The receptionist had the main office locked during their posted work hours. Tried calling to see about having someone meet us to set our reservation. Ended up waiting for nearly an hour. Never ended up staying because noone showed up until after we were leaving the property.

Very disrespectful staff no water fo 2 days tried to get my deposit for those nights back got cursed out and told I can’t return room was clean upon leaving never gave me my deposit or my refund back
