Efter et fantastisk ophold på Hotel LEGOLAND sidste år i december ville vi gentage succesen i år. Men allerede i foyeren på LEGOLAND Castle meldte skuffelsen sig. Hotellet er kønsløst. Alt plastret til med folie. Der er næsten intet bygget i rigtige LEGO klodser. Julepynten var fjernet og restaurant og bar lukket. Derudover kun få steder med LEGO til leg. Værelset havde en god størrelse og kunne fint rumme 5 personer. Men igen plastret til med folie. Kunne slet ikke leve op til vores forventninger. Vi savnede hyggen, stemningen og magien fra LEGOLAND Hotellet. Dette hotel og værelse var en “kold” fornøjelse og til trods for fin service, så bestiller vi aldrig værelse på LEGOLAND Castle igen.

We had a great trip, easy access from the airport and walking distance to Lego house, legoland, La landia. What more could you want. The decor certainly landed well with my 8 year old. As a female travelling alone with my son I felt safe being in the hotel and the surrounding areas at all times. Hotel restaurant was closed on our arrival day - but not a problem as we had the choice to eat at the hotel next door with many options for us both to enjoy. Overall a great stay.

Hotel was fun for the kids, and comfortable for the adults too! Rooms are comfortable, with legos to play with, and things are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel features play areas, playgrounds, a small shop of snacks and souvenirs, as well as an onsite restaurant buffet. The buffet was good, with plenty of options for everyone. The bar also serves drinks with dinner or in the lounge, which is near the kids Lego play area so you can enjoy a drink while kids play for hours. The walk to legoland was very close, and took only a couple minutes. Even after the whole day my youngest could walk back in under 5 minutes, and he was so tired from the day!

The Legoland Castle Hotel was great. We thought the parking was good, the staff was friendly & nice, the property was clean, and it offered lots to do for the kids (not as much for the adults). It is co-located with the Legoland Hotel and playgrounds for the kids. It is walking distance to Legoland and the Lego House. There is a small, but decent grocery store a short drive away. The only negatives: No gym/fitness facility in the Lego Castle Hotel. There are not a lot of restaurant options outside of the touristy ones. And, from sunrise until about 8pm, they play the same music over, and over, and over again on speakers throughout the hotel and property. All in all, we would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel.

Udemærket hotel med ok komfort på værelset. Manglede opladningsmulighed til elbil. Skiltene var der, men ingen ladestandere. Personalet vidste ikke noget. Hvis man vil være med på miljøbølgen og bæredygtighed må man også stille opladning til rådighed. Mulighed for spisning i restaurant var kun buffet og meget dyrt. Pris og kvalitet passede ikke. Savner muligheden for at bestille mad uden en tvungen og dyr buffet. 1600kr for aftensmad til 2 voksne og 3 børn er til den gode side.

Ficamos no prédio wizard’s e era novinho, impecável. A parte chata é que ficava num prédio separado, sem recepção e nem restaurante, tinha que sair e ir para o outro prédio para café da manhã e até pegar uma água, pois o frigobar não tinha nada, tinha que comprar e colocar no frigobar. E como chove bastante no verão, tinha que por capa de chuva para or tomar café da manhã. Essa parte foi ruim. Fiquem no prédio Knights. De resto, nota 10!

Great stay for our 2-year-old and 7-year-old. They were both very entertained by the hotel and the park. The interior of the hotel was awesome. The clue-hunting game they give to arriving kids to unlock the safe in their rooms to find a lego toy was perfect. The breakfast buffet wasn't great by Scandinavian standards but was still good. Beds were great.

My kids loved this hotel - everything is brilliant for children, lego in the rooms, Lego in the reception, Lego in the restaurant. Room itself was surprisingly big and comfy, very clean on arrival. All members of staff were friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of options and constantly restocked.

Der Fernseher im Zimmer funktionierte nicht und die Matratzen sind gut hart. Ich hatte kein Problem damit- mein Mann schon. Eine vergessene leere Flasche begrüßte uns. Mein Sohn hatte wegen einer hausstauballergie Die Nase so zusitzen das es schon blöd war zu schlafen. Bodenbeläge sind halt nur Teppiche - für Allergiker evtl gut zu wissen … ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden !!!!Sauberkeit und Ausstattung war toll ! Frühstück auch.

Hotel room did not have a phone, so could not reach reception. Had to walk outside everytime to reach reception. The toilet was not cleaned (my sick child's faeces were still on the toilet seat) so I asked receptionist to clean and they told me housekeeping has gone. I asked for cleaning supplies so I can clean it myself and receptionist said they have none. It was heavy rain outside, so I asked to borrow an umbrella to try buy cleaning items myself but was told there are no umbrellas. I asked for the receptionist's name as a reference and was told I cannot have her name because she doesn't know who I am! There are no amenities (only one wash for everything, no hair conditioner or body lotion or dental kits, nor toiletries). Even after asking every day, they only gave 2 towels between a family of 4. Breakfast was like prison food. But worst of all was the atrocious service of the receptionist who refused to give me her name.

Vi savnede hyggen, stemningen og magien fra LEGOLAND Hotellet. Dette hotel og værelse var en “kold” fornøjelse og til trods for fin service, så bestiller vi aldrig værelse på LEGOLAND Castle igen.
Efter et fantastisk ophold på Hotel LEGOLAND sidste år i december ville vi gentage succesen i år. Men allerede i foyeren på LEGOLAND Castle meldte skuffelsen sig. Hotellet er kønsløst. Alt plastret til med folie. Der er næsten intet bygget i rigtige LEGO klodser. Julepynten var fjernet og restaurant og bar lukket. Derudover kun få steder med LEGO til leg. Værelset havde en god størrelse og kunne fint rumme 5 personer. Men igen plastret til med folie. Kunne slet ikke leve op til vores forventninger. Vi savnede hyggen, stemningen og magien fra LEGOLAND Hotellet. Dette hotel og værelse var en “kold” fornøjelse og til trods for fin service, så bestiller vi aldrig værelse på LEGOLAND Castle igen.

Room is spectacular. We reserved a wizard room, my kid was amazed by the wizard elements, for example owls, potions, and spiders, inside the room. My kid also loved the bunker bed area, like a small personal space for herself. Also the location is convenient for Legoland and Lego house.

Great stay for our 2-year-old and 7-year-old. They were both very entertained by the hotel and the park. The interior of the hotel was awesome. The clue-hunting game they give to arriving kids to unlock the safe in their rooms to find a lego toy was perfect. The breakfast buffet wasn't great by Scandinavian standards but was still good. Beds were great.

My kids loved this hotel - everything is brilliant for children, lego in the rooms, Lego in the reception, Lego in the restaurant. Room itself was surprisingly big and comfy, very clean on arrival. All members of staff were friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of options and constantly restocked.

Hotel room did not have a phone, so could not reach reception. Had to walk outside everytime to reach reception. The toilet was not cleaned (my sick child's faeces were still on the toilet seat) so I asked receptionist to clean and they told me housekeeping has gone. I asked for cleaning supplies so I can clean it myself and receptionist said they have none. It was heavy rain outside, so I asked to borrow an umbrella to try buy cleaning items myself but was told there are no umbrellas. I asked for the receptionist's name as a reference and was told I cannot have her name because she doesn't know who I am! There are no amenities (only one wash for everything, no hair conditioner or body lotion or dental kits, nor toiletries). Even after asking every day, they only gave 2 towels between a family of 4. Breakfast was like prison food. But worst of all was the atrocious service of the receptionist who refused to give me her name.

Conceptet er fantastisk. Har været der før to gange men denne gang var flere ting ringere. Manglende vedligehold af toiletdør som ikke lukkede ordentlig, seng var hård og knirkede, og børnene blev så skuffede af manglende overraskelse i pengeskabet efter have løst gåden. Derudover laves der daglige konkurrencer hvor man kan bygge ting. Men udover lille chance for at vinde så ser de deres bygge kreationer smidt i lego kasserne i foeyen i næsten hele tilstand dagen efter. I det mindste kunne personalet bryde dem ned så de ikke opdager hvordan deres ting bliver smidt ud. Receptionen var ikke specielt venlig eller hjælpsom heller. For så dyr en oplevelse så er forventningerne bare højere.

The Legoland Castle Hotel was great. We thought the parking was good, the staff was friendly & nice, the property was clean, and it offered lots to do for the kids (not as much for the adults). It is co-located with the Legoland Hotel and playgrounds for the kids. It is walking distance to Legoland and the Lego House. There is a small, but decent grocery store a short drive away. The only negatives: No gym/fitness facility in the Lego Castle Hotel. There are not a lot of restaurant options outside of the touristy ones. And, from sunrise until about 8pm, they play the same music over, and over, and over again on speakers throughout the hotel and property. All in all, we would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel.

As a solo traveller I was a little concerned but I didn't feel out of place at all. Just embrace your inner child and enjoy the sheer novelty of it. Plus the breakfast buffet is excellent. The lack of noise makes it feels like no-one was staying there - until I saw the hordes at breakfast. Highly recommend it as an experience.

We had a great trip, easy access from the airport and walking distance to Lego house, legoland, La landia. What more could you want. The decor certainly landed well with my 8 year old. As a female travelling alone with my son I felt safe being in the hotel and the surrounding areas at all times. Hotel restaurant was closed on our arrival day - but not a problem as we had the choice to eat at the hotel next door with many options for us both to enjoy. Overall a great stay.

Hotel was fun for the kids, and comfortable for the adults too! Rooms are comfortable, with legos to play with, and things are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel features play areas, playgrounds, a small shop of snacks and souvenirs, as well as an onsite restaurant buffet. The buffet was good, with plenty of options for everyone. The bar also serves drinks with dinner or in the lounge, which is near the kids Lego play area so you can enjoy a drink while kids play for hours. The walk to legoland was very close, and took only a couple minutes. Even after the whole day my youngest could walk back in under 5 minutes, and he was so tired from the day!

The hotel was nice, cute set-up and very close to LegoLand and Lego House. It however is not near very many food choices. Our first day we got in at dinner time and thought we would try the dinner buffet. It wasn't a huge selection and cost $75 per adult, $50 for anyone under 17. That's a pricey buffet, anywhere. But that was the only option in the hotel. The person at the front desk suggested LaLandia, which is another family theme area. We walked over, it was fine although still a bit pricey at $35 per person.

Udemærket hotel med ok komfort på værelset. Manglede opladningsmulighed til elbil. Skiltene var der, men ingen ladestandere. Personalet vidste ikke noget. Hvis man vil være med på miljøbølgen og bæredygtighed må man også stille opladning til rådighed. Mulighed for spisning i restaurant var kun buffet og meget dyrt. Pris og kvalitet passede ikke. Savner muligheden for at bestille mad uden en tvungen og dyr buffet. 1600kr for aftensmad til 2 voksne og 3 børn er til den gode side.

Vi reiste med 2 barnebarn på 4 og 6 år og oppholdet var helt fantastisk. Hele hotellet er som et eventyr. Det eneste lille minuset var at all mat var kald - også det som burde vært varmt! Men maten var veldig god.

The place is fantastic, the staff are lovely and the food buffet were wonderful. We had breakfast and dinner, and it was something for everyone, both young and adults. The only minus is the extremely hard beds that made me unable to sleep properly. The remote control could also use new batteries. All in all a wonderful stay during awaiting hours.

We enjoyed our stay at the Castle Hotel! Our boys loved the bunk beds in the Wizard Room. The unlimited play time with lego was also a hit! The breakfast was just okay. They had the usual breakfast items with a big selection but just didn't love it. The buffet dinner though was great! Plenty of choices and food was tasty. It was a great option for after a tiring day at the parks. I would definitely stay here again!

It was lack luster for the price and compared to the Legoland main hotel. That had real details whereas the castle hotel was just decals pasted on flat walls. I honestly hated it and was really disappointed. The kids liked it until we walked through the Legoland hotel and realized the difference.

Room was amazing for decorations. Clean and spacious. The only negative was that the sheets on the beds felt like a disposable plastic which was not expected considering the high price of the room. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.
