Gorgeous boutique hotel with only 15 rooms. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated and had a sunny terrace large enough to dine and lounge on. The hotel has wonderful lounge areas and sunny breakfast patios. The grounds are full of lush florals and beautiful landscaping, and a wonderful view of Lake Bracciano… Perfect place to rest and relax. But the real shine is the service. Cinzia went above and beyond to make my stay easy and comfortable and even drove me to the train station. The whole staff were wonderful and helpful. The only thing I’d ask is to add lights to the pathway leading to the hotel. To reach the restaurants uphill or the beaches downhill, there is a long stretch of road covered by trees. When you’re returning to the hotel at night on foot, you’re walking in the pitch black. Especially for a woman solo traveler, it could use improvement.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you need they handle with so much care. Whether you are out at the jacuzzi looking over the lake and they are bringing you drinks, or getting all of your clothes cleaned and pressed for a wedding, everything they do is top notch. The dinner and free breakfast is incredible. The beds are so comfy and the bathroom was huge with an awesome shower. The spa is so clean and nice, it’s a great place to chill out after a long day. Seriously, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Had a wonderful time during my stay at Vigna Caio. The staff was just lovely, the views and location are excellent, and the food is delicious! The entire complex is manicured and spotless. Wish I had time to stay for more than one night!

This small hotel near a lovely medeivil town is a delightful place to stay for a few nights. It's comfortable and the restaurant is quite good. The breakfast is great. The Spa area with steam, sauna and turkish bath is a lovely spot for a rest after a day of travel or sightseeing. Between peak times of check-in/check-out, it is difficult to find staff to help with any questions - although they are friendly and helpful when they are available!

We had the most relaxing 3 days. The resort is absolutely gorgeous! The staff could not have been more accommodating. Within walking distance to the town of Bracchiano. Really enjoyed the spa and the overall vibe. Looking forward to returning.

This a beautiful property overlooking Lago Bracciano. It’s incredibly peaceful and picturesque. We loved our stay here and the hotel surprised us with an upgraded room. We loved the wellness area and the food in the restaurant is delicious! Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed when we were there and that was a disappointment but we were able to use the spa area and indoor pool which was awesome. We will certainly return - we had an amazing stay!

My husband and I revelry stayed here on our honeymoon. We travelled to a few different parts of Italy, starting our 2 week travels for 4 nights at Vigna Caio and then concluding our last night in Italy there. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff there was incredible and so accommodating and helpful, making our first trip overseas in a new country absolutely amazing. The daily fresh breakfast every day at the resort was so delicious and I’ve been craving them daily since back home in USA. The dinner was delicious also, everything so fresh and flavorful. The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable as well as the quaintness of it with such a gorgeous view of the lake. We can’t wait to go back there. We have the fondest memories of being there and it was an incredibly impactful part of our honeymoon.

La stanza presentava un termosifone rotto nel bagno ed hanno provveduto con una stufetta il resto lo abbiamo trovato tutto piacevole compreso il personale. Senz'altro da trascorrete un altro soggiorno e consiglio a chi deve fare un soggiorno in pieno relax e visita al castello a Bracciano ed ai paesi vicini.

Lovely hotel with a fab view and wonderful, great value restaurant. We had a welcome upgrade to a lake view room which was clean and had a large bed and good shower. Breakfast was a decent continental spread (although the gluten free options were inferior quality) Great transfer arranged from the airport with courteous driver. Service was usually good but when a large group entered the restaurant we were then relegated in importance and ignored for long periods. The bar and reception are close to the stairs and it being an old building the noise carried to our room when the large party partied until 2am. We could also hear every reception conversation. Light pollution in the room from the TV and the telephone (which lit up when reception were on a call!!) was bad so bring a mask as well as ear plugs. The town is a tough, uphill walk which means the less mobile need a car. The castle is fabulous but bar a couple of lovely streets it is scruffy and tired. Few bars are inviting for tourists. The railway station is further uphill and buses are not very regular so best to come when the small ferry runs in the summer if you want to visit the other two lake towns.

All the personnel were very helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. The location is spectacular (only 50 minutes from FCO), within walking distance from town yet quiet and surrounded by nature. The Lake Bracciano view alone, is worth the visit!

Location privileged. The entire location is gorgeous of a view of a lake and castle. Everything immaculate. Great staff. Great restaurant. I suggest they place a caddy in the shower for shampoo,conditioner, soap.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per una breve fuga da Roma. Scelta azzeccatissima. Stanza con balcone vista lago, camera molto accogliente, personale gentile e discreto. Ottima la colazione. Unica pecca è che non abbiamo potuto godere appieno della bellissima spa, perché gli impianti, accesi da poco, non erano ancora arrivati a temperatura.

All the personnel were very helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. The location is spectacular (only 50 minutes from FCO), within walking distance from town yet quiet and surrounded by nature. The Lake Bracciano view alone, is worth the visit!

Fabulous little boutique hotel. Reception was fantastic and we really wished we could stay longer. Dinner was great and the host was a real lovely character who made our evening. Breakfast was also 5 Star. Views from our room even though the weather was a bit stormy

Absolutely gorgeous resort with everything we need and more. The breakfast spread was delicious and the restaurant was fabulous for dinner. We needed transport to the train station and the receptionist gave us a ride in her own car. That’s going over and above and we truly appreciate it.

This small hotel near a lovely medeivil town is a delightful place to stay for a few nights. It's comfortable and the restaurant is quite good. The breakfast is great. The Spa area with steam, sauna and turkish bath is a lovely spot for a rest after a day of travel or sightseeing. Between peak times of check-in/check-out, it is difficult to find staff to help with any questions - although they are friendly and helpful when they are available!

Beautiful boutique hotel in a very nice area just outside of Rome. Walkable to the historic ruins and shopping/restaurants nearby, along with the clear fresh water lake. Many outdoor activities nearby as well, highly recommend the hike to the waterfall. Will be back to this hotel if we return to the area.

We had a one night stay here after a cruise and before heading into Rome and we wished we could have stayed longer! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and staff are so helpful. We did not have a car and were able to arrange transportation through the hotel. Once there it was easy to walk to the Lake or to town. The best part is the restaurant - eating here is a must and was one of the best meals of our trip. We will definitely stay here again.

This was exceptional. I highly recommend it. The only negative was we found it difficult to find the entrance to the property. Google maps took us to the wrong road and we had to ask for help on how to get there. Perhaps a detailed description of how to enter the property. Other than that, our staff was absolutely wonderful. We travelled to a few different parts of Italy, starting our 2 week travels for 4 nights at Vigna Caio and then concluding our last night in Italy there. The staff there was incredible and so accommodating and helpful, making our first trip overseas in a new country absolutely amazing. The daily fresh breakfast every day at the resort was so delicious and I’ve been craving them daily since back home in USA. The dinner was delicious also, everything so fresh and flavorful. The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable as well as the quaintness of it with such a gorgeous view of the lake. We can’t wait to go back there. We have the fondest memories of being there and it was an incredibly impactful part of our honeymoon.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Vigna Caio! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautifully maintained grounds and the breathtaking views overlooking the lake. The property itself is stunning, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. After a quick and seamless check-in, I enjoyed a delicious lunch on-site. The staff also went above and beyond by accommodating a last-minute same-day massage, which was absolutely worth it. Lydia was fantastic and made the experience truly memorable. The villa is conveniently located just a short distance from both the charming town of Bracciano and the lakeside, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Every member of the staff was warm, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. This certainly won’t be my last visit. The villa is conveniently located just a short distance from both the charming town of Bracciano and the lakeside, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Every member of the staff was warm, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. This certainly won’t be my last visit. I’m so glad I discovered this hidden gem, and it was a pleasure meeting the owners, whose pride and dedication are evident in every detail of this beautiful property.
