I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. The young lady at check-in was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the process fast and easy after a long day of traveling. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the city. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I truly appreciated the great customer service and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would mention is that every time I receive a review request, it references a welcoming gift, but I have never actually received one during any of my stays. It’s a small detail, but something worth noting for consistency with guest expectations. The only other thing was there was a homeless young man who was getting the free coffee, and the staff literally threw him out the door. It broke my heart.
