Hôtel très bien situé à 500m du Tram qui Vous amène au centre-ville historique de Bordeaux. Parking pratique avec bornes de charge (attention :prise omestique -connecteur 3kw). Lobby agréable et personnel efficace et sympathique. Restauration très bien, petit déjeuner au top. Chambre spacieuse mais manque cruellement de rangement (chambre d’angle), une tablette position très haute dans la penderie double - sacrifier une des deux penderie pour ajouter des tablettes pour ranger les dessous et autres tee-shirt. Pas de commode. Salle de bain très bien, mais le module de douche est loin et sous la pomme de ciel de douche et on se trempe eau froide quand on l’allume. Wifi pas terrible et surtout la 5G ne passe pas dans les chambres. La salle de sport est fantastique mais ouverte aux clients de l’extérieur aussi affluence après les heures de travail. Bémol : la lumière du réverbère directement dans la chambre qui impose de dormir rideaux fermés… et chauffage bizarre, impossible de modifier la température qui est restée basse. Impression de froid constant.

This hotel was great. A few bugs trying to figure out the parking garage but the staff was super helpful. The rooftop bar/restaurant was our favorite place every evening with wonderful views of the German submarine pens and the Cite de Vin. We drove the first 2 days to city center but walked along the water to Cite du Vin and found the tram station. So much easier to take the tram. Staff was so kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also on the deck and the food was much better than I expected and the customizable coffee machines made my mornings. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to the area.

Nice hotel as you would expect with a new hotel. Staff in general were helpful and polite. The big downside for me was the bars. The quieter downstairs bar seem to close at 10.30pm on the days it did open and the 5th floor rooftop bar which is a lovely venue wasnt a 4 star hotel bar per se. In the middle of a student area i would guess and that was very obvious by the clientele and the loud hip music. Nothing wrong that with that at all, but not what i was after when paying €350 per night. Saw alot of hotel residents turn on their heels and leave on entering. The young bar staff were efficient and polite, but seemed like all their mates were there too! Could learn alot from their sister hotels rooftop bar in Nice, which is a vastly better experience

Accueil clairement décevant, avec un réel manque d’écoute. J’avais déjà séjourné dans ce Radisson il y a environ cinq ans et l’expérience avait été excellente. C’est donc naturellement que j’ai souhaité renouveler ce séjour, mais la déception a été au rendez-vous. Nous avons opté pour une chambre supérieure afin de bénéficier de l’accès au spa. Or, celui-ci était fermé pendant deux jours. Pire encore, il nous a été expliqué sur place que les conditions d’accès au spa avaient changé, alors même que le mail de confirmation de réservation que nous avions reçu indiquait exactement le contraire. Par ailleurs, malgré le choix explicite d’un grand lit, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec deux petits lits simplement rapprochés. Nous avons également dû insister longuement auprès de la réception pour faire valoir nos droits, le tout dans un climat peu agréable. L’attitude de l’hôtesse à l’accueil , le jour de notre arrivée a été particulièrement désagréable, ce qui n’a fait qu’aggraver la situation. Au vu du rapport qualité-prix, il existe de bien meilleures options à Bordeaux. Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet établissement. Je suis vraiment très déçue.

I was very disappointed with my stay in Bordeaux. The room had an unpleasant smell, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the entire property is in need of serious renovation. It’s definitely not a 4-star hotel as advertised — more like a 2.5 to 3-star at best. The location might be convenient, but the overall experience did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made.

Room wasn’t ready before 3:00 pm even though the front desk said it was vacant. We watched other guests receive immediate access before 3:00. Dirty torn faded carpet with wet spots. Refrigerator door was open on arrival. Shower floor extremely slippery and hazardous. No wash cloths available. Loud music and pounding noise from the fitness center a floor below awakened us in early morning.

Sur les 2 chambres reservees une n etait pas propre , les wc etaient sales avec trace d urine sur le siege , traces d excrements sur le fond de la cuvette . Nous l avons signalé à la reception , la personne etait desolee ..... vous ne pouvez pas etre desolee de ce genre de desagrements importants quand vous etes un 4 etoiles. Aucun geste n a ete fait sur notre note plein pot .... petit bemol sur la deuxieme chambre mais bien moins impactant sur le confort, pas de bouteilles d eau , chambre froide mais c est subjectif et chauffage à 22 qui ne s est pas allumé. Je suis peut etre un peu frileux .... le bar etait hs au 5e ......... bref on est mieux logé ( et considéré)pas tres loin et pour moins cher

We only stayed one night in a superior room, unfortunately the air conditioning did not work, the window did not open and it was like a sauna, so we had to sleep with the room door open to get some air at times. There was also a terrible smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. Apart from that the hotel is ideally situated for amenities and trams to get into the centre of town.

We had a lovely stay, beautiful spacious and spotless bedroom. Breakfast was very good, however the staff were very very prompt in closing down the service, switching of the lights while we were still finishing our breakfast. Only 1 person at the front desk spoke any English. But definitely recommend this hotel.

La peor experiencia que he tenido en CUALQUIER hotel hablando de todas las gamas, no merece ni por cerca 2 estrellas. Nos pusieron en una habitación a -1 grado a la cual no le funciona la calefacción, la actitud de la chica de recepción pesima para resolver diciendo que cada que necesitemos cambios de temperatura le llamemos. 8am del día siguiente iniciaron con martillazos alado de la habitación por renovaciones del spa, veníamos de un vuelo trasatlántico y yo estoy embarazada de 6 meses, con jetlag nos cambiaron de habitación, supuestamente mejor, la cual NO tenia la botella complementaria de agua, no funcionaba el friggobar, misma situación de la calefacción de nuevo, y misma pésima actitud de la chica del lobby, diciendonos que ES NORMAL que nada funcione. Se queda muy lejos de ser un hotel medianamente decente para hospedarte, te piden depositos y la noche no es barata para el servicio que otorgan. Quedense lo mas lejos posible de este hotel

We loved the location, access to the tram, the view, the spacious bedroom and bathroom and separate toilet. We used the coffee machine and fridge daily. We enjoyed the amenities. We extended our stay because we enjoyed Bordeaux so much and we were so comfortable at the hotel. Aurelio was extremely helpful during checkin, when dealing with consecutive bookings in different names and when extending our stay. He went above and beyond so that we didn’t have to change rooms.

Hotel moderno con habitaciones amplias y silenciosas. Cama cómoda y buen desayuno. El hotel está fuera de la zona comercial pero con buena comunicación. Andando estará a unos 35 minutos del centro. Pese a todo lo positivo, el precio de la habitación me parece muy alto para la ubicación que tiene.

Chambre en bon état , personnel ça va , par contre déjà nous n avons pas pu charger notre voiture , il n était pas précisé que c était des prises normales, je n ai plus la main pour revenir à la fin du texte , je vais vous parler du petit déjeuner : 3 petits pains au chocolat (chocolatines ) rassis , des œufs brouillés industriels ( pour un 4 étoiles on s attend a mieux ) le pain pas génial bref un petit déjeuner lamentable , un jus d orange super sucré , premier couac mais bon … nous sommes allés le soir avant dîner boire un cocktail au bar , très passable , pas de cacahuètes ou autre chose ( l année dernière nous étions allés au renaissance et il y avait tout ça ! on attend sur la terrasse personne ne vient nous voir
