Very good value property in a very good location within walking distance from very nice brewery/sports bar. Fluor Field is across the street to catch a game (which we did). Also very nice gym facility (airy, big windows overlooking the pool, high ceiling). Very nice stop in Greenville.

Great location in the historic West End, directly across from the baseball stadium and just a short walk to the Falls, river walking trail, and wonderful shops & restaurants. Very nice pool and outdoor furniture. Very clean room with a well stocked full kitchen. And the staff and mgt. were so nice and helpful ❤️ We'll be back! Thank you

Our family of four was very happy with our stay at this property! Great downtown location with awesome view of Fluor Field. Easy onsite self-parking. The two bedroom/two bathroom suite was perfect for our family. The main bedroom had a king bed and en-suite bathroom, and second bedroom had two queen beds. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The $18.00 parking fee was not mentioned at the time of booking, however. On our last morning, we wanted to leave right after breakfast which was to start at 6:30. The ladies working that area did not have breakfast ready until 7:06 which put our leave time way behind. Not happy.

This is such a nice hotel! We got there before 3pm, but they had a room available for us. Pet friendly. Clean. Modern. Close to Main St restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Literally our only complaint was that the bed was fairly uncomfortable.

Wonderful room for families. Enjoyed the kitchenette to warm up Mac and cheese on a late night. The HVAC system was a bit loud but didn’t keep us up at night. The breakfast was half and half. The fruits had turned and the coffee was made out of concentrate. The other offerings like bagels, waffles, eggs and sausage were decent. There was some road noise and horns from the train but again wasn’t loud enough to keep us up. Overall great location and would stay again.

It didn't look like a conventional hotel. I actually drove past it twice! The brick building looked like a large cozy bed-and-breakfast! It has a home-like feel. My suite was incredibly spacious! The kitchenette had all the features of a regular kitchen, including a full-size refrigerator and a dish washer. The staff was extremely polite and welcomed me like I was an old friend! I will definitely come again!

The location was perfect to walk along Main Street and immediately be where all the action was! Our room was great and spacious. The only callouts I have were the pillows were incredibly thin and our room did not cool all the way down to our set temperature on the thermostat.

The room was very nice and comfortable. A suite, bascially, with a small kitchen including refridgerator, microwave, stove top and dishwasher. A sofa with coffee table, and a shower with no tub (a plus IMO). The room was clean. Very satisfied. :)

Room setup not good. Toilet and shower have a door to it that barely clears the toilet, no good. Weak shower head. Bed pillows way too flimsy. Kitchen utensils and dishes weren’t fully stocked. Had to unload the dishwasher. No privacy with just a sheer in window. No table and chairs to sit at in kitchen. Overall bad experience here. Would not recommend and not come back.

Our room was so roomy and comfortable and the view of the baseball stadium was great. We loved having a full size fridge in the room. The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to shops, restaurants, and The Reedy Falls and park. The staff were very friendly too.

Great location. Very comfortable bed. Great view. I’m not a fan of white LED lightbulbs so I did not use any of the lamps. I really wish hotels would go back to warm, comfortable lighting. If you wanna watch a movie at night, the TV does not at all face the bed so we had to awkwardly move the piece of furniture it was on. Otherwise, everything was great. Air-conditioning very cold but very loud. Use earplugs if this is an issue. It is not central heat and air, but a wall unit. Parking is $18 a night. Good hot breakfast.

They are a dog friendly hotel or so they say. We went to dinner for 2 hours and came back to a note on our door stating our dogs barking made them move someone from their room. It was 6pm. Not late at night. They told us not to leave our room again for the rest of the night. Just awful.

Our room was amazing and very spacious. Super clean and cozy. We had one issue of a TV not working, but staff was on it within minutes and fixed a remote and all worked well. Every single staff member we came in contact with were so kind, courteous, and professional.. we will stay here again over and over.

I attempted to cancel and get a refund on my booking the day before my stay because of a major family emergency, but the management refused because of their policy of the late date. Hotels.com attempted to negotiate on my behalf which I greatly appreciated, but they offered no compassion and no flexibility. I understand the policy under normal circumstances, but there are exceptions that local management should be able to make in extreme cases, and it didn't get much more extreme than mine. A simple refund would have kept me a customer, with my appreciation (and a good review), but I will no longer consider Homewood Suites when I travel.

We love this hotel and stay here when we are going to a Greenville Drive game as it is literally across the street from Fluor Field. This trip we got quite the surprise at check in. The front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled. It was challenging to navigate Expedia to get a phone number to Expedia for help and then the agent and their supervisor were unable to help since the PROPERTY CANCELLED THE RESERVATION (and no explanation as to why). A room was still available and a manager agreed to the Expedia rate. When I make a reservation via Expedia, how can I have confidence it will be honored by the property?

The hotel was wonderful. Clean rooms, great location! We had a wonderful corner suite. The rooms could use some additional curtains. No issues with privacy, but no way to block out light at night! Also, avoid the free breakfast. Good variety, but not very fresh. The milk was "off", the fruit was not good, and the bananas were all very brown. Lots of great places to eat around the hotel. Pay a little and have a good breakfast!

The hotel was nice and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. However, the complimentary breakfast needed some help! I chose this hotel because it was a Hilton with a complimentary breakfast and the breakfast was inedible on Friday with spoiled fruit and hard grits. I would love to stay in that area again, but for the price will be looking at different hotels for the future.

The hotel was wonderful. When we arrived they did not have the room that we reserved available. They were overbooked and we had to wait 20 minutes until they were able to find a room to accommodate our needs. The people at the front desk were pleasant and worked hard to find us something. They did and the room was nice. The breakfast was good but they ran out of most things around 9:30am so get there early. Also, I felt like the woman that was running the breakfast area needed help. One person doing everything can be challenging although she was working hard and trying to help everyone. The location was great, if you want to explore the town!
