WoodSpring Suites Reno Sparks

There is no sound proofing between floors. The people walking around above my room were loud and sounded more like stomping. You could even hear them talking. Unfortunately, they stayed up until around 2:00 am. The refrigerator, microwave and stove were excellent and worked well. The lower score was that the listing mentioned coffee in the lobby which was not the case. Just would have been helpful to know. Gym had no free weights. The nautilus machine was find and worked well but one set of free weights are typical for a small hotel gym.

I was unable to get a refund on my room because I didn’t have a credit card I lost $93. I will never book WoodSpring ever again.

Clean room, good facilities

Good location and clean rooms. However, the set up of the shower creates way too much water that goes out all over the place making it a mess.. comes with somewhat of a kitchen with a larger refrigerator and stove top with exhaust fan, which is nice however, they need to change the beds which are pretty important. The springs are popping out of those things.

Staff was nice but the smell of what everyone was cooking made it hard to be there for long
