Stayed 2 nights

It was extremely hot and the window in my room wouldn't fully open as there was a sewerage pipe running along the external wall and I couldn't open the window. I had to spend most of my time outside. There was no proper clothes hangers in the wardrobe, no towels to protect the floor as the hand-wash basin was very small and almost above it the fitted a small shelf which was preventing you from brushing your teeth and washing your face, after using the shower or washing your face the floor would get wet and I kept drying it using toilet paper as there was nothing else. On the advertisement it said the room was a garden view room which is misleading as I could only see from my room a part of the kitchen roof with a wood saw lying on it 🤔 😅 there was no mirror in the room apart from a tiny mirror abovethevanityunit. The kitchen was perfect with a nice fridge freezer but one out two ovens was not working at all with some broken knots. My room was very hot at night I had to leave the extractor fan running for hours to change the air but eve the extractor fan was so noisy and I couldn't leave it running for longer time at night as it would be disturbing others.

Clean room, clean kitchen. Some issues with heating and hot water, but the landlord was on it quickly, good place to stay for work.

We weren't in the room much asside from cleaning up and sleeping, The location is definitely the primary upside. I would say if you dont mind having a housemate type feel this is perfect!

If you need a place in Grimsby to stay, this place is about as ideal as you could hope for. Tucked away on a side street but located within a stones throw of Grimsby town centre, its ideally located. Clean and comfortable too with a communal kitchen for all guests to use - something you don't often see! Very well priced too! There was a little hiccup with the check-in process but in fairness, it was rectified very quickly so no complaints there. Overall, a definite recommend!

Clean and tidy room in a serviced house with an en suite shower room. Comfy bed, TV, chest of drawers svd a cupboard but no chair or table/desk so had to use my laptop as a laptop which is not ideal when you have done work to do. Good WiFi. No kettle in the room but well equipped shared kitchen downstairs. So, a little Spartan but certainly adequate and uncluttered room. Only a short walk from the town centre and a Wetherspoons so really did not need to cook anything. Overall comfortable svd excellent value for money
