유후인 숙소에 몰빵하고 후쿠오카는 그냥 가격보고 한건데 생각보다 너무 좋았습니다. 일단 하카타역에 거의 붙어있는 수준이라 접근성이 진짜 좋고 근처에 맛집, 카페 등 많아서 편리합니다. 그리고 저녁에 웰컴푸드드링크로 무려 소바랑 사케가 무제한입니다. 로비에 앉을 공간도 넉넉했구요. 짐도 셀프로 비번 걸고 보관하는 시스템이라 물건 넣었다 뺐다할때 편리합니다. 방도 좁지만 상태 괜찮았고 어메니티도 충분하게 제공돼요!

The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel is completely wheelchair and stroller inaccessible. The lobby is up a 2 flight escalator, or up a step through an unmarked door, and then up and elevator. There's no way in or out without going up or down at least a few steps! Also, the bathroom sink is installed inside the room, not in the bathroom and was not installed correctly with an air bleed. Every time you use the sink it makes a horrible racket for 5-10 minutes afterwards. I specifically chose this hotel over a much cheaper one because it promised "luggage storage". There's are bike chains in an open room that you can "lock" your suitcase with. Any pockets on your bag are still accessible and in room accessible to literally anyone. Also, they won't let you store your luggage for more than a few hours, even if you're coming back for a later reservation and have signs in English (the only English in the building) that after 1 day they'll open you suitcase and can store or throw away your items. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially anyone with mobility issues or a family. For the price I expected much better service and more amenities, just stay at the nearby APA instead.

Very well located just outside Hakata Train Station. Excellent buffet breakfast. There is also a cozy cafe where you can have tea, coffee & cake (try the matcha cake or the melon tart!). Rooms are tiny (quite frequent in Japan) but everything is there. A bunch of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Also well located if you want to book an excursion because pick up point is in front of the hotel!

Overall, my experience at this hotel was pleasant. Nobody can argue that the proximity to JR Kyushu's Shinkansen and local train lines, local buses, and subways are a demerit. The amount of food options are immeasurable, and there's so much to choose from. My have two gripes with the property: Only 2 of the 3 elevators were operational during my experience (maybe the third elevator was reserved for other guests, but I never saw it operational). The limited of amount of 3 washer/dryer units to be shared amongst 11 floors of guest is truly not enough, much less the only coin-operated washer/dryer unit being the only one available, and the other two washers and dryers experimental non-detergent-taking machines. I watched a couple use the coin-powered washer/dryer after I had finished using it, only for the washer to take their money and freeze. There was nothing anyone could do at 11 PM.

酒店位置超近車站。酒店有停車場但偏貴。房間不錯，但洗手盤在床隔離,而且沒有書枱，東西很多都要放地下, 有點不便。 VIP Access有免費蛋糕及飲品及升級至1:00pm 退房，我到酒店登記時才知道。免費蛋糕及飲品在酒店內的CAFE享用，但職員態度不太友好。問職員有甚麼選擇，她只隨便指了兩款。同價錢的還有別的，最後要問她才讓我選擇。蛋糕味道還可以。，但剛吃完不久，職員便來收碟。感覺像催促你們要離開一樣。，由坐下到吃完都不到10分鐘。旁邊來得比我久的兩個日本人，檯面上都是用完的碟子。還有細微的東西就不說了。退房當天, 12:30回房間, 發現兩張門匙卡用不到, 到了大堂找職員協助。再一次回房間,門匙依然不能用。結果又再要到大堂找職員, 擾攘了十數分鐘。最後急趕地整理行李及退房。

博多駅隣接という立地で交通至便が、ここを選択した理由です。部屋は清潔だけど狭いですね。そんなに安いグレードでもなかったと思いますが、シャワーの設備しかなく、バスタブがありませんでした。あと、冷蔵庫が小さくて、ペットボトルが立てられません。殆ど何も入らないって感じです。もう少し、利用者の身になった設備にしてほしいです。

The staff and service was great and being located next to Hakata Station and car rentals makes this place super convenient. But the room is terribly small. We needed a small night table removed to fit our two suitcases in. Even then, you can only walk into the room and then fall onto the bed. Two people can sleep in the room, but they cant function in it together at the same time. This is typical of hotels in Japan cities.

朝食は付いていたのですが、始発の地下鉄に乗らなければならなかったので利用出来なかったのが残念でした。部屋は広くはないですが綺麗ですし、立地も素晴らしいです。元々博多駅目の前ですが、地下鉄の駅に直結してるので雨に濡れずに行けます。エグゼクティブガーデン側の部屋でしたがずっと音楽がなっていて、22:00にはCLOSEしたようですが、それまでは気になって仕方ありませんでした。静かな部屋が良い方や翌朝早いので22:00より前に寝たい方がもしいらしたらガーデン側以外をリクエストした方が良いと思います。一つだけ、部屋の置き時計が止まっていたのが残念でした。それから以前より非常に値上がりしてしまっているので泊まりづらいです。

I Booked two nights at this hotel mainly because the Klook tour I joined meets right outside the entrance. When I made the reservation, the price showed around $500 CAD for two nights, but after all the charges, my CAD credit card ended up being billed HKD 6000 Hong Kong dollars, which is almost double what I expected. I still don’t understand why it was converted to Hong Kong dollars. The hotel itself was okay, and the front desk staff’s English was understandable, but not the others. However, they never told me that I needed to place a sign on the door for housekeeping to clean the room. Even if they weren’t going to do full cleaning, they should refill the essentials and provide bottled water at least. Also, when I went to the front desk to ask for water bring to my room, the staff simply handed me the bottles and told me to bring them to my room myself. For a hotel that cost $500 CAD per night, I expected to have a better service. There is many hotel with in walking distance at the 博多車站。 do your research。

The staff member who assisted us with a luggage transfer and check out on 20 Oct was also very pleasant and helpful to us. They should all be commended for their friendly service. There is no hotel more convenient to transportation--particularly through Hakata Station--than the Oriental Hotel Fukuoka. You walk out the front of the hotel and you are on the square one hundred feet or so from the entrance to the station, which provides you with quick access to anything in the area. The hotel itself is clean and attractive, the staff is professional and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. 하카타역 동쪽4번 출구에서 지하로 연결 되어 있고, 호텔옆이 스티벅스 커피솝 바로 옆이라서 아주 찾이가기 쉬운 위치입니다. 최고의 위치에 있습니다. 다만 룸 내부는 사이즈가 작은것이 다소 아쉬운 점 입니다. 하카타 동쪽 4번 출구(지상1층)으로 나올 경우 약 50미터 이내 거리에 있습니다. 하카타역 지하는 음식점 등 이용할 수 있는 매장이 많아 정말 좋습니다.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean and the location is superb. Literally outside Hakata station. Breakfast is good but need to change sometimes, the food is good but if you eat same breakfast everyday the whole time you stay you will get tired of eating the same kind of food.
