OMG! Not a good experience at all. My reservation said call if arrive after 10pm. I called and called and called with few different #s, but no one picked up! Hotel.com was not helpful at all either and basically just told me to show up and it should be fine! When I got there at midnight, there was no one. There was a sign telling me to dial 500 which did not work!!! Luckily, a guest opened the front door and I saw another overnight # to call and someone showed up 10 minutes after he told me he will be there in 5 minutes max. The whole process was so painful and frustrating! Now the room review. The towel, sheets were all clean and no complains, however, it is very old and many things needed update. The faucet was leaking water; somehow the bath door was nailed to the wall so can’t be closed; the hanging rod was missing, etc. Although I did not feel unsafe, but I smelled weed inside and outside. I would not stay there again for sure.

They are absolutely amazing

Booked a single bed and got charged for a double. The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! The elevator shacks uncontrollably when it’s mid 3rd floor. The elevator inspection was actually due this month. The amenities advertised, are not available. I WOULD NOT recommend this Woodsprings, based on customer service alone.
