Tru by Hilton Louisville Airport

We used the shuttle service twice and it was an excellent experience. They were prompt and the drivers very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable; staff was fantastic!

Always enjoy the bedding; this Tru stay had one of three pillows that were super. Still the stay was pleasant and the 24/7 airport shuttle was a HUGE win for us. Esp as I got in at 3 am my first night! Always find Tru consistent

Had to wait twenty minutes before checking in ,due to computer issues. Had to park a block away from hotel due to no Parking space available.

I'm happy with my stay. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. The airport shuttle is available on demand. There were many options for breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was only like 3 mins. All of the employees I encountered were very kind and polite.

Everyone was pleasant, helpful, approachable, and a good vibe. Amazing hotel, amenities, pool table, FAVORITE gym EVER!!

Parking was tight and not much parking When we came in I noticed a hole in the shower but they fixed it right away .also they gave me a room for handicap access but I didn’t choose that .

we stayed one night and lobby and all the activities needed cleaned. the cover up sheet on the bed had tears in it and had been glued back,and were very uncomfortable to use. I had to remove that sheet. the room was semi clean nothing to brag about This hotel has amazing opportunites if it were kept cleaner.

The room was very nice and on the surface appeared to be very clean. Yet when I took my shoes off. . . there seemed to be quite a bit of dirt on the floor. Also the heating system was not what I wished. While the thermostat said 72 . . . it was cool and my husband had to wear a sweatshirt. Minor details, but I hope you can look into them!

Clean, new, awesome staff

Great staff at check in. Poor lighting in the bathroom and dirty floors in the main part of the unit. No cups or glasses in the unit.

The Wi-Fi is free and room was super clean.

I wish that it was posted in plain view when booking and walking into the hotel or any hotel that it is animal friendly. Being allergic to certain animals makes for an uncomfortable stay as your are always itching. Imagine if someone where anaphylactic? This should be in bold letters or a main point when booking. Also, when you do accept animals it would be awesome if you would change the bedding. I had hair in my bed.

I had bed bugs in my first room. But GRANT WAS AWESOME! He fixed the entire experience and he was hustling from the moment I walked in. He was working alone but he deserves a raise thank god he was there he is a gem KEEP HIM❤️

I loved the property very clean, but I didn't sleep well because the pillows were very flat. Very disappointed.

I like the flooring, no carpet. Makes the room feel cleaner.

Cute place for an overnight stay! New and renovated! Comfortable bed and blankets. Breakfast wasn't extravagant with bacon, eggs, pancakes and some muffins with yogurt. Disappointed there were no cabinets or hangers in the room. It’s next to the airport, so it’s convenient but you’ll hear planes take off and land all night long. Nothing that can be done about the sound and ground shaking but thought I would include it.

The staff were very attentive and facility was well kept. The noise coming from the other rooms was horrible. I can literally hear when someone flushes the toilet from another room. The bed was also on a platform and the mattress was super then which made it super uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a jail cot. Overall the hotel is decent.

Very nice. The bed was especially comfortable. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room but otherwise had a good stay.

This is my first stay in this chain. The room was spartan, as expected: not a whole lot larger than the king sized bed, but sufficient. Bare floors, minimal shelf space, but there was an adequate place for my bag. The bathroom was excellent: big, well lit mirror, real walk in shower with good shower head and dispensers for soap at the sink and in the shower along with shampoo and conditioner. Black out curtain worked well. There was a comfortable chair, but the 'desk' was a rollout from under the TV shelf, which was adequate if one sits on the bed. I was impressed at how quiet the room was, considering that it's literally right next to the airport runway. In all, I liked it: just what I needed at a reasonable price.

Very small rooms no closet

The bed was not very comfortable and it was by the airport so you can hear planes coming in all night. Our air conditioner was also very loud

Checkin was awesome Junepheer and the guy that wa switch her were so awesome and so sweet and perfect! We requested pillows and Brittany was at the desk and was so unfriendly. Told me I had to come get them, which was fine. But when I got to the desk, she didn’t speak, didn’t say you’re welcome or anything! She doesn’t need to work customer service.

Jessica McDaniel at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Full of helpful info and very friendly. The airport shuttle driver Martin was also extremely friendly and also very informative

Booked at the last minute after my flight was canceled. The customer service from the front desk to the shuttle driver was terrific!

Lazy and surly staff at desk. One large woman was pretty much sprawled over the counter and unfriendly when I attempted to check out! Disgusting for a Hilton property!!!

Beds were super hard but the hotel itself was fine, the front desk was missing when we arrived so we had to wait to check in after a long day of traveling which was inconvenient but it was a fine place to spend the night.

Quick stay but a great one. Wonderful customer service and a comfortable, clean hotel. Eric was working the front desk when we checked in late at night after a flight from Baltimore and from getting us a quick shuttle from the airport to making sure we had everything we need for the stay, he was great and very pleasant. The shuttle driver was super nice as well. Overall great experience.

The most unfriendly receptionist we have ever encountered. We first walked into the hotel to a scowl. At breakfast the coffee ran out and the same receptionist said she would see to it after finishing with a guest but then 6 more guests joined the queue and three of us were waiting for coffee. Thankfully one of the kitchen staff swapped the empty for a full one. The coffee ran out the second morning and it was the same glum receptionist so we decided to do without. The heating controls didn't seem to work properly in our room. The unit said to use the wall controls which said "OFF" so the evening receptionist, who was really sweet, came up and fiddled with the buttons and we were able to increase the temp but for some reason a short while later it suddenly decided to blow cool. We turned it to "OFF" to keep the room from getting cold. Checking out was not pleasant as we were back to the sour receptionist. She just acted thoroughly miserable. The soap and lotion dispensers in our room were a challenge. They have lovely contents but not user friendly if you don't have strong hands to squeeze them at their middle. The room didn't have its own microwave and was shown the one they had down in the reception area. Our last trip was in Jasper at a Hampton Inn and the room was bigger, had a microwave and the staff were super friendly. Super breakfast and staff had lovely waffle maker with staff to help. Hilton has 2 pancake machines taking up space & don't seem popular.

Your staff!!! The room!!!! Modern, minimal yet perfect!! Visually pleasing colors. Great soaps & lotion. Free Water bottles offered. And your staff texted me about an hour after check in to see if I needed anything. Really phenomenal first stay.

I was really impressed with our stay here. Front desk - Brittany - was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The area felt safe and the parking lot was well lit. Check out was easy. We’ll stay here again.

Nowhere close by to eat, but they had the shuttle take me to a restaurant within 3 miles of the hotel(for free)and returned to pick me up. Quick also!!

Modern, quiet facility. No restaurants in vicinity but hotel shuttle will drive you there and back. Room was mostly clean. A bit of lint and hair on the floor. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is average.

Very convenient to airport for early morning flight

We stayed overnight for a U of L event. It's about 10 minutes away from the University. The staff and service were good. The room was quiet and clean. The amenities and level of comfort were ok.

Love this hotel! New, clean, and modern. Friendly front desk. Good breakfast. Lobby has a pool table and games which my girls loved. Super close to Kentucky Kingdom which was the reason for our visit.

Excellent hotel. Lobby was fun, more of a meeting/gathering area, fun spot. Nice assortment in exercise room. Rooms were very clean. Brakefast was good. Will stay again!

The Staff proved out the Kentucky hospitality. Very friendly. It was a clean and nice place to stay on a budget. The mattress not real comfortable, but were just ok. The breakfast was ok, but missing yogurt. But I definitely would rate this at 4-5 stars for sure!
