The property was right in the center of the upper town and the Xmas market was right outside our door. The room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was really good. The only drawback was the gym was small and disappointing.

This is a great hotel with a fun vibe. Super trendy - the room was excellent. The bar perk and included bfast was excellent. Parking is intense - call ahead and let them know ur needing valet. Trust me. Take the valet! lol.

Highly recommend. Excellent professional and courteous staff. Great breakfast buffet in cozy setting. Conveniently located to Old Town w/ ez access to shops, eats and sight seeing. The only minor issue was the use of gym equipment - user needs to setup individual acct in the iFit app.

The customer service was top notch. Thank you! The view from our room was spectacular. We enjoyed our fire table, kitchenette, comfy bed, the overall design and aesthetic, and the location was perfect. Cool pubs and restaurants were very close by. We also really enjoyed the jazz band at Bijou restaurant right on site. The food was great and we had a fun and romantic time listening to the music and dining there on 3 occasions. We will be coming back.

We stayed at this hotel from Sept 11 to 13th 2024. It was absolutely fantastic. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean and esthetically pleasing. We loved the terrace with fire table. The entire hotel is immaculately clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

The Hotel is in an excellent location, close to stores, restaurants, and local attractions. The room itself is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Having a kitchenette was practical. Everyone in the hotel from The doorman to the front desk and the lounge area were very nice. Would never consider staying anywhere else. Absolutely love the hotel.

One of my favorite hotel stays anywhere in the world, and I’ve stayed at A LOT of hotels in different countries. So many thing stood out - decor style and ambiance, great services and location, checked U.S. in early, and handwritten card and chocolate for my birthday, comfortable bed, bathrobe and slippers, upgraded room with great street view that I watched snow fall during my stay, nice kitchenette set with nespresso machine and chilled milk, and beautiful breakfast restaurant with good options, there is also a convenient public parking lot right across the street. It was indeed a perfect stay and set the bar very high for QC hotels. Thank you Monsieur Jean!

The property is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, shops, and historical sites. The rooms are spacious and beds are extremely comfortable. Everyone is very nice and it is such fun to look for the Bijoux. This is our second time staying at the hotel and when visiting Quebec city I would never think of going anywhere else

Hôtel très sympathique, original avec design et décorations travaillées. Très propre. Restaurant et bar très chaleureux ! Service de conciergerie, salle de sport, buanderie, valet parking… chambre extrêmement propre et spacieuse. Literie qui semble de qualité, je rejoins toutefois certains commentaires pour prévenir les plus fragiles du dos : le matelas est d’un accueil moelleux et soutien moelleux. Quelques gros points négatifs toutefois : la fenêtre de la chambre 205A donne sur le trottoir de la rue où sont entreposées les (nombreuses) poubelles de l’établissement. Pas de problème visuel ou d’odeur mais gros problème de bruit !! Pendant des heures et des heures la nuit, des gens font les poubelles, fouillent, remuent, cassent du verre… Comprenez moi bien : il est infiniment triste et regrettable que des gens aient besoin d’agir ainsi pour survivre. En revanche, je ne paye pas une chambre d’hôtel pour avoir du bruit la nuit pendant des heures, à littéralement 2 mètres de ma tête. Impossible pour ma compagne ou moi même de dormir sans bouchons d’oreille ou casque anti-bruit : un comble ! Accueil contacté dans la nuit mais rien n’a été fait fait. Le lendemain matin j’ai également partagé la mauvaise expérience à l’accueil : on m’a assuré prendre en charge le soucis et que l’on reviendrait vers moi (nous restions 3 nuits). J’attends toujours un retour sur ce sujet à ce jour… Évitez la chambre 205A (et potentiellement 205B) autant que possible.

We had a Premium room with balcony which was fabulous. Magnificent view of the city and the river. Wonderful, friendly staff, and a fantastic ambience. Located right in the heart of Vieux Quebec, but still quiet and peaceful. One of best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Amazing location. Super personable and professional staff. The staff were truly superb and made my stay a lot more welcoming and enjoyable. I wish I knew about this hotel sooner! We were contemplating several properties in the area, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of staying here. It was a great location and so close to everything. The staff was great, and it was really clean. The concierge - Sandrine, helped us plan so much before our stay and while we were there. She was so helpful and just phenomenal. I stayed at Monsieur Jean for a work event and I enjoyed it so much I plan on returning for a personal stay. The location is excellent. It is safe, with endless shopping, dining and site seeing options available all around you. The hotel itself is whimsical and comfortable. Staff is friendly. The restaurant/bar is beautiful. There is honestly nothing negative I can say about this hotel.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay,however had an issue checking out. There was a 67$ charge on our bill from their restaurant. We had not been in the restaurant other than to purchase a coffee which we paid cash for. The receipt they had attached to our coffee receipt didn’t have my husband’s signature. They took it off our account but beware. Always check your bill before you leave the premises.

This is a nice, well run hotel. The service was very good. Its interior public spaces are decorated in a playful manner, but maybe they are trying a little too hard to be hip. The area immediately around the hotel is very touristy, but it's an easy walk to quieter districts. The breakfast room is nice. However, the food options are very limited for someone following a vegan diet.

The hotel is amazing - beautiful and interesting decor. The staff were awesome, super helpful and fun. The room was terrific and the terrace with the fire pit was the greatest amenity to the room. The food at the hotel restaurant rivaled the Michelin Star restaurants and the bartenders were super friendly and fun.
