This is a modern, clean, great hotel if you need to be near the aiport. We used the shuttle to the airport. Parking is in a garage and you need to check in beforehand, but we found it pretty easy.

You MUST check in before you park. Otherwise, you will do what we did and have to back out of the lane because the gate to the garage will not open unless you have your room card.

The hotel is very clean, nice rooms and tidy bathrooms. Super nice staff: valet, front desk, restaurant. Airport shuttle is very convenient. Food is good. Outside sitting area is a nice touch. Nice and super clean gym and indoor pool area. I was very pleased with my stay.

Really liked this hotel. My only complaint was they had these silly sliding barn-door things on the bathrooms which left a two inch gap all the way around the door, which affords no privacy at all, so using the bathroom very uncomfortable for everyone!! get rid of those doors!!!!!

We had an overnight delay from our flight so we stayed here to sleep. The walls are paper thin so we heard noise from the floor above us, the people next to us and the noise from the hallway. We hardly got any sleep before having to return to the airport. Would not recommend.

Generally a great stay. This time they placed me on the 2nd floor above the entrance and on the Main Street. The placement resulted in the room being exposed to a lot of street noise. Not a problem for some, but I’m a light sleeper

We were given a room along the very busy street. It was loud all night with speeding vehicles. Tough night sleeping with the noise and hard bed. Finally, there's a concrete wall obstructing your view as you attempt to drive off the property. Very dangerous.

The computer system was down but we were given cold water. We were exhausted from traveling from Norway and just wanted to sleep. We got in our room, slept, ate, great shuttle service….excellent. That was until I was double charged for my stay. I booked on hotels.com because I had $53.37 in rewards that I could use for our stay. I call the hotel when I discovered the double charge and was told I would receive a call back. I never received a call back and had to go through my credit card company. We asked to be credited for the extra charge by the hotel but we were credited for hotels.com. We did not receive the $53.37 in credits back in my account. If Hilton wants to make it right they should just comp our entire stay. Everything was in such disarray and the time my husband and I spent dealing with this matter was in excess. Hilton couldn’t even be bothered to call me back.

The service was friendly and efficient. The shuttle was promptly on time and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. The food in the diner was very good. The room was very clean. Look forward to our next stay. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn.

After a flight cancellation I booked my family in for one night. Really convenient location for the airport and easy to arrange the free shuttle back and forth. We dealt with two different women on the reception desk and both were really helpful. The woman who ran the breakfast was also fantastic (Shelly I think?). She took time out to help us out and discuss our vacation with the kids. We only had 24hrs in Seattle and she made a few suggestions on places to visit/eat. All staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was lovely as well. Room was larger than expected and clean. Would happily stay here again.

Canceled flights, reworking itineraries and driving 4 hours to another country to get a rebooked flight, you could say that I was at the end of my rope. All the stress of the day seemed to evaporate after getting to the hotel. Check in was a breeze. The hotel manager was such a delight and was nice enough to extend our check out time to better meet the needs of our flight later that night. The staff were very professional while still caring about their guests. We saw this with ourselves and the other guests checking in after us. The shuttle to the airport was an added bonus overall a very good, relaxing stay.

By far nicest hotel in area. Offered a shuttle service to and from airport. 20 minute walk to light rail. Area outside of hotel property and grounds was dirty but not the hotel’s fault. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s an airport hotel… however we did ask for a quiet room and there definitely was street noise. Note- their dining room closes early. The doubletree down the hill is open late and it gets it done.

Spacious room, super comfortable bed, wonderful restaurant and bar, convenient shop for snacks and drinks, and a 24 hour airport shuttle. We were just looking for a nice place to spend a night near the airport after our cruise and this was definitely a welcome surprise.

Stayed here for 2 nights and I was very pleased. Nice and clean hotel, very friendly staff, the breakfast at the onsite restaurant was great and I took the shuttle to the airport which was also very convenient. Definitely recommend this hotel.

No room service, no food service at he Restourant after 10pm even if you hungry, they charge you parking but parking garage door not open by the card you always have to call with the button front desk to open it for you. After showing no lotion which run out and room cleaner did not even to check to replace it. Hard to pull in when arriving at the lobby with a car so small space so in general what we paid expensive for this hotel per night is not worth it for the place.

Every staff member I came in contact with was wonderful. The building and room were clean and well maintained. I was disappointed that parking was $20 tax per night. A lower price would have been more palatable. Also, breakfast is $20 per person that includes your standard hotel breakfast fare plus a made to order omelet. The omelet was tasty but that did not make the meal worth $20.
