Pillows let it down. I cannot sleep on massive pillows and require thin pillows. For that reason sleep was an issue. I did ask at reception but they are the only pillows they have.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mercier. The room was beautiful and very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. What really stood out, though, was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. After a long day out, we ordered delivery food, and they went out of their way to provide us with plates and water from downstairs, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would absolutely recommend staying here.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is welcoming, friendly, and polite. The breakfast is very good and available during a four hour block. If traveling with a partner it is perfect, but when not, be forewarned that the beds are made up individually but not apart. That was my only complaint.

Not enough staff and too young staff - lack of experience, service level too low and didn't have answers to our questions. Breakfast was a dissapointment. Very low selection and on the last day, the chef didn't show up to work, so very minimal selection was offered.
