Place suited us well, We were in town for hot august night, Called a couple of months ahead of time and was told there would be parking for our trailer, Turns out most people staying at the hotel are still figuring out how to park, Not to mention the multiple motorcycles taking up spots that are car could of used, I ended up taking my trailer to a lot that costs me $405 dollars and had to park my truck out on the road heading in, But all in all, it was a good place

This was a good property for my stay in Sparks. The hotel is designed for extended stay, so the room has a full size refrigerator, microwave and cook-top. I found the room clean and comfortable for my stay. However, the hotel has no amenities to speak of, such as restaurant. That's not really an deal-breaker issue, as there a few eateries close by. One negative is the properties flaky internet service. Once you get connected it's fine. It's just jumping through the hoops to get connected that is not so good. All in all, if I needed to stay in Sparks again I would probably stay there again.

This is a bare bones hotel property, not even set up for extended stay, unless you bring everything you need with you. PROS for this hotel: - reasonable price - right off the highway - AC worked well - hotel is clean - laundry room if needed - friendly front desk staff CONS for this hotel: - no pool or hottub - no full length mirror - no dishware for use in the kitchen - no hand towels (only bath sheets and washcloths) - no hair dryer - no iron/ironing board - no conditioner - no ice maker on the property - no ice maker in the freezer and no ice cube trays in freezer - no early check-in (literally the property will allow check-ins between 3-11 PM) - USB charger for devices on lamp was broken - weird and loud alarm went off at 2:10 AM in our room and scared the crap out of us - bed not comfortable - no blackout drapes to keep light out of the room

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Property is clean and has all you need laundry facility, gym, fast food with in walking distance, gas station next door. Really nice place will be staying here again.

The outside was well kept up and looked very promising. The check in was good and staff was nice. When we went to room there was an extremely strong odor of pine cleanser. The smell was so strong it was nauseating. Didn’t sleep well because other guests were very noisy with televisions blaring and a lot of banging noises. When we got home all our belongings smelled like pine- sol. The price of room was great but won’t be staying there again.

I really want to give this property one star as the rooms are so chemically cleaned that I ended up having to put my own sheets on the bed in order to sleep at all and I still got chemical redness on my skin from chemical exposure. I am certain that they spray the rooms, everything in the rooms with a heavy cleaning chemical. It's way too much. I won't stay here again.

The bedroom and bathroom floors were very dirty. Dog food was under the bed and next to the refrigerator. Dog hair was everywhere. It smelled bad. It was generally very dirty. The hallway carpet was very dirty, and the dog smell was everywhere. We were here a week ago, and the previous stay was a little dirty, but not like the one I had this time.

The rooms was unclean as it had cat hair all over the room. As I am allergic to acts. I slept terrible nose running sounding like I had a cold. Then the bed had a long black hair in it. The bed was as hard as a rock. Hard to sleep on a rock and nose running and coughing all night. It seemed to be kept up as everything was working. I don’t think I will ever stay there again.

Although the room was clean, it smelled really bad. It was the smell of dirty rags and cleaning solution. There were a number of homeless people hanging around the back of the property and sleeping. It was concerning the park our vehicle in the back of the property where they were hanging out. Our room was on the first floor and the people above us were so loud we heard them all night long - it was terrible.

Tried to check in 35 min early. Very rude front desk. Came back after dinner and got into the room. Very dirty. Walls are filthy. Huge booger on the roof above the bed. Floors are dirty. Stains on the bedding. Will never stay here again. Positive note. Very quiet in regards to traffic noise.

The room was clean and spacious, with a nice, large shower. The bed was a bit on the soft side for our taste, but you can't please everyone. Our only real issue was the noise. The people upstairs were banging around all night long. Sounded like they were moving furniture and break dancing. And I mean ALL night. We were right next to the back entrance and the door opening and closing was really loud. A huge bang whenever it closed, which was often. Maybe if we had a room further from that door it would have been a better stay.

So expensive for a cheap bed, threadbare sheets and comforter, rock hard pillows at the end of their use, no curtains and bright lights outside all night. Loud slamming doors and no coffee or breakfast service. $260 for the night. I’ll stay somewhere nicer next time

Staff very polite. Room clean. Walls terribly thin. Doors slammed all night long. Wall actually shook when person in next room went in and out a dozen times during the night, letting the door slam every time. Lack of respect by that person.

I stayed here one night as a stopping point on the way to Idaho. I didn’t realize it was more for people that live there for a few days to weeks and has everything you would need as far as regular size fridge, stovetop, microwave but if you want a coffee maker, you need to rent one. Also no pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc…kind of odd. Not the hotels fault but I was awakened by the upstairs residents walking their elephant. The floors and walls are thin.

Great, friendly staff but the WiFi was terrible for streaming. I ran a speed test after it took 30-45 sec to populate a splash page. After 10 tests on different floors, max down was no greater than 2.4 mbs. Terrible for streaming. Other beef was the broken luovered blinds that lack privacy from passerby’s and let headlights shine into the room. Bed and pillows were 2-star hotel-ish while bathroom and kitchen area were 4-star hotel-ish. Always check the WiFi…unless you book a non-refundable room then yer stuck.

Manager is slimy. They will keep your pet deposit no matter what. That’s a fee, not a deposit, and it is in addition to the per night pet fee. Carpet looks like it was used in a horror movie. Overheard discussion about putting a dog down because it barked. Avoid this place!

This is a good example of you get what you pay for. This is a low budget property. The room seemed clean, which is expected. The registration process was odd as you had to sign, in 5 to 7 places, a document that outlined all the expectations of the property (which included things like taking out your own trash if you had what they considered to be excessive amounts of trash). My room was probably the worst room they have in that it was located on the ground floor & near to the exit/entrance from the parking lot, which means that it was getting opened & slammed shut all the time & at all hours. Additionally the blinds in my room were broken & could not be lowered all the way to the sill (so you could see into the room from outside). The front desk is only open between 3 pm and 11 pm, which is when people can check in - I suspect this is a cost cutting/savings strategy. Totally a budget property and okay if you need a place to just crash for a night.

My room was probably the worst room they have in that it was located on the ground floor & near to the exit/entrance from the parking lot, which means that it was getting opened & slammed shut all the time & at all hours. Additionally the blinds in my room were broken & could not be lowered all the way to the sill (so you could see into the room from outside). The front desk is only open between 3 pm and 11 pm, which is when people can check in - I suspect this is a cost cutting/savings strategy. Totally a budget property and okay if you need a place to just crash for a night.

The evening staff was not very friendly, you have to rent all the pots and pans cups, coffee makers that you think would come in a suite already you have to rent all of them. The worst part is that my daughter was taking a shower and I was laying down on the bed when someone walked in the room because they had given our room to somebody else after we had already checked in the night before.

Tried to check in 35 min early. Very rude front desk. Came back after dinner and got into the room. Very dirty. Walls are filthy. Huge booger on the roof above the bed. Floors are dirty. Stains on the bedding. Will never stay here again. Positive note. Very quiet in regards to traffic noise.

Staff was great. It’s more suited for workers from out of the area and long term stays. There is a bum camp a few 100 yards away so that’s why the low review. The bums go through the property to get to their camp.

Although the room was clean, it smelled really bad. It was the smell of dirty rags and cleaning solution. There were a number of homeless people hanging around the back of the property and sleeping. It was concerning the park our vehicle in the back of the property where they were hanging out. Our room was on the first floor and the people above us were so loud we heard them all night long - it was terrible.

I booked this property for family thinking since it was an extended stay hotel that it would have all the amenities of other extended stays. This property is very disappointing…there was nothing in the room. No coffee maker. Not even an ice machine. Their reasoning for the lack of amenities was “they don’t have a way to sanitize anything.” My family did say the beds were comfortable, so I will give them that. Lesson learned…definitely will not be booking a room at this property or any related property again.

The hotel is clean and very basic. There is a stovetop and microwave but make sure you bring your own supplies. There is no ice, coffee, or breakfast here so just remember that. Slept well and that was the main reason to stop. The hotel is right off the freeway for easy access .

There are no amenities. Not even an ice machine or hair dryer. Room had a full kitchen but no plates, utensils, etc. The mattress was rock hard. Parking at night was tough. Even the elevator was dark inside and it was hard to select the floor. For $160 a night I will find another place to stay for the night.
