Loved our time at Voco Osaka. This staff were welcoming and very helpful during the stay. Breakfast was delicious- we tried both western and Japanese styles and very were pleased with both. The decor was modern and the eco-friendliness was appreciated. The only downside was that there was no view from the room given the frosted glass window.

Great, new, modern boutique hotel. We had a premium King room that was very spacious. The rooms are beautiful. Bathroom is great. Hotel staff was amazing. Breakfast was really good with both western and traditional Japanese option. Lives up to its 4.5/5 star rating. Location is not in the heart of Osaka shopping but a few train stops away from Namba. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel seems new, friendly and helpful staff, however the room size is very small and the amenities were not good. We had large luggage and really struggled to manage in the room. Not all amenities were placed in the room rather you need yo get it from the reception. Eg: shower capIf you need a shower cap, not very practical.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The environment was excellent – quiet and peaceful – and the room was very comfortable. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the warm and friendly service from the staff. In particular, I would like to thank Mr. Dickson Law and his colleagues, who were exceptionally helpful. After I had already checked out, I realized I had left something behind. They went out of their way to assist me and resolved the issue quickly and with great care. Good but our reservation was a bit messed up. Charged extra for my wife which was supposed to be included. Couldn’t use complementary breakfast because was only for one guest and they put us in a room with 2 single beds. Great hotel with great facilities otherwise. Just be aware the reservation may have issues.

Super comfortable and beautiful hotel, a few minutes to a metro station. There’s a family mart nearby and a good supermarket in front of the metro station (higobashi). Breakfast was reallly good too and they had ice and water on each floor. And finally, they allowed us to stay in one of our rooms until 4pm on the day of check out and we were very grateful.

Prima verblijf als afsluiting van onze rondreis door Japan. Een hoop hotels gehad en deze was naar ons idee het meest luxe van allemaal. Tevens het meest westers kwamen we achter, wat ontzettend fijn was. Ontbijt vonden we behoorlijk prijzig voor wat er aangeboden werd aan assortiment. Maar wel smakelijk ontbeten.

服務人員熱情友善，飯店設施新穎，環境清潔。但有幾點可以再加強。請飯店準備嬰兒奶瓶消毒鍋，但飯店準備的是需要搭配微波爐的，唯一的微波爐在一樓廚房，而且功率太大不合用，所以等於沒有準備。廁所的washlet 很方便，但太自動會在沒人使用時作動，有點擾人。賞櫻季節客人很多，早餐都需要排隊入場，入住四晚最久一次排了15分鐘。
