Penthouse 707 - 4 Bedroom Oceanview Penthouse

The apartment was enormous, amazing views and fabulous location.A few minor negatives:Vertical blinds broken and missing slats letting the sun in early morning.The floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors have no safety strips, very easy to walk into.Outdoor furniture in poor condition. My sister sat in an outdoor dining chair which had a broken leg.Kitchen quite small for this size apartment.No bedside tables or bedside lamps, only master suite had these.On a positive note, very comfortable beds!With a few small improvements the apartment could be so much better!!This apartment would be so much better with a few improvements i.e new window coverings,

Property was good, but undermined by a number of minor issues:Curtains in main bedroom didn't open and close properly.Other vdrtical blinds not great.Bath plugs not good fits so spa baths not very successful.Vacuum cleaner didnt work.Toilet seat in ensuite didn't stay up, so had to be held.Shelf and door shelf in fridge were missing and so reducing useable space.Only four forks so bought new ones.So a number of relatively minor issues that could be reslved at relatively low cost and would make a big difference to enjoyment, and rating of premises.

The location is a mazing

property was filthy, cockroach infested and rubbish on the floor and under cushions, smoke holes on outdoor cushions which im now having to pay for even though there not mine. Doors do not slide properly and aircon freezes if turned to a low temp. I could go on and on...
