Fantastisk beliggende hotel i hjertet af Bilbao få hundrede meter fra Guggenheim museet. Værelse med udsigt over Nervion-floden, som bugter sig gennem byen. Fin morgenbuffet med kok, som tilberedte efter ønske. P-kælder under hotel med bilelevator, som fragtede op og ned. Fin udendørs terasse med udsigt til Guggenheim samt stort fyrværkeri over byen om aften pga. en stor baskisk festival. Kan på det varmeste anbefale hotellet.

Este hotel es una pasada. Llegar a tu cómoda y moderna habitación, relajarte y sentir que flotas sobre el Museo Guggenheim es inigualable. Gran locación, el Hotel cuenta con un gran diseño arquitectónico haciendo funcional y aprovechando perfecto la configuración del terreno. Excelentes vistas al río desde la terraza que cuenta con una gran cocina. Los alimentos realmente nos parecieron extraordinarios. Nos quedamos dos noches y fue súper cómodo. El estacionamiento también fue una aventura subir el auto en elevador, está muy exacto pero también funcional. Es una garantía llegar a los hoteles Vincci que tienen todo!!!

Great hotels, but like many others in Spain.. parking in the hotel garages can be a chore due to size of the lot and the size of your vehicle. Other than that... I would stay here again

Skønt hotel med meget serviceminded reception. Flot indrettet med dejligt værelse og skøn udsigt over floden. Super beliggenhed både ifht den gamle bydel og Guggenheim. Flot by med mange kunstværker og mange tapas-barer 😁. Kan bestemt anbefales. Husk at booke parkering, da det er svært at finde parkeringsmuligheder

The hotel was in a great location, right next to the Guggenhiem Museum and easy walking to many places. The staff was very pleasant & helpful, good breakfast buffet at reasonable price. Also has convenient parking - actually you drive into an elevator with the car to go to the parking level. The room was very small but everything else made up for this.

Agradable hotel a pocos metros del museo Guggenheim. Muy limpio, con habitaciones espaciosas y mobiliario moderno y cuidado. Cama muy cómoda con carta de almohadas como corresponde a su categoría. Buen desayuno buffet. Sin lugar a dudas lo mejor es su personal. Tanto en recepción (Luna fue encantadora) como en el desayuno, muy profesionales y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Por ponerle un pero, no tiene gimnasio y la carta del servicio de habitaciones debería describir los platos, pero sin lugar a dudas es una muy buena opción para alojarse en Bilbao.

Inmejorable ubicación, probablemente el hotel más limpio en que hemos estado. Poco ruido. Atención muy amable. Desayuno caliente muy completo, pan, fruta, omelettes, muchos tipos de jugos por solamente 17 euros, en terraza con vista al río y al Guggenheim. Estacionamiento subterráneo por 20 euros diarios. Llegas caminando a prácticamente todas las atracciones, incluyendo 5 minutos al Guggenhaim.

This is a nice hotel in a good area of Bilbao, just across the road (effectively) from the Guggenheim, and the old town about 15 minutes walk along the river in the other direction. Staff are friendly and helpful, particularly rhe receptionists. Our room was a good size, clean comfortable and nicely designed. The downstairs area with reception and the lobby is nice and airy and with a nice view that can be appreciated even more out on the outside terrace, where you can have drinks in the evening and breakfast when the weather is fair. There's a good selection at breakfast including some options for people with dietary options. One morning we came down when it was raining to be told the breakfast room was full (no outdoor seating) and to wait in the lobby (there were quite a few waiting). I thought we would end up missing breakfast as it didn't seem to be organised but to be fair the member of staff managing it remembered when everyone arrived and collected groups to go to breakfast when it was their turn. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay here again.

A very nice hotel located near to Guggenheim and Old town. The room we had a view over the river and all the comfort one could ask for. The have a pillow menu for example! Nice, safe and quiet area but yet so close to the vibrant bars and restaurant streets nearby. We would also consider this hotel going to football.

Clean hotel in a great location, really close to the museum and to the old town. Everything was walkable. The room was also surprisingly quiet even though it faced the street, and the beds were super comfortable. It was just very sparse- the blankets were thin, there were hardly any toiletries, and the room itself was quite small so hard to stay in for too long.

Near to the river, to museums, you can walk o take a bus to casco antiguo, or downtown. Very convenient. I love the front river bar that they have it with heat and blanket at night. Rooms are spacious, I love the towels, they are excellent dryiers. Bed and pillow very comfortable. View to the river is another highlight! Thanks Alexi for your excellent service! Papas bravas are delicious!

I had some kind of starnge incident at the check in, one of the front desk lady was speaking "unnecessarily loud" repeating that my credit card was having not sufficient amount in it!!! Just for records, I made it clearly that I will pay upon arriving and even called the hotel in the afternoon to confirm my late arrival! So, the hotel had no reason to charge my credit card, which I used only to secure the booking! Anyway, the other lady, was amazing, I feel really sorry for not remembering her name, she handled the situation professionally and solved the issue with a very beautiful smile on her face. To the nice lady, I want to say: Thank you very much and wish the hotel to enhance professionalism and personal attitude with clients, especially when they arrive after long flights, extremely tired & exhausted.

The property says it has parking but limited. When you get there they say you should have reserved. We were very surprised and asked why it wasn’t on the Expedia site to reserve and the staff wasn’t friendly about it. We loved the ambiance and restaurant view and food was excellent and the manager left us an apology note and a bottle of champagne. Overall thr hotel was nice but could be more welcoming to tourist and enhance the rooms a bit. Very clean though and next to the river and Guggenheim museum. Very walkable.

We were there for 4 night and the hotel was great - had parking (paid) and is very close to the Guggenheim. We walked everywhere. Pablo, the concierge, was very helpful. There was plenty of storage for clothes. We would have preferred a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Some of the rooms on the 1st floor are right above the outdoor lounge area and you may want to be careful not to walk close to the window if you are not dressed. The service at the restaurant and bar was very slow. Guess they were having staffing issues. If you don’t want a full breakfast, there is no a la carte option except for coffee at the bar; however, there are plenty of places for continental breakfast down the street.

We had a lovely time. However, the restaurant was very understaffed. We waited on the patio for 30 min before a waiter came to our table. We hoped to order late afternoon drinks and snacks. We were able to order drinks, but we were told they weren’t serving food anymore. However, people around us were still ordering and getting food. This was around 4:45pm. After we had our drinks and walked out, the host told us they were still serving dinner, but that the kitchen was understaffed.

Fantastic hotel. Comfy bed, very nice room, spacious shower. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly and interested. Excellent food in restaurant. The Guggenheim is very close and every time you step out of the hotel you see it right in front of you, which is a nice treat. Easy access to the river walks and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
