Amenities would be nice to have a bar or a place to get food in the evening Room was very very hot had to put the fan on couldn’t find any heating controls in the room Breakfast was average bacon wasn’t cooked enough and smelt funny

We were looking for a place close to the airport as we had an early flight the next day. The room was great for us. However if you were looking for entertainment or dining options then maybe not so great

Stop over before flight the next day. Clean comfortable room. They also do airport parking.

no refreshments bar etc. no hot water, faulty sink tap. filthy window sill… complete absence of information in room regarding Wi-Fi etc.. on the plus side the bed was immaculate and very comfortable.

Property extremely convenient for Purple Parking at Gatwick. Recently refurbished quiet and comfortable. No food available at hotel and in vicinity. Terrible potholed road to get to it, gives initial bad impression.The owners are aware of this. Would certainly use it again as so handy for parking.

Very good value for money. My stay was for work purposes. I find the location convenient. I stayed in a single room, which had kettle, microwave and a small fridge. The room was clean, bathroom sink had little water leak. They offer continental breakfast which I haven't tried. The road to property is a little bit rough. I would definitely stay there again.

All was good value for the price paid. Excellent location and easy check in. As has been mentioned the only downside is the approach road which is in a bad state with very large pot holes. Drive slowly and you will be fine

There wasn’t a dining room but Wetherspoons was close by, plus there was a microwave in the room. Able to order food in. Road to the property is full of potholes but plenty of parking. Nice quiet comfortable stay.

I would not recommend to anyone there was cracks in the walls the carpet was not put down properly the night staff disappeared when there was a very bad problem with one person who was staying at the hotel were he threatened to knock me and using foul language to me and he disturbed all the residents in the hotel and the room could be cleaned better and I lost my room key and got charged £10 for a new one then found it did not get the £10 back and it has no bar no shops near by and my mum found a bedbug in her room I would not go back there it was the worst hotel ever I’ve been to. I’ve been up all night because I couldn’t sleep. I’m so glad I’m home and safe. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows are dreadful. The whole place could do with a tidy up and put a bar in and is also health and safety issues in the place. The fire alarm also had a fault you could see it flashing and you said on the system there is a fault on

Dusty, cobwebs,spiders and silverfish in room and bathroom. Window opened onto flat roof easily accessible. Not good on a hot night as fan not strong. Staff very helpful and friendly

Good Evening I would like to complain about the room we stayed last night the bathroom was not cleaned I will forward photos and the brush for cleaning the toilet is terrible, total disgusted, I wanted to complain this morning at reception but no one at desk , my name is Kathleen downes staying on the 20th April at your Crawley hotel

Had to ask for kettle, milks, fan and an extra set of towels as only one set was left For two people. Don't think he bedding had been changed, when I pulled back the quilt the bed was full of some sort of grit. Cobwebs on the ceiling, shower cubicle had Not been cleaned. Receptionist blamed it all on the quick turned around from checkout time to new customers arriving. Suggest they get More staff then. Place very rundown and tatty

you should be embarrassed to have this hotel on your site, absolutely disgusting place, so dirty and unsafe, holes in the bathroom floor tiles which are sharp, actual holes in the floor of the bedroom which only the carpet stops yuo from falling in, dirty bedding

The room wasn’t properly cleaned from the day before got there there was shower gel on the floor in the bathroom, decorations and cello tape from previous guests on the walls and felt dirty.

The toilet was dirty the bath was dirty The tv was not working There was no one there to fix it We eventually fixed it ourselves

Silverfish were present all in our room, alongside loads of spiders. The bed was also partly broken so was uncomfortable to sleep in with my partner. Property especially room 110 is not up to standards for the price.

Smelt, mould in extremely small shower which was leaking. Tap in sink poor. Linen and bedding stained. Needs total refurbishing. Entry and parking very tight, uneven and full of potholes , needs addressing. Window dangerous. Unable to open by one person. Fire risk.

Room was cheap but not cheerful, felt dirty and grimy. Did not even get into the bed. Slept on top of it. Room was 2* Max and I would not stay there again.

The property itself is great, with nice furniture, a good location, and good parking. Unfortunately, the room had a lot of accumulated dust, which triggered a very strong allergy that I'm still suffering from. So, they need to clean the entire room, not just the middle where we see it upon arrival, because there was dust underneath and on the side of the bed from other guests who dropped it, who knows how long ago.

Perfect stopover Hotel for business or Gatwick travel! Spacious, modern and comfortable rooms fully set with TV, Coffee facilities and plenty of charging points! Excellent continental or a la carte English breakfast! Highly recommended!

The WiFi didn't work for me so had to use my data, the room was really warm even with the window open and the bed felt like it was broken which made an uncomfortable night's sleep.

For the cost and considering it was a Saturday it was excellent. The room itself could have had a fresh lick of white paint, the shower had lots of mould and smelt a little, although that a side the shower was nice. Defo a re-do of bathroom, beds were not comfortable noisy, very springy but at £60 you get what you pay for.

Very small doubke bed. Comfortable though.

From the start we was greeted warmly even tho we arrived later in the evening. It was very quick to be seen and checked in .the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The room was a very generous size more then whatyoud expect from any hotel room. Shower was lovely and the room its self was clean . Checking out was just as straightforward. Very happy experience planning on checking in her again inthe future

Bed was comfortable however the hotel is extremely noisy. If any guests move upstairs or in the hallways then you’ll likely be woken up. The beds were clean but the room was quite dirty and smelly. It is however very close to Gatwick airport so if all you need is a base before flying then location couldn’t be better.

Advertised as double bed. The beds aren’t double they are in between single and double. The shower didn’t work. The windows wouldn’t open. When reported to staff they didn’t change us to a different room. Stayed here many many times and never once felt let down as I did last night.

The lane leading up to the property had huge pot holes. Large enough to damage a car. The hotel access from the road is shocking. No check in beyond 11pm is not good enough for an airport hotel if flights delayed or running late with traffic. Windows not double glazed leading to a lot of noise. Curtains were not black out, with huge gaps leading to a lit up room in the morning. No air conditioning made the room very hot for my summer stay. Bed was uncomfortable with a poor mattress and stained sheets. On the plus side rooms were spacious and reception staff friendly.

Sound proofing in room was poor, as you could clearly hear next door room activities!

The customer service was good before our arrival, as we were expecting to be later than 11 pm (reception is closed after this time). We arranged a key collection for when we arrived, which was straightforward. We then located our room, and the door was open. We knocked and found nobody in here- strange. The shower was dripping, and the base was soaked as if someone had had a shower, and the bathroom mirror was dirty (toothpaste spat on). I also found stains on the sheets- unsure if the room was cleaned before our arrival or if this is standard. Then, later discovered the door didn't lock and the key card didn't work. As there was nobody on reception, we couldn't complain/switch rooms. Luckily, there was a lock inside that worked, but this meant my partner had to move the bags from the car himself, as we didn't want to leave the room unlocked with our belongings in. We had an early morning flight, so we left at 4am, not sleeping or using the facilities, so we can't comment on these. When we left, we passed reception to drop our key card, and whilst looking for the box noticed that there were sheets left on the side with details of every customer staying and what room they were in. Our room was a different number, so unsure if last minute we were changed to a dodgy room that didnt lock? Regardless, this is a massive GDPR issue. We have complained to the hotel directly and are awaiting a response.

Hotel is quiet in lovely surroundings. Easy parking. Very helpful staff Looking forward to going back

Fairly basic accommodation. Bed was comfortable. I asked the reception guy to help with a loud hum from a fuse box and whether I could change rooms. He offered to look for another room, told me to wait, never came back and when I went to look for him he'd gone off shift and reception was closed. Not a great service - even just saying 'no' would have been better.

Arrived at 11pm from Gatwick airport. On arrival I was given a room, got in and it looked like someone had just left - not cleaned. I then went back to reception, but it was closed, I called the phone and no answer and I had to hunt down someone who worked there. They then said that they will 'upgrade' me and gave me another room . Again this wasn't cleaned, the cup still has coffee in, vapes were on the side of the bed and blood on the duvet, the toilet hadn't even been flushed. So had to repeat again to find someone. Finally got a room that was ready at midnight.

Loved the staff and the manager Will definitely stay there again

Very welcoming on my arrival, very unexpected for the price. Just a 10 minute drive from Gatwick. I will definitely recommend this property.

My flight had been delayed, and I didn’t arrive until very early in the morning. The staff was still extremely friendly and gave me my room key and information, and the hotel was affordable, comfortable, and close to the airport.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which made it very easy to access after a long travel day. Since I had to check in after hours, the staff arranged for my room key to be placed securely in the mailbox, making the process smooth and stress-free. The property felt safe, was clean and well-maintained, and offered a comfortable environment. Considering the price, it provided excellent value for the location and amenities. I would definitely choose to stay here again if the need arises.

Hotel went out of their way to allow us a late check in as we could not arrive until after 11:00pm. Perfect location for a flight from Gatwick. Just a few minutes drive to North terminal. The room was large and clean with furniture a little dated but that did not impact our stay at all. We will definitely book here again.

This hotel is quite close to Gatwick Airport but also out in the country. Great price. Recommend for a place to stay close to the airport.

Awful country lane leading to property which has caused damage to underside of car (deep holes in road). Tired property-stains on carpets-light switches not working-awful soundproofing-tiny shower towel-smell coming from shower-weak shower-just old and tired.

Stayed at this hotel many times and every review I leave states the same thing, YOU NEED TO GET THE APPROACH ROAD REPAIRED!!! This must be the worst potholed road in the whole south of the country, three times I bottomed out my car probably causing as yet unseen damage, and many other cars were seen having the same issues! GET IT FIXED!!

Arrived late due to a flight delay. Easy check in. Road into the hotel was terrible, with lots of very large potholes. Took the taxi about 20-25 mins to drive from the airport

While the hotel is not immediately in the vicinity of the airport and somewhat isolated, it is quiet, surrended by countryside, and offers an affordable solution for those with a car. Staff was helpful and service was very good. Only drawback: the place is only accessible by taxi if you come on foot as the local bus will leave you quite far from the hotel. No shopping or dining options are available in the vicinity so make sure you have all you need with you. If you come by car, note that the access road is a little narrow and bumpy, expecially in bad weather when big puddles of water can test your suspension.

It was good booked last minute for an airport trip as flying early. Only thing we would say is to advise guests of the condition of the road accessing the hotel which was covered in huge pot holes luckily we were in the van which was higher up

Stopped overnight to collect passengers from Gatwick the following morning. Single room, ample space, everything that I required for an overnight stop. Nice full English breakfast to set me up for my return journey. Overall, great value

Room was nice, it’s basic, but I was only there for one night, breakfast was not a good choice of items, a bit of a let down, it’s supposed to be continental but there was toast, two cereals and a yoghurt. Not really worth paying the extra.

Very strange plumbing no water pressure and odd sink tap meant once you poured warm water it wouldn’t go back to cold The breakfast was the most minimalistic I’ve ever seen

Food was ok, but we not fully what we had booked online in terms of food. The continental breakfast was was bad as we no options apart from bread and yoghurt. We had to order our hot breakfast the night before but in the morning, the chef was not clear on what we wanted. The room was clean but dusty. Online we thought we had a king bed but were given a small double so it was cramped. I don't think i would go back to this hotel. Reception was not 24 hours. Staff were kind but on their phones or having their own chats. This is more like a 2.5 star hotel.

Don’t eat the breakfast and bring some cleaning stuff, very basic cleaning if any, dirty towels, cobwebs that have been there a very long while, breakfast was very unorganised ( can’t blame the chef), staff on site were very very inexperienced and didn’t have a clue. The only good thing is the vending machine. God forbid something happens at night no one is around to help you.
