Stayed 3 days at Lapland Hotel whilst on business. Wonderful hotel, beautiful decor and rooms. Restaurant was high quality but above all, the staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and all with a winning smile. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed one night (24-25dec). Booked parking through their website for extra, but worth it as you’ve then got your car in central Helsinki. The sauna in the room worked lovely, bed and pillows very comfy. Worth checking out the gym for the funky stone dumbbells. Breakfast very good, though probably the first Finnish hotel who doesn’t have munavoi for the riisipiirakka. The only other comment is they need a chart in the room for the nespresso capsules so you know what is what.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It has a very relaxed, laid back, warm atmosphere. The whole hotel is spotless. The staff are friendly, efficient and professional. The Arctic Deluxe Spa Room was just great. The sauna and the whole bathroom is excellent. The area is very convenient for sights, shops, ferries and walking. The restaurant Kulta in the hotel was very warm, spacious and of course the food was delicious. Generally what you feel is that the whole design concept of everything has been thought through and nothing is out of place … go and stay there!

Positives: I love how clean this hotel is even years after commencing operations. For instance, there are no signs of wear and tear in the shower - shower caulk has no mould, tile grout is perfectly clean. Many hotels, even 5 star hotels, struggle to maintain this. Everything is exceptionally cleaned and well maintained. I was updated to a sauna room which was really lovely. The sauna rooms are unique and I highly recommend them. I love the music, the dark and moody feel throughout the hotel and the breakfast is superb - a 5 star experience. Lastly, the location is fantastic. I prefer Bulevadi, close to the design district, then in the heart of Kluuvi. So this is my preferred location. Negatives: This is my third stay at Lapland Bulevadi over the years. Twice I haven't been Able to eat at the restaurant at night as they have been too busy and were not staffed to handle the load. However the bar tender did give me a drink on the house as a result. This isn't too bad as there are plenty of restaurants in the area but just an observation. In my most recent stay there was a loud noise that the air con would make occasionally which would sometimes wake me up when falling asleep, it would then stop again. And I couldn't work out how to turn the aircon off? I don't like sleeping with it on and there isn't a simply off Botton like other hotels. I am sure it is simply and will just ask reception next time.

大変快適に過ごしました。最も良かったのは、バスルームで、今回の旅行で唯一このホテルだけが扉が完全に閉まり、洗面所の床がびしょびしょになるのを心配しないでシャワーを浴びることができました。部屋は十分な広さがあり、窓は広く明るい部屋でした。受付のスタッフ、朝食時のスタッフ、廊下で会うスタッフが皆とても感じが良かったです。ベッドの寝心地も良く、金庫、冷蔵庫、ティッシュボックスがありました。ヘルシンキに行くことがあったら、ぜひまたこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

朝早く着いてもすぐにチェックインさせて頂けたので、本当にありがたかったです。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで安心できました。また、エレベーターの位置や部屋、朝食会場へのアクセスがとても効率よく考えられており、どこに行くにも時間がかからず快適でした。お部屋のサウナも共同サウナもとても気持ちがよく、ロウリュにはまりそうです^ ^ 便利な場所にあり、行きたかったかもめ食堂も近く、トーベ　ヤンソンさんお気に入りの最古のカフェ　エクベリは歩いてすぐです。日によってお掃除が少し行き届いていないところがありましたが、全体的にとてもよかったのでまた泊まりたいです。

I really loved my stay at the Lapland Bulevardi. It was clean, the staff was excellent, and that breakfast was incredible! The design was a good blend of modern luxuries with traditional nordic touches. They missed no detail of the alpine theme. It's in a great location in the city center, in easy walking distance to the market square, ferries, shopping, and the esplanade. Great stay!

It was quite expensive & a surprisingly very small room. The bed could use an upgrade as the crevice was deep. The shower design is poor as it floods the whole bathroom. A squeegee would have been useful as I slipped due to the flooding. Everything was very clean and the hotel is gorgeous. I personally wouldn’t go back due to the design flaw & uncomfortable bed.

Amazing stay! We would stay here again. We got the suite with the sauna in the bathroom and wow, what a treat! We loved the bar area at night and the front desk staff was excellent. This hotel had pretty much everything I could have wanted for my stay in Helsinki. It is located in a beautiful old part of the city within reasonable walking distance of everything I wanted to see in my short stay there. Due to a failure of the in-room safe to function, Jaane, the wonderful young man at the front desk, upgraded me to a gorgeous large room with its own sauna. Needless to say I was quite comfortable and appreciative. My first night I dined at the hotel restaurant where the food was exceptional. I am not used to hotel restaurants serving this high a level of dining experience. If you stay there, or even if you don't, you might want to have a dinner there. Breakfasts were included in the room price and they are quite substantial and very tasty as well. Generally I made such a pig of myself at breakfast it wasn't necessary to eat again until dinner. Front desk staff were universally warm and accommodating. If I needed a taxi, they arranged it promptly. When I called from the airport on arriving and wanted information on how to get to the hotel, they were very specific about what taxi to take and what it should cost. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. When I am in Helsinki again, and I will be, I will definitely stay at the Lapland Bulevardi again.

Front desk did not provide information on where to eat locally when asked during check-in. Staff solely recommended the hotel restaurant, which wasn't helpful. I decided to give the hotel restaurant a try - much to my disappointment. The service was horrible. We waited well over an hour for our meal. An hour wait for a burger is unacceptable. Take make matters even worse, the burger wasn't even tasty. When the bill arrived, I discovered that we were charged for water. We were not informed of this charge when the water was brought to the table. The breakfast that came included was just average.

One of the best hotels ever. Their breakfast was out of the world and hotel staff was simply outstanding. My flight out reqd me to checkout at 5 am and the front desk had green smoothie and other “to go” items ready as I would not be able to have formal breakfast that starts at 7 am! That level of service is so rare these days.

ヘルシンキ市内の非常に良い立地場所にあり、アクセスも良いホテルだと思います。また、スタッフの対応が非常に素晴らしいだけでなく、丁寧であり、アジア圏で英語が苦手な旅行者でも温かく迎えてくれるホテルのひとつだと思います。サウナ付きの部屋を利用したのですが、部屋はとても快適で水回りも清潔に利用できるように整えられていました。また、サウナは最大85℃まで温めることが出来き、高温サウナが好きな方には少し物足りない可能性はありますが、身体はしっかり温めることができ旅の疲れをしっかり癒してくれる設備でした。このホテルでは、夕食のダイニングに非常に力を入れており、夜のコース料理が気になる方は是非食べてみることをオススメします。今回の私達の旅行では、他の旅程やバレンタインデーと重なってしまい予約を逃してしまったのですが、夜のレストランの場所は、とても雰囲気があり、また、レストランのライティングがとても綺麗なので、特別な思い出を作りたい人にはオススメできると思います。朝食は、ビュッフェ形式で、北欧の伝統的な料理から良く目にする典型的な料理まで色々と提供してくれていて、ベイクドポテトがハーブが効いていてとても美味しかったです。ホテル近くには、ヘルシンキで最も伝統のあるカフェ（Ekberg）があり、開店間もなくから満席になるほど人気です。そのカフェに隣接して、テイクアウト向けの同店のパティスリーもあるので気になる方は足を運んで食べてみることをオススメします。パンやケーキの味は、日本の有名店と同じ以上の素晴らしい品質で、食べる価値があるものだと思います。
