The lift arrangement is unusual & could be difficult if you have mobility issues. However the room & facilities were excellent, I cannot stress how lovely the room & bathroom was. Location is perfect, very walkable to lots of dining options

couldn't happier with the location, around 7 min walk to astronomical clock so its right in the middle of everything. No parking though if you drive, but they have kinda arrangement with a parking facility 10 min walk away; you negotiate and pay at the hotel & park your car there. Staff is very helpful & friendly. Excellent choice to stay in Prague Old Town

Das Hotel ist gut mitten in der Altstadt aber in einer Nebenstraße gelegen. Kaum Autos oder Turistenmassen. Beim einchecken wurde uns leider mitgeteilt, dass der Fahrstuhl nicht funktioniert und unser Zimmer leider im 6.Stock liegt. Wie wir die schweren Koffer dahin transportiert bekomme blieb uns überlassen. Man hätte erst am nächsten Tag Hilfe organisieren können. Nach zwei Tagen war der dann Gott sei Dank repariert. Insgesamt erschien uns die Rezeption zwar besetzt, aber nicht unbedingt freundlich. Ein Hallo oder guten Tag gab es selten. Das Zimmer waren sauber, die Einrichtung schön. Der Safe ist allerdings sehr klein!! Nicht mal ein IPad passte dort hinein. Was wirklich störend ist, sind die billigen, sehr dünnen Zimmertüren!! Das Öffnen oder Schließen der Türen ist selbst mit Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn sehr lärmintensiv und lässt einen schonmal mitten in der Nacht hochschrecken, wenn der Nachbar nicht rücksichtsvoll ist. Auf dem Flur läßt sich auch jedes Wort aus den Zimmern mithören.

We toured five countries on this trip and this room was the worst! The hotel was down a 1 way street with no parking to check in or unload and then we were told that the parking they said they have for us was across town. Supposedly it was an 8 minute walk! Don’t believe them! Especially if you have someone in your party who is semi disabled. The room was either freezing cold or so hot you can’t sleep! Nobody at the front desk can or would give any information. It was disappoint to say the least. We had to drag our luggage from across town at the parking garage which we had no access to. When we got back to the hotel with our luggage, we had to carry them up stair to the elevator and from the elevator as it only stoped between floors!

The place and room was neat and clean. The location is very convenient, within Jewish Quarter and just steps away from Old Town. The morning staff was also friendly and very helpful. The only hiccup we had were 1) Lift was available but it only takes you to the middle of the floor and there are still stairs to head up to your room (for every level). 2) The doors have keys (instead of key card) and it was sometimes difficult to unlock the door.

clean rooms & very comfortable spacious bed. Room amenities were perfect for our city break stay. However, the safe in our room didn’t work, our room was right on the main staircase and was very loud when people were walking, there is no soundproofing at all (we had a deluxe balcony room). The area is lovely and has good cafes surrounding. Close to transport stops. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it should be noted that this hotel is NOT wheelchair accessible.

Hotellet Golden Prague Room 4☆ Betalde 1125 sek/natt. Bokad flygtaxi genom hotellet 700 Kč en Uber 366 Kč Beläget i gamla stadsdelen av Prag 1. Fräscht, oslitet och mycket rent hotell med sköna sängar, varmt vatten i duschen, kylskåp, valde rum med balkong och perfekt läge med närhet och gångavstånd till "allt" ☆. Eventuella minus: ingen A/C bara golvfläkt, sov med öppet fönster och de slamrades en hel del utanför mellan husen, hissen låg en trappa upp (bodde i rum 407) och stannade bara mellan våningarna så jag var tvungen att gå minst 2 våningar i trappor (-10), ingen restaurang eller frukost fanns på hotellet men precis utanför fanns flera restauranger/caféer.

Wonderful helpful lady at reception. We had double bed top floor/attic room. It was stylish and modern in decoration, really comfortable bed, ac was great, shower pressure fantastic and overall very clean. It’s so close to the main square yet far enough where it’s quiet. Not really great for people with mobility issues as there are steps to get down into the reception and up to the elevator. Walls and doors are on the thin side so you can hear your neighbours and people moving about the hallway. Elevator doesn’t open directly onto your floor, it opens to a landing between floors with a flight of stairs to the floor above or below. A could be an issue for people who find stairs difficult. Elevator was clearly a new addition to an older building. Lots of lovely brunch places are dotted around the immediate vicinity such as Nostrum or Food lab which locals use, away from the busy old town square. I would book this hotel again

Camera accogliente, con letto comodo e bagno pulito. Struttura mal insonorizzata in pratica ogni notte si convive con rumori di porte che si sbattono, persone che parlano e altri rumori. Pulizia della camera insufficiente, si pensa solo al bagno e al letto, nessuna spazzata a terra o sui mobili.

Se podría mejorar la cama, que en nuestro caso, era excesivamente blanda, se hundía en exceso y no era agradable. También la disponibilidad de artículos de cortesía como por ejemplo cuchilla de afeitar, peine… El personal muy amable y la limpieza ejemplar. Muy bien localizado y silencioso.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hotels war sehr praktisch, zu Fuss sehr schnell in der Altstadt. Zimmer war immer schön sauber, würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Quarto limpo e organizado, a cama era muito confortável, o banheiro otimo, chuveiro bom para o banho, o atendimento excelente, uma equipe muito bem preparada e educada. A localização é otima, muito perto do centro e perto do transporte publico também. Recomendo.

We loved that it was in a lovely area, surrounded by beautiful designer shops and lots of trees, thankfully the building had a lift as we were on the 6th floor in the attic area, nice big room and bathroom, the room appeared clean, it was October but still warm outside and the room became hot as the air conditioner wasn’t working, We didn’t like the bed or pillows, very cheap flat pillow and only one each, the sheets were too small for the bed as was the quilt and cover, we had 2 separate single quilts on a large double bed, quite bizarre, i had to keep trying to pull the bottom sheet over the mattress protector, the mattress protector had seen better days it had black bobbles over it not very nice. We loved our visit to Prague and this place we stayed was so convenient, its a shame that they don’t do breakfast as that was not an easy find for us every day,

The room was very clean. The ground floor room which we originally had was terrible as the entry came off the foyer. We felt there was no privacy nor that the room was safe. We also had no internet access in that room. When we asked to move rooms for the remainder of nights they accommodated us which was great.

It was overall a great experience! We enjoyed our stay. Pros: great hot and powerful shower, fantastic location for the river, old town and christmas market, hotel staff very helpful and friendly Cons: car alarm went off for 1 hour one night (not their fault, but limited soundproofing and had to use headphones), bed and pillows were extremely soft (we prefer firm but again personal preference). Overall lovely boutique hotel and would stay again!

We found the walls to be like paper, could hear the people next to us, worst noise was the sound of people going in and out of their rooms and locking the doors. We found the room to be too warm, we were on the top floor, we turned the radiator off, had the option to open the window but that involved leaning over the head board and stretching to open it, there is an A/C unit but this only works during the summer. Area the hotel is in is lovely, short walk to the old town, felt safe to walk around.

The location is perfect, you can walk to every tourist attraction there is, we actually never had to use public transport. There's lot of cafes and restaurants near by. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. Be mindful that not every room has AC, but at least there was a fan. Only downside was that the doors are difficult to close and make a lot of noise.

Great neighborhood, very close to old town square. Friendly and attentive reception staff. Room was charming and cozy. Only problem are the cheap hairdryer. It only works for 4 minutes and stops when get hot. The safes also not the most efficient and easy to operate

Se podría mejorar la cama, que en nuestro caso, era excesivamente blanda, se hundía en exceso y no era agradable. También la disponibilidad de artículos de cortesía como por ejemplo cuchilla de afeitar, peine… El personal muy amable y la limpieza ejemplar. Muy bien localizado y silencioso.

Clean and very specious. Only few blocks away from the main square. Surrounded by fancy boutiques. I believe staff noticed it was my mom’s birthday and gave us a free bottle of champagne- that was so nice of them. I would definitely stay there again

Close to great places. Awesome receptionist, Victoriya, she was helpful with a gentle, kind personality. Only issue I had with the place was the noise in the middle of the night. There was a vent going off and then finally turned off after minutes

couldn't happier with the location, around 7 min walk to astronomical clock so its right in the middle of everything. No parking though if you drive, but they have kinda arrangement with a parking facility 10 min walk away; you negotiate and pay at the hotel & park your car there. Staff is very helpful & friendly. Excellent choice to stay in Prague Old Town

October 2023. I very much enjoyed my stay a nice clean room, 5 minute walk to the Astronomical Clock and 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge, plenty of eating and drinking establishments for all tastes and access to public transport close by. Would definitely book there again

The lift arrangement is unusual & could be difficult if you have mobility issues. However the room & facilities were excellent, I cannot stress how lovely the room & bathroom was. Location is perfect, very walkable to lots of dining options

We loved that it was in a lovely area, surrounded by beautiful designer shops and lots of trees, thankfully the building had a lift as we were on the 6th floor in the attic area, nice big room and bathroom, the room appeared clean, it was October but still warm outside and the room became hot as the air conditioner wasn’t working, We didn’t like the bed or pillows, very cheap flat pillow and only one each, the sheets were too small for the bed as was the quilt and cover, we had 2 separate single quilts on a large double bed, quite bizarre, i had to keep trying to pull the bottom sheet over the mattress protector, the mattress protector had seen better days it had black bobbles over it not very nice. We loved our visit to Prague and this place we stayed was so convenient, its a shame that they don’t do breakfast as that was not an easy find for us every day,

Muy recomendable. Localización es muy céntrica, puedes ir andando a los puntos de interés, y el lugar es muy silencioso. El personal de recepción muy amable y las habitaciones muy modernas y limpias. Lo único, que el ascensor no llega a la planta en cuestión, para nosotros no supuso un inconveniente, pero si es necesario remarcarlo. La zona está lleva de restaurantes!! Sin duda, volvería a repetir hotel.

Fräscht, oslitet och mycket rent hotell med sköna sängar, varmt vatten i duschen, kylskåp, valde rum med balkong och perfekt läge med närhet och gångavstånd till "allt" ☆. Eventuella minus: ingen A/C bara golvfläkt, sov med öppet fönster och de slamrades en hel del utanför mellan husen, hissen låg en trappa upp (bodde i rum 407) och stannade bara mellan våningarna så jag var tvungen att gå minst 2 våningar i trappor (-10), ingen restaurang eller frukost fanns på hotellet men precis utanför fanns flera restauranger/caféer.

The location is perfect, you can walk to every tourist attraction there is, we actually never had to use public transport. There's lot of cafes and restaurants near by. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. Be mindful that not every room has AC, but at least there was a fan. Only downside was that the doors are difficult to close and make a lot of noise.

Great location and very helpful, friendly staff. The rooms are a good size and the Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning — the room was very hot, particularly at night. Overall, a good stay in a fantastic location.

Good location. Comfy bed and large rooms. Lack of air conditioning is a problem although a fan is provided. Luggage storage is not very secure as you just leave a bag in a cupboard, anyone accessing the building could access this. Staff interaction is low quite often not even a hello ( this maybe a Czech thing)
