Hotel normal, cerca del centro de Madrid y de Atocha , se puede llegar andando a todos lados. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal amable, pero las comodidades dejan mucho que desear. Empezando porque no hay baño sino que está la ducha por un lado , el lavabo dentro de la habitación y un wáter sin privacidad alguna, parecido a los baños públicos, sin manija por dentro, puerta que no llega ni al techo ni al suelo. Sin lugar para dejar las valijas o la ropa, en invierno se hizo complicado, no tiene estantes, ni sillas, ni armario ni nada, solo algunas perchas y una banqueta. Tampoco nos han permitido dejar las maletas el día del check out, tienen un servicio de lockers de pago, es la primera vez en todos los años que llevo viajando , que me hacen pagar por este servicio . El desayuno de pago, es buena calidad pero muy poca variedad, algunas zonas del desayuno un poco sucias. Es la primera vez que un Ibis me decepciona,lo suelo elegir bastante en mis viajes, pienso que hay algunos detalles como poner más ganchos y estantes, una puerta para el wáter, que son muy baratos y pueden hacer la estancia bastante más placentera. Por lo demás todo bien , solo lo recomendaría para una o dos noches o para viajar en solitario.

Buonissima struttura a due passi dalla metro.. e se ti piace camminare a 15/20 minuti da zona Sol da una parte e da zona Prado dall'altra. Le camere sono piccole ma abbastanza funzionali. Unico vera pecca il wc chiuso in una piccola nicchia senza bidet e senza doccino .. con il resto del bagno aperto sulla stanza .. colazione buona non tanta scelta ma quello che propongono è buono. Personale sempre presente e gentile. Molto intelligente la presenza di un Locker per i bagagli a prezzi bassi, se come noi si parte alla sera tardi e si vuole fare un ultimo giro in città..

Basic accommodation like other Ibis Budget hotels, check in clerk gave me complimentary upgrade to slightly larger room with window. Vending machines for coffee, juice etc. Breakfast was extra so I did not have it but looked good. Excellent location next to Lavapiés metro station, restaurant /bar, and 24 hour supermarket.

Agréable séjour, hôtel confortable et bien rénové. Seul bémol, l'hôtel dispose d'un système de consigne payant pour garder les bagages le jour du départ, ce service fait normalement partie des bénéfices d'un hôtel.

Ficamos 22 dias hospedados em hoteis na Espanha e o Ibis foi o único que cobrou 6 euros para deixar guardada uma mala media por algumas horas. O preco da hospedagem já é bem alto por seu um hotel bem simples com quartos pequenos e pouco confortáveis e ainda cobram por tudo. Ainda cobraram indevidamente as diárias já pagas no site e a sorte é que recebemos mensagem da cobrança na hora do banco e já solicitamos a restituição. Pedir dados do cartão, inclusive com codigo verificador, também nao é uma prática segura para o cliente e possibilita que ocorra este tipo de inconveniente.

Basic but nice & clean rooms. Very friendly staff and felt safe staying there. Nice garden terrace out the back. Only minor thing was that the mattress’s would slip off the bed sometimes as it was 2 singles on the double bed, so kept having to get up and push them back on.

Chambre propre. Personnel agréable et souriant. Metro très proche par contre, si sommeil léger, vous l’entendrez dès 5h30. Quartier vivant et proche des lieux à visiter et des boutiques, tout peut se faire à pied, sans aucun souci. Parking sous terrain si voiture. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel

Boa estadia, fomos em casal. Quarto pequeno, difícil abrir duas malas grandes ao mesmo tempo por conta do espaço mas suficiente para quem vai para aproveitar a cidade e usa o hotel apenas para passar a noite. Chuveiro com boa pressão de água, banheiro com porta que não isola, toalhas finas e pequenas. Limpeza fraca, chão sempre sujo. Sobre a localização, é excelente, perto do metrô, tem supermercado praticamente ao lado, vizinhança bastante movimentada, dezenas de restaurantes abertos até tarde, preços compatíveis. Pode utilizar conveniências do hotel gratuitamente - talheres, microondas, etc. Café básico mas ok - mercado ao lado se torna uma opção melhor e mais barata, se tiver tempo.

Super clean, excellent staff, great location, and very comfortable beds! Ibis is our new favorite budget hotel! If you are traveling for sightseeing in Madrid, this location is great. There’s a grocery store a couple of doors down, several restaurants, a metro stop, laundry a couple of blocks away, and it’s only about a 15 minute walk to the older touristy areas. We would happily stay here again!

The room was small but practical. The shower and sink were both in the room with the bed. No lock on toilet door. But the staff were very friendly and breakfast choices were good. It’s an excellent location for Reina Sofia and Atocha. One slight downside - the walls were very thin. You can hear movement in the rooms next door, above and below. In fact it felt like someone was trying to get in on more than one occasion. Tiny towels - consider taking your own.

Good location, close to the Lavapiés Metro station. What I didn't like was the room distribution; not only was it small, but the layout was inefficient. Also, being on a lower story of the building was not comfortable because you could hear the train, so it was a little noisy, especially early in the morning.

My main complaint was the size and firmness of the mattresses. Rather narrow and very hard. Other than that it was fine. I wish there was a way to filter hotels for mattress firmness.

Location is not bad, conveniently located across from the metro and right next door to a grocery store. The rooms are small but to be expected from European city hotel although i did not expect it to be as small as it was being further out from the center. The shower gives no privacy so unless you are alone or extremely comfortable with your travel partner it maybe awkward or may have to step out. The pillows were extremely thin it really felt like we just had a rolled up blanket. Breakfast was very simple I dont feel that the price was really worth it. Expedia claimed Breakfast was included and although I made the booking for 2 the hotel claimed that Breakfast was for 1 so i had to pay for my kid. However the room was very clean and housekeeping came in every day. There is no sound proofing with rhe wondows so expect to hear city noise. Other than that was not a bad stay.

Centrally located hotel. Anywhere from a 10-30 minute walk to major attractions. There is also a metro station close to the hotel. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Staff provided us food recommendations and helped secure a taxi for our last day. I will say that the hotel is in a busy neighborhood. It would be helpful to bring ear plugs. If you're able to, I would also suggest requesting a room that does not face the main street to help with noise. Overall great place to stay. We would stay here again!

Boa estada para quem vem com o propósito de turistar e somente dormir no hotel. Quarto limpo porém muito pequeno, somente uns cabides pra roupas serem penduradas ou seja tudo tinha que permanecer dentro da mala. A janela é trancada só abre uma pequena fresta, o ar-condicionado tinha que ficar ligado direto. O chuveiro surpeendeu, era ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom visto que é um hotel 1 estrela, boa variedade de itens oferecidos. Localização ao lado da estação de metrô Lavapiés e do supermercado Carrefour porém um bairro bem complicado para sair desacompanhada ou em determinado horário da noite. Ponto negativo a destacar foi que ao chegar para o check-in nos pediram um número de cartão de crédito mesmo com a reserva já paga, como garantia caso algo fosse quebrado ou levado embora. Disse que não tínhamos cartão apenas dinheiro em espécie, nos cobraram um total de 50 euros por noite o que totalizou 150 euros para três noites e que seriam devolvidos no dia do chek-out. Um absurdo um hotel dessa categoria que não tem nada nos quartos nem mini bar nem chaleira nem nada, cobrar basicamente metade de uma diária como garantia. Se cobram esse valor por noite isso deve ser informado na descrição do hotel para que as pessoas saibam antes de fazer a reserva.

Very average hotel in Madrid. Service was bad with staff very uninterested in helping us with baggage questions. The rooms are very basic and small so good for a 1 night stay but not ideal for a longer trip. Breakfast isn’t worth the money.

The service in this hotel it’s outstanding. From the front desk to the house keeping, they work really hard to assist you with any questions that you may have. Keep in mind that this is an ibis budget and the rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Finally you are in Lavapies a vibrant and noisy neighborhood, but we did not mind it.

Service was great, were able to get our room early. Price was excellent for Madrid in summer. Good aircon. Toilet and shower door was a little flimsy. Room sufficient size, basic but perfectly fine. Towels were very light and not great quality. Location is convenient for walking around Madrid. The square outside at night can be a bit lively and perhaps not the most salubrious area. Overall would recommend for a cheap and cheerful accommodation for short trip to Madrid.

Good location, a few steps away from the metro station, other places like Museo Reyna Sofia, Atocha train station were very close, and other places very walkable like 15 min. away. A lot of options to eat and drink, supermarket just next door. May not be the best neighborhood but felt like a safe area. Mainly locals and a lot of migrant population.

Super clean, excellent staff, great location, and very comfortable beds! Ibis is our new favorite budget hotel! If you are traveling for sightseeing in Madrid, this location is great. There’s a grocery store a couple of doors down, several restaurants, a metro stop, laundry a couple of blocks away, and it’s only about a 15 minute walk to the older touristy areas. We would happily stay here again!

Excellent location. Friendly Staff. Rooms are practical and efficient. Basic Breakfast, but all that was needed. Do not go expecting the Ritz, but an excellent base camp whilst exploring this great City!

The stay was great. We had all we needed at the hotel. The room was cozy, the beds were comfy and we had enough space. The hotel staff members were always very nice. We booked with breakfast included and it was great, it had jamón ibérico and tortilla which are Spanish classics and we loved that. We had to check out super early since we had to take a train, and so one of the members of the staff let us have our breakfast earlier which was amazing! I really appreciated that! The room was always clean and overall the hotel was super clean. It’s a modern but simple hotel, which is what I always look for :D The location was perfect! We were just one/ two subway stations from the center of the city, super close to Madrid’s main attractions. And we had a supermarket next to the hotel which was open 24 hs!! That was fantastic!

Een erg nette hotel. De kamer was netjes en van alle basisbehoefte voorzien. Ook zijn de kamers goed geïsoleerd waardoor je je buurman niet hoort. Ook werkt de airco goed. De ontbijt is eenvoudig maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor een uitvalbasis voor een weekendje Madrid is die ideaal Pal naast een metrostation.

Hotel wise is excellent, clean , comfortable beds, great staff, basic fresh breakfast. We stayed 4 nights. But the block and adjacent blocks are VERY Dangerous so when go out of hotel take Bolt or Uber . I highly recommend the Galician restaurant next door . Be careful in that area.
