Karbani Inn

It's a no frills, clean and comfortable room about 30 minutes to Carlsbad Caverns. The owner was super sweet and her breakfast burritos delicious.

Close to Carlsbad taverns 28 min, very unique style property, like a bunker or trailer setup, just wanted something functional, near the National Park and clean. Breakfast starts at 730am not 6am...it hasnt been changed....keep that in mind!

It was a nice clean room that was quite and we'll maintained. The staff was hard to understand and there were cats everywhere outside the room, but overall it was a nice place to stay especially considering the price.

Wow what a fantastic place to stay. Where do I even begin. The location, perfect. Just a quick drive to the Carlsbad Caverns (though they were closed when we went). The place was small but clean and honestly, if your just staying a day or two while you explore, you really don't need that much room plus bathroom was plenty spacious and bed was very comfy. The lady and and young man who greeted us at check in was sweet and had breakfast burritos for us the next morning. What hospitality! We will be staying again next year when we are able to check out the caverns. Our hot water did run out quickly but we still managed to shower just fine.

very nice and clean room, great check in process, and the owner cooked us breakfast! 10/10 would recommend and will be back if we are in town.
