Very friendly, clean. AMAZING Buffet every morning!! Definitely get the Buffet. We stayed 15 nights with a pool access room. Wonderful to jump into our pool anytime. The roof top pool is GREAT!!! I used the gym almost everyday. I would definitely return to the Indigo. Either pool access room (more $) or the Garden View room.

Definitely not the boutique relaxing hotel they claim to be - noise from the street can be heard in the rooms, rooms poorly cleaned by house keeping and on one occasion house keeping left our room door unlocked. Feels like an upmarket hostel rather than a 5* hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Indigo Hotel, the room was very clean and modern and very comfy bed. Our room was cleaned every day and aircon was nice and cold. The buffet room was very modern also and lots of different options for food. Staff were lovely and always very helpful. The rooftop pool was our favourite, really nice view and the cocktails and bar staff at the swim up bar were excellent. Happy hour was from 5-7pm every day and was always a fun time. The area was great, walking distance to beach and Bangala road for the nightlight and lots of different restaurants. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Very good hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating when it came to changing rooms. Our original room faced the street and was quite loud at night, but they quickly moved us to a room on the opposite side of the building, and we slept peacefully after that. We stayed for nine nights, and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard, with coffee and towels replenished each day. The only minor blemish was that upon checkout, they asked if I had taken a coffee spoon LOL (I hadn’t!). Overall, a great place to stay. Just try to secure a room away from the main street, as it can get quite lively at night.

Traffic in Phuket is terrible. The location of this hotel makes pick up for activities and cabs. Extremely convenient and cuts off a lot of transit time. The property itself is perfect. Everything is extremely modern and the showers are incredible. I did not dine or opt for the breakfast in the hotel. When you get to Thailand, you’ll notice that smoking is allowed almost everywhere. This hotel has the strictest regulations on where you can’t smoke. There’s only two points on the property where you can smoke. If you’re a non-smoker and want to enjoy your meals and drinks without people chain-smoking around you, this hotel is worth it just for that. I had a room with a balcony view. The only downside is outside the hotel starts getting loud around 8 PM and goes all night. If you stay in the Palong Beach neighborhood, that’s unavoidable no matter what hotel you stay at. But I would caution you if you opt for a balcony room, the view might be nice, But the noise levels are intense. The hotel itself was at full capacity, but extremely quiet inside. No noise from neighboring rooms if you’re looking for a quiet hotel or vacation with family, stay away from Patong Beach and stay in old town instead, but if you want to be right in the middle of the action, This hotel is perfect.

This hotel is great! Great location within walking distance to most everything. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms are very nice. It has a rain shower head that is fantastic! We loved the shower and you'll take many with this heat. The water pressure gets harder and softer randomly which makes it feel like a real rain shower. Water pressure is great too! But the best thing is the staff. Cant say enough about them. They went out of their way to help us when my wife got sick the last evening. They allowed us to stay in the room until we had to leave for the airport at 6:30 PM at no extra charge so my wife could rest. Late check out is 2:00. That wouldn't happen in the US. I'd be charged another night. They are the nicest people here. Told us they hoped she got to feeling better and to call if we needed anything.

I stayed in a pool access room which was GREAT! Very private and such a big pool and relaxation area for only limited rooms. The only downside was the room had no storage which was tough for an extended stay and all the shopping I did. Felt like my room was never tidy but I’m OCD with neatness. The location was perfect, close enough to everything yet far enough from the loud party area. 711 and two chemists just downstairs was the best part of the hotel. Loved the buffet breakfast. Oh and room service was so quick and really good food too and not overpriced! Would 100% recommend and would love to go again.

Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong is a fantastic choice for a stay in Patong. The lobby is beautiful, and the rooftop pool area, complete with sun chairs, is a definite highlight. The hotel also boasts a nice gym and an ideal location in the heart of Patong. It's a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, and you're surrounded by restaurants and shopping, with everything in Patong within a 15-minute walk. My Standard Room, 1 King Bed, Garden View room was large enough for a week-long stay, nicely decorated, and kept very clean. The garden view was a pleasant surprise and offered a quiet escape despite the central location. The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is awesome. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The moment you step into the hotel, you will already feel the warm welcome and the friendliness of the people. The receptionist, Mai, checked us in, and Yee helped us with our luggage with a smile on their face. We had to change our check-out schedule, and Salmon helped us fix it with the transportation company that would pick us up. Aumi, the hotel manager showed us around the pool and other amenities being offered by the hotel. Thanks also to Tang.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel. Great check in experience, a wonderful room and lots of amenities. A great buffet breakfast with lots of choice and variety. A good central location in Patong. Most of all I would highlight the staff in the hotel - every member of staff we spoke with was super friendly, welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our time at the Indigo.

I checked out a day early . When i went to the desk the lady stated for me to call Expedia and they would give permission for a refund . I didn’t even ask she just offered . So when I did expedia spoke to the reservation manager Jeannie / Stephanie and they stated they have no record of me even checking out . Well it was very obvious I had checked out because I did. I called directly and spoke with Stephanie and she now stated she spoke to lady at the front desk and the conversation never happened. Which it did because I had it. Denied my refund and then hung up . Being lied doesn’t sit well with anyone. not a bad property but poorly managed . Rooms were not cleaned until late in day 4-5 o’clock . After being out all day it’s nice to come back to a clean room not have to leave again . Front desk offered no assistance with airport transportation . Stated it’s busy season and our cars are booked . Asked if they could call a taxi no go outside and try . Will not return based on customer service.

A 5 night stay. Excellent service from all members of staff from reception, porters, dining staff and when arranging two day trips. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful but it would be remiss not to make a special mention for Air, Meaw & Bonvy. Room was clean with fresh towels every day. Good selection for all breakfast preferences. Food in the evening restaurant was also excellent. No fault to be found by me.

Fantastic hotel! Only about a 4-minute walk to the beach. PERFECT! Sits on a corner so different directions you can head when walking to find food or to go shopping. Loved that it was on what seemed to be a main strip. Lots of people around, I always felt safe. Great breakfast, nice evening seating outside when having a night cap, the rooftop pool and bar area was lovely! All the staff were great! Plus it was easy to coordinate excursions such as the Phi Phi islands tour, elephant sanctuaries, Tiger Kingdom, etc. through the desk in the lobby. Very convenient to have. Great value for the cost. The only downside is that there were network issues so couldn’t log into Netflix on the tv once we were in for the night, but it didn’t matter much since we’d be sleep quickly anyway. I’d highly recommend this hotel!!!

If you are planning to stay in Patong, do yourself a favor and book this hotel. The staff, facilities, and food were all outstanding. The breakfast, as mentioned frequently, was incredible and included a huge variety of fresh international foods every day. If you choose the half board option, dinners are also fantastic and there are plenty of options. I would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel location was fantastic. The food onsite was amazing. We did dinner and breakfast at the downstairs restaurant and both were wonderful. The staff are so friendly and kind. Room service was also lovely. There is some construction happening in the hallway outside of my room which created some noise.

This hotel is beautiful! From the lobby all the way up to the rooftop pool, everything is designed with attention to detail and a subtle reference to the Thaibox tradition. The staff goes above and beyond to fulfill all your needs and wishes. They are so thoughtful and work so hard just to give you the best experience. And all this with the biggest and most genuine smile ever! The breakfast has an incredible variety and features a pancake station, noodlebar, extensive egg menu, traditional Thai dishes, dimsum, a selection of Indian dishes, a salad bar, bread and charcuterie, oatmeal, cereal, yoghurt and fresh fruits, juices and even icecream. We didn’t like the way they cooked the eggs, but there were so many other options that were fantastic. The rooms are spacious and the beds fantastic! The only issue for us was that the wardrobe space is rather limited and was too small for us because we came for 2 weeks and had a lot of clothing to hang. But the staff had that problem fixed for us in no time rolling in a portable clothing rack with drawers. As we don’t remember all the names of the wonderful staff members that made us smile every day, we don’t want to name the ones we do remember, but we want to thank all staff members of the hotel for their kindness and hard work and for making our vacation memorable!
