n hindsight, I should have checked the reviews more carefully before booking. Unfortunately, our room didn’t quite meet our expectations. The shower gel bottle was empty, and the handwash bottle appeared to have been filled with water rather than handwash. Even after we requested both shower gel and handwash, the bottles were not refilled. There was also no shower cap. These may seem like small details individually, but they are fairly basic amenities that you would normally expect from a hotel. The bath towels were also surprisingly small, certainly the smallest I’ve ever been provided with at a hotel. The television was positioned in a rather awkward spot, making it difficult to watch comfortably, and unfortunately, it didn’t work at all during our stay. The air conditioning also took some time to cool the room down, and unfortunately, my partner found the sleeping arrangements uncomfortable enough that they ended up sleeping on the floor. On a positive note, the reception staff were very good. They were friendly, welcoming and pleasant to deal with throughout our stay, and their attitude was definitely one of the better aspects of our experience. Overall, there are several relatively simple things that could be improved to make the stay much more comfortable for guests.

Minimalistic but ideal for a city break. Next door to the metro. Free coffee, cosy beds, nice shower, air con. What more do you need?

The front desk were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel is great in a convenient location and very clean, I especially like the design of the room, functional and comfortable. the only downside part, the kitchen staff didn’t allow us to get a second cup of hot water where we were told by the front desk we can get free coffee and water etc from the lounge/multifuncational area.
