The hotel was a very nice haven for me and my family to come back to after a long walk in the beautiful tatra mountains on the morning. My daughter loved the pools and slides and everything seemed very easy and relaxed. It has a Great breakfast and the buffet at dinner was also very good and reasonable for ease. The only negative thing I have to say was the noise and sight of ground works which was happening for the new lido area ( which will be amazing after completion) I wasn’t informed of the work when booking, even after asking if we would have access to this lido (the old one) prior to Booking and was actually the reason, for my daughter why I decided to choose this hotel. That said, you can barely hear anything in the rooms when the balcony door is closed and everything else was better than expected. I would use the hotel again and would also recommend to friends.

Loved it. Would recommend to anyone from the UK. Fly to Krakow then about a 90 min drive. Spa , food, hotel fantastic
