I have stayed at the property multiple times and quality and cleanliness is always top tier! The only issue is the parking. I have a big truck and having to park under ground in the narrow parking lot is a bit frustrating.

The shower was not as clean as it should be. Parking was an issue. We parked in a front handicap spot and were told to move our car to underground parking because they had guests coming with trucks and they were too big to park underground. They said they would have to call us to come move our car!

We liked that not only is there a parking garage under the hotel so there is plenty of parking, but the elevator in the parking garage will take you directly to the correct floor that your room is on. The hotel was clean, and the room was perfect for the night. The area around the hotel was nice and felt like a very safe environment.

So I have asthma my room when I got there the bed was damp the pillows was damp. I went to the front desk and was told it’s because of moisture in the room. Ok well that night I developed a cough. When I was out of the room I had no cough. We pulled the filter on the air conditioner it was covered in mold making me very sick. We cleaned it the best we could. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The property was great. Front desk personnel was very friendly. My one complaint is the cleanliness of our room. There were things left in our fridge, no toilet paper in our bathroom, towels were just thrown in the bathroom and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept. So it seems like lackluster house keeping. Every other employee I encountered was fantastic.

Liked the price point. The AC didn’t work in our room, told front desk next day—which made for a sleepless night while traveling on the road - we didn’t wanna have to change our room in the middle of the night. nothing offered in way of discount, etc. Our bathroom floor was dirty as well. Since it’s middle of summer the AC was the main concern overall, and find it odd that it just “stopped” working or no one mentioned prior - Room 202.

The hotel was extremely clean and beds comfortable. The only reason I did not give a 5 star over all is that the floors are very sensitive. If you stay and want to sleep make sure to get the fourth floor. If not you could end up in a room below a family that let their child run wild ALL night. We had our three kids 4-6 year olds and they each was woken up making comments about it.

There must have been some type of little league tournament in the area because when we checked in the lobby was full of young boys and their parents. When we got to our room we were greeted by a large group of young boys (maybe 8-11 years old) running and horse playing loudly up and down the hall with no adults in sight. One quick call to the front desk and the issue was handled within minutes. I love seeing kids enjoying themselves but this was out of control and with no adult around it could have turned out bad. The way the hotel personnel handled it was excellent. I will stay here again.

The room, hotel and breakfast were fine. Staff was HUGE problem. Unbeknownst to me my debit card was charged at check-in despite having checked the pay at property button on expedia and telling the front desk lady that I wanted to pay with my credit card. At checkout I ended up speaking to the manager Teri who not only took my credit card payment but over the next several days ended up charging my debit card twice along with charging my credit cards. She finally did refund one of my cards but it was the wrong one and for the wrong amount. Teri is not competent enough to be a general manager and lacks the people skills to handle the situation. Do not stay here unless you want to be double charged and spend weeks trying to get it fixed.

Traveled from Missouri to see a concert and this hotel was wonderful. For a very small fee to check in a couple hours earlier was well worth it, we called first to make sure they had rooms available. Very clean and comfortable and the lady at the front desk checking us in and out went above and beyond to help me figure out where to go in Nashville

This is a nice, relatively new, clean, and quiet hotel. However they charged me an extra $20 to check in one hour fifteen minutes early during a driving rainstorm. I have never been charged for early check in anywhere before. I have been told that I could not check in early for many reasons and allowed to check in early many times as well… but I have never been charged, particularly in a hotel that was pretty empty at that time. For these reasons I gave a two star poor rating on Staff and Service.

The hotel was very nice and very clean. Check went smoothly with no problems. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. One single serve coffee machine working created quite a line and the milk was in the stainless steel carafes you usually see half and half in. When I asked the attendant if they had any milk she told me no but I don't think she understood me.

WARNING: this property keeps weekday hours for breakfast on the weekend. Every hotel I have ever stayed in extends breakfast on the weekend to 10am. This one does not. Very surprised to find breakfast already shut down when we arrived at 9:15a. They did not tell us this when we arrived on Friday. We later found a small typewritten tag stapled to the key card holder stating these times. It would have been nice to have this been pointed out when we arrived.

A top notch property in a unique and beautiful area. The staff were all helpful and friendly, and the facility was sparkling clean. Great breakfast, but wish it lasted beyond 9:00am for those of us who wanted to sleep in a little longer. :-)
