Good value for money. Selected it originally for fun name, central location and parking, but glad I did, it lived up to expectations. The room was lovely and spacious with thick blackout curtains and comfortable super king bed. Small fridge and washing up bowl provided in the room and fantastic drinks making table with a nespresso machine and food selection of pods which was very unexpected but a great touch! Good size TV in the room and a very comfortable wingback chair. Bathroom is also nice and spacious with enough towels in all sizes provided and good quality shower/handwash products. The bathroom was clean but can benefit from a good deep bleach clean everywhere. The pub next door is lovely and the food was great so easy to find a good meal and drink without having to drive again after a long day exploring. Unfortunately no breakfast option on site so had to find something in the area.

The room was very large, light and airy, with a king size bed, and a large bathroom. It was immaculately clean and very thoughtfully appointed with lots of tea and milk, coffee with Nespresso machine. It really was of top quality and the next time we visit our family we will definitely stay here.

Lovely, remote area and a really nice room, all the handy amenities including such as a fridge, coffee machine etc. Really clean and a nice quiet location right next to a small country pub. Great place!

The property was great, good parking, easy check in and very clean. My only complaint was the fact there is no mirror in the main room where the dressing table area is so when getting ready and straightening my hair and doing make up it wasn’t convenient with only a mirror in the bathroom. But it wouldn’t stop me coming back. The pub next door was amazing food and atmosphere and the staff where very very good. Would return. There isn’t much else close by but we knew this before we came as we wasn’t planning on venturing out anyway so the pub was perfect for us.

What an amazing place. Fantastic size room with really comfy bed, a second arm chair would have made the whole experience 110%. Loved the little tea/coffee area secreted away in the cupboard fully stocked with everything. We took our own breakfast and ate it overlooking the wild flowers from our window

What a fab motel. It was well located for us visiting family and spending time at the local RAF air bases for a bit of plane spotting. The room was very modern and clean. It had all the extras such as iron/ironing board, fridge and hairdryer. Complimentary soaps, handcreams and body washes. Its also doggy friendly. There was lots on nice walks locally and many places of interest to visit. There is a pub next door but we did not have time to use it.

Never stayed somewhere like this before. There was no interaction with a single human being, but that was not a bad thing! Room was spacious, well equipped, very clean and little things like enough tea/coffee stuff for about a two week stay (!!!!) make a real difference. Loved it!

Property was fairly new however in a year or so I would imagine it won’t be as nice. Beds were really comfortable but the single bed is very narrow. Basic room that’s modern but looks like a cheap renovation that won’t stand the test of time. Bedroom was clean although floor despite looking clean was filthy as my daughters sock were black after just a short time. Bathroom was ok but looked like it could do with a deep clean and some good limescale remover ( very picky however!) the spiders in the bathroom on the ceiling were disgusting however! Had 4 EV chargers and the two by the rooms didn’t even look to be live. The two by pub were out of order! Not ideal..

Beautifully decorated and appointed. Large TV in room. Comfortable bed. Only negative is that the room was hot so had to open window and nearby road is noisy. Also walls thin so could hear people in next room using bathroom, coughing etc. Which disturbed my sleep.

A lovely stay. The combination of a really nice room and a great pub provided us the a super Valentine’s Day and Night experience. We loved the underfloor heating, the space, the big bed and the bath and shower.

Quiet location no breakfast but it is a motel and the pub next door don’t do breakfast so come prepared other than that the room and bathroom are bigger than most and it it was so clean and comfortable, bed is massive and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. Pub staff very polite and helpful. But book a table as it’s very busy.

The room at Pig Shed Motel was clean and a good size with tea and coffee making facilities. It took a little bit of finding (I went to the wrong place initially!) but it is reasonably well sign posted though no directions given beforehand. I sent a couple of messages in the days before the booking through hotel.com but had no reply. Also I didn't see the text with the door code number, but Beccy in the George and Dragon pub was able to help me by supplying a door key. While this was my error it would have been nice to know in advance what the procedure was.. Having the pub next door for an evening meal was great after a days travelling. The room was cosy and the beds comfortable and we enjoyed our short stay..

The communications throughout have been fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. I was I able to leave our car in their car park well before check in time. With it being Sunday I was unable to book a Taxi to our granddaughters christening. Staff very kindly offered and drove us the 12 miles to the church! Absolutely outstanding!!!! The whole experience was fantastic and I highly rercommend the Pig Shed Motel for beautiful rooms, very tranquil location and outstanding customer service!

Never stayed somewhere like this before. There was no interaction with a single human being, but that was not a bad thing! Room was spacious, well equipped, very clean and little things like enough tea/coffee stuff for about a two week stay (!!!!) make a real difference. Loved it!

We had a fantastic stay at the pig shed. A big plus was the house keeping by Ann. Also its dog friendly as the pub near by

Quiet location no breakfast but it is a motel and the pub next door don’t do breakfast so come prepared other than that the room and bathroom are bigger than most and it it was so clean and comfortable, bed is massive and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. Pub staff very polite and helpful. But book a table as it’s very busy.

The room at Pig Shed Motel was clean and a good size with tea and coffee making facilities. It took a little bit of finding (I went to the wrong place initially!) but it is reasonably well sign posted though no directions given beforehand. I sent a couple of messages in the days before the booking through hotel.com but had no reply. Also I didn't see the text with the door code number, but Beccy in the George and Dragon pub was able to help me by supplying a door key. While this was my error it would have been nice to know in advance what the procedure was.. Having the pub next door for an evening meal was great after a days travelling. The room was cosy and the beds comfortable and we enjoyed our short stay..

Lovely room. Great pub next door. Allocated parking space a little tight with a larger car next to you and don’t follow the post code it takes you to the village down the road. Only little points though

Tranquil , beautiful views of the Milky Way at night. No one else around for miles, just some cute rabbits in the fields! Hope to stay there again soon. Superb interior decor.

Lovely, remote area and a really nice room, all the handy amenities including such as a fridge, coffee machine etc. Really clean and a nice quiet location right next to a small country pub. Great place!

Lovely room, very quiet and relaxing. Meals at the adjoining pub were great but unfortunately they could not supply breakfast. They did however offer an alternative an a the beautiful village of Castle Acre (a very short drive) but it was closed when we arrived at 9am and didn’t open until 11 am.

Our stay here was fine for the 2 nights we were there. We did have an issue with food on the first night as we arrived on a Sunday late afternoon and the pub next door was shut . We couldn't arrange anything else in the area as Taxi's were impossible to get hold of. We survived... and the 2nd night we ate at the pub and that was great.

Good value for money. Selected it originally for fun name, central location and parking, but glad I did, it lived up to expectations. The room was lovely and spacious with thick blackout curtains and comfortable super king bed. Small fridge and washing up bowl provided in the room and fantastic drinks making table with a nespresso machine and food selection of pods which was very unexpected but a great touch! Good size TV in the room and a very comfortable wingback chair. Bathroom is also nice and spacious with enough towels in all sizes provided and good quality shower/handwash products. The bathroom was clean but can benefit from a good deep bleach clean everywhere. The pub next door is lovely and the food was great so easy to find a good meal and drink without having to drive again after a long day exploring. Unfortunately no breakfast option on site so had to find something in the area.

The property was great, good parking, easy check in and very clean. My only complaint was the fact there is no mirror in the main room where the dressing table area is so when getting ready and straightening my hair and doing make up it wasn’t convenient with only a mirror in the bathroom. But it wouldn’t stop me coming back. The pub next door was amazing food and atmosphere and the staff where very very good. Would return. There isn’t much else close by but we knew this before we came as we wasn’t planning on venturing out anyway so the pub was perfect for us.
