The novelty of sleeping in the pod in the basement of an airport/train station was amusing, and the convenience for next day's 5am checkin was great. Friendly and helpful staff and a spotlessly clean pod, but the location, physical requirements of getting in and out of the pod, and lack dedicated bathroom facilities (and no showers) might make it unsuitable for some. However it could fit 2 adults and small child if needed. It was clean, in a quite location, with a 7/11 about a minutes walk away. Leaving is made easy and getting to your connecting flight is no problem - took just over an hour to get back through customs and into duty free/eatting area.

Once you’ve cleared customs, capsules are located on basement level of airport opposite train station. Location is reasonably quiet. Quite a hike to the nearest bathroom (up on the floor above) as the regular ones were “out-of-order”. Other than this rather painful inconvenience, the capsule itself was spacious and it felt like you were in some spaceship heading to mars. Would do it again.

My first time in a capsule hotel, I founded very cute, the sheets super white, spacious because was a Queen bed, quiet (around 1:00 a.m), the check in after I found the place, was quick, the receptionist very helpful. Very nice experience, highly recommended.

Great place to stay for one night if your flight arrives after midnight. The capsule hotel is conveniently located on the basement floor of the Suvarnabhumi Airport. I did, however, find the room a little warm. There is a fan located inside the room but to me, it wasn’t cool enough.

It is a bit claustrophobic. if you are in the upper pod, the steps leading up to it are awkward and possibly dangerous. There is no standard electrical outlet inside, and you need a USB to charge your phone very slowly.

If you run hot overnight, this is not the place for you. Website states there is AC, there is none. Runs on computer fans - which are very loud. Nearest washrroom is upstairs is there is maintennce with the closest one. Do not recommend. Owner does not want to give even a partial refund for false advertising on AC. Room ran at 28 degrees overnight. Horrible stay.

Easy check in, comfortable and more spacious than I was expecting. Some noises here and there and a big loud fight outside my capsule at 2am were a bit disruptive but ear plugs would have helped. Overall very worth it for the price to be able to stay inside the airport.

Dette er en veldig praktisk overnattingsmulighet dersom du har et tidlig fly. Det er egne skap til bagasjen og lademuligheter for mobil inne i kapselen. Det var tilgjengelig personale for innsjekk sent da jeg ankom, det var også supert. Det er ikke til å komme unna at det dårlige luftsystemet inne i kapselen gjorde det til en utfordring å få en god natts søvn. Det bråkte veldig og ga ingen god luft. Det var varmt inne i kapselen, og luften utenfor inne på flyplassen var svært mye bedre. Men det er kanskje å forvente med en slik overnattingstype. Toalettet er ca tre minutter unna å gå. Jeg ville overnattet der igjen med så tidlig fly som jeg hadde.

Great quick stay. The check-in screen was out of order but the staff present was very nice and helpful. She showed us our pods and explained everything. The only downside was a very noisy (faulty) fan and a non-functional USB charger in the other pod (they organized power anyway.

Sleeping in the basement of the airport is very convenient in that situation. I felt safe and secure. Note: some hotel staff don’t know where to find this at the airport. Find your way to the lowest level (Basement) in the main airport building.

Brilliant for an overnight stay between flights! Only issue was trying to find it. No problems on the base floor, where there is signage, but there is no signage on the floors above and the airport can be a little convoluted in terms of getting downstairs sometimes.

Everything was clean, comfortable and perfect for a few hours sleep, as advertised. It was hard to find/ no signs. The description on the website could explain that you go down all the way towards the train to find it. Also would be great to have a restroom that was closer. I would pay a little extra to use the Boxtel restrooms if you could have a share arrangement

Perfect when you need a 12hours rest before flying to the next destination that does not require any transportation. It is on the same floor as the airport link station. Only take 10min from the place to go to the airline check in counter.

Overnight layover. This capsule is just before the exit to Thai Rail Station, on the basement/lowest floor. Quiet area at night. A nice and informative young lady waits at a small table until last guest arrives. Thanks! Bathroom is 200m down a hallway. Follow the signs, and as it's a public, airport facility, there are no showers. Take wet-wipes to clean up for next flight! I would use it again, and I slept great.
