Wow what an adventure this was. 1st time in wales, ended up stuck in a field thanks to google maps (lesson learnt follow the written directions that were given to us) however the estate manager zoe soon sent help despite being away herself, a fabulous guy called john pulled our car out of the field ....the man is a hero!! The grounds in which the retreat is set is beyond stunning, such a scenic peaceful place. We stayed in the cowboy hut and what a cozy little place full of character this was. Everything we needed was there, the deep filled bath was definitely a bonus along with the traditional log burner which just made it even cozier. Gorgeous place to disconnect from the world and unwind for a few days, will definitely be back in the summer months to see this stunning place in all its beauty

A little gem in the mid of a forest . We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It makes us feel being close to the nature .

The Cowboy hut was very clean, cosy and looked like it was straight out of a western. The bed was very comfy and the wood burner made for a relaxing atmosphere. The big bath was lovely with a view of the hills from the tub. The site was quiet and very scenic with beautiful surroundings. We had a power cut due to storm Darragh which was sorted very quickly. The onsite shop was very useful with what we needed for the weekend. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, peaceful break.
