Terrible customer service… Non-existent actually. Not worth the high price tag. Definitely not 5 stars. Not enough food options, no spa therapies during peak season. Very cheap with their air conditioning. Lobby and hallways are piping hot during heat wave outside. Weird place. I travel to this area frequently and Will never set foot here again.

Das Hotel liegt an einem schmalen gepflegten Strand und bietet eigene Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Allerdings ist ein Teil des Hotels stillgelegt. Dazu gehört auch die sogenannte Sky Bridge zwischen den Gebäuden, eigentlich ein Restaurant mit wahrscheinlich wunderbarer Aussicht. Das Zimmer war soweit okay. Die Klimaanlage kühlte nicht richtig, die übrige Einrichtung leicht renovierungsbedürftig. Konsequent durchgezogen war der übertrieben kitschige Stil. Das Frühstück am Pool war in Ordnung, es fehlte aber auch hier am Besonderen. Die Mitarbeiter insgesamt schienen im dritten Coronajahr jegliche Motivation verloren zu haben. In Summe nie 5 Sterne Leistung.

That would be a 5 star review if it wasn't for the spa experience. Really nice and clean rooms, good service, lovely beach and pool area with a bar. However at a wellness hotel I expect to use spa / cosmetical services without issues. During a nail appointment my nails were cut so bad that they were bleeding and afterwards swollen. The polish furthermore is applied as it was applied from a child*. So i highly recommend the hotel but try to avoid the spa services.

Alles war super, nur 20 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand bietet kostenlose Liegen, Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Das Frühstück war köstlich. Der Pool war sauber.

Super kitch Russian interior design and quite incompetent staff. I chose this hotel because of the underground gym, which potentially is quite elaborated but with terrible maintenance and airco not working! Result, imposible to do a descent workout and lots of discussions with the staff from the moment of checkin till the checkout for different reasons. To avoid if you wish for a relaxed stay.

Gebuchte Suite wegen angeblichem Wasserschaden nicht verfügbar, Information erst beim Check-in, Nachlass für normales Zimmer erstaunlich niedrig. Ausstattung Badezimmer müsste dringend erneuert werden. Es brauchte vier Anläufe bis der Safe funktionierte. Man muss sich organisieren, von ausreichend Handtüchern im Bad bishin zur Ausstattung für Kaffeekocher usw. Fotos Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenbetten sind veraltet. Liegen sind schmutzig und völlig durchgelegen, Sonnenbetten gibt es gar nicht. Schade, Strandlage ist eigentlich perfekt. 5 Sterne nur für das sehr bemühte und immer sehr freundliche Personal.

Spotlessly clean and well maintained but it is an older- styled place. I would not call it 5-star - there is simply nothing like 5-star service. Reception staff were unhelpful when it came to dealing with problems we had in the room and with getting pool towels. There was almost no other contact with staff during our stay - breakfast is fully self-serve buffet, not even serving tea and coffee (a machine to dispense coffee which was almost undrinkable). The pool area and beach were nice, but could do without the constant background club music. The location is out of the way and fairly quiet which was nice.

I travel a lot and this was a very odd hotel. It is immaculately clean. But not luxurious/5* by any stretch. Beds uncomfortable, towels thin and decor through the hotel is extremely opulent but not in a good way - Russia meets traveller caravan. The check in process was soo slow, breakfast mediocre and the spa/pool and gym can only be used between 1000hrs and 1800hrs. I was visiting with work and wanted to swim when I arrived just before 1800hrs! I was told very firmly no! I like to workout first thing in the morning- again no!!

A beautiful hotel, loved the outdoor pool and room with a direct view of the beach. Beach is literally at the front of the hotel. Hotel has spa but unfortunately I cannot rate it higher than 1 because I went there to book a massage around 3 times and there was no one there. Then I called them but no one answered. I reported it to the reception and they said that someone the spa would call me but no one did. So overall the Spa facility was missing from the hotel which was a real shame because this was partly the reason we booked this hotel. All other features and facilities of the hotel were good and appreciated.

Lovely stay in a seaview room. Room was very spacious and clean. Air con worked well and facilities were great. Pool was great, might be nice to have a couple of fans at the pool bar for very hot days. Staff were lovely. Nice town 5/10 min walk with lots of bars and restaurants, reaaonably priced. There is also a boat from nearby pier to Thesaloniki for a day trip. I would stay here again.

Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Vom Frühstück bis zum Service war alles wie beschrieben. Einziges Manko, wenn man gerne einen Balkon nach außen hätte, dann sollte man keine Economy Zimmer buchen, da dieses nur einen Balkon in das Hotel rein hat. Ansonsten war alles wie auf den Bildern. Das Hotel, sowie der Pool waren wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und der Service war einwandfrei. Vielen Dank! :-)

Im ganzen war es ok… Zimmer und Frühstück sehr gut… Strand leider nicht.. es wurde keine lLiegen gesäubert und der Müll wurde auch nicht weggeräumt.., leider war auch am Pool der Service nicht gut.., es stand immer noch das Geschirr und Müll vom Vortag am Tisch und die Cocktails an der Bar überteuert und lieblos zubereitet

Την πρώτη μέρα ήταν αρκετά δύσκολα, υποφέραμε σε ένα εσωτερικό δωμάτιο όπου η θερμοκρασία ήταν 30 βαθμοί και δεν μπορούσαμε να τη ρίξουμε με κανέναν τρόπο. Τελικά, την επόμενη μέρα και μετά από επιμονή από την πλευρά μας, το ξενοδοχείο δέχτηκε να μας αλλάξει δωμάτιο. Το καινούργιο δωμάτιο είχε θερμοκρασία 22 βαθμούς. Το σπα ήταν πολύ καλό και ειδικά η σάουνα του που ήταν άνετη και αρκετά μεγάλη, ενώ γενικά στο σπα δεν είχε πολύ κόσμο. Το ίδιο και η πισίνα, ήταν απολαυστική. Επίσης, το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και με μεγάλη ποικιλία προϊόντων. Το πάρκινγκ στον εξωτερικό χώρο του ξενοδοχείου ήταν εύκολο και το εστιατόριο του αρκετά αξιοπρεπές με σχετική ποικιλία. Place is not renewed since 1960’s. Sewer smell every time water runs through drain system. They control temperature for room from front desk. You have no control over your climate. I had dinner at sky bridge Resturant and chicken with mash potato was microwaved like elastic, mash potato was purate. This place should not be in business.

I travel a lot and this was a very odd hotel. It is immaculately clean. But not luxurious/5* by any stretch. Beds uncomfortable, towels thin and decor through the hotel is extremely opulent but not in a good way - Russia meets traveller caravan. The check in process was soo slow, breakfast mediocre and the spa/pool and gym can only be used between 1000hrs and 1800hrs. I was visiting with work and wanted to swim when I arrived just before 1800hrs! I was told very firmly no! I like to workout first thing in the morning- again no!!

I am not talking about the questionable taste of the room design.... but ai was shocked by the lacking quality in general! Breakfast was - sorry I have to say it this way - disgusting. Juices are cheap artificial sugar bombs. Coffee is just horrible instant crap. When I asked for real coffee they said I would need to pay for it. Also reception declined any support. For the nespresso machine in the room they provide some cheap capsules in the original Nespresso box which is an unacceptable cheat! This is definetely not a 5 star hotel! Beware!

Terrible customer service… Non-existent actually. Not worth the high price tag. Definitely not 5 stars. Not enough food options, no spa therapies during peak season. Very cheap with their air conditioning. Lobby and hallways are piping hot during heat wave outside. Weird place. I travel to this area frequently and Will never set foot here again.

Very nice quiet location away from downtown. Staff was excellent. There were a couple of excellent beach restaurants within walking distance with outstanding fresh seafood. Beach and pool very nice.

I've probably stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times now, this time i took my sister in law. She loved it. It's a fab place that feels like it's not been fully exploited by tourism. Staff are as helpful as you can imagine, always smile and do what they can to make your stay as lovely as possible. Breakfast is outstanding, bar snacks in the day are very good value and taste delicious. There is a water bus that runs from the jetty a few times a day and returns. Perfect for a little trip into the city so no need to get a taxi too!

Spotlessly clean and well maintained but it is an older- styled place. I would not call it 5-star - there is simply nothing like 5-star service. Reception staff were unhelpful when it came to dealing with problems we had in the room and with getting pool towels. There was almost no other contact with staff during our stay - breakfast is fully self-serve buffet, not even serving tea and coffee (a machine to dispense coffee which was almost undrinkable). The pool area and beach were nice, but could do without the constant background club music. The location is out of the way and fairly quiet which was nice.

A beautiful hotel, loved the outdoor pool and room with a direct view of the beach. Beach is literally at the front of the hotel. Hotel has spa but unfortunately I cannot rate it higher than 1 because I went there to book a massage around 3 times and there was no one there. Then I called them but no one answered. I reported it to the reception and they said that someone the spa would call me but no one did. So overall the Spa facility was missing from the hotel which was a real shame because this was partly the reason we booked this hotel. Lovely stay in a seaview room. Room was very spacious and clean. Air con worked well and facilities were great. Pool was great, might be nice to have a couple of fans at the pool bar for very hot days. Staff were lovely. Nice town 5/10 min walk with lots of bars and restaurants, reaaonably priced. There is also a boat from nearby pier to Thesaloniki for a day trip. I would stay here again.

In general a nice hotel. But it seems it was more focused on russian tourists. In the area their is not a lot and in the off Season their is kind of nothing open. No Beach, no Pool (just indoor) nothing. It’s ok, but maybe should be mentioned before booking not after booking. The staff was quite nice all the time. All in all I would give it a 3 Star and not a 5 Star.

Det var ett fint hotell men siden det var utenfor sesong så var mye stengt. Beliggenheten var ikke så bra da det tok veldig lang tid å bestille taxi og det var veldig dyrt. En kort tur til nærmeste tettsted på 3 km 8-10 euro. En tur til flyplassen 33 euro.

Alles war super, nur 20 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand bietet kostenlose Liegen, Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Das Frühstück war köstlich. Der Pool war sauber.

Das Hotel liegt an einem schmalen gepflegten Strand und bietet eigene Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Allerdings ist ein Teil des Hotels stillgelegt. Dazu gehört auch die sogenannte Sky Bridge zwischen den Gebäuden, eigentlich ein Restaurant mit wahrscheinlich wunderbarer Aussicht. Das Zimmer war soweit okay. Das Frühstück am Pool war in Ordnung, es fehlte aber auch hier am Besonderen. Die Mitarbeiter insgesamt schienen im dritten Coronajahr jegliche Motivation verloren zu haben. Svært god service. Personalet var meget imøtekommende og hyggelige. Deres respons var alltid "off course". Veldig god komfort i flotte rom. Kort vei til strand og flott bassengområde like utenfor hotell. Alt er rent og ryddig! Bygget er godt vedlikeholdt og ingen ting å utsette på anlegget. Svært godt utvalg til frokost men forventer på et hotel med 5 stjerner ekte juice til frokost, ikke utblandet saft. Reception staff were unhelpful when it came to dealing with problems we had in the room and with getting pool towels. There was almost no other contact with staff during our stay - breakfast is fully self-serve buffet, not even serving tea and coffee (a machine to dispense coffee which was almost undrinkable). The pool area and beach were nice, but could do without the constant background club music. The location is out of the way and fairly quiet which was nice.

I am not talking about the questionable taste of the room design.... but ai was shocked by the lacking quality in general! Breakfast was - sorry I have to say it this way - disgusting. Juices are cheap artificial sugar bombs. Coffee is just horrible instant crap. When I asked for real coffee they said I would need to pay for it. Also reception declined any support. For the nespresso machine in the room they provide some cheap capsules in the original Nespresso box which is an unacceptable cheat! This is definetely not a 5 star hotel! Beware!

In general a nice hotel. But it seems it was more focused on russian tourists. In the area their is not a lot and in the off Season their is kind of nothing open. No Beach, no Pool (just indoor) nothing. It’s ok, but maybe should be mentioned before booking not after booking. The staff was quite nice all the time. All in all I would give it a 3 Star and not a 5 Star.

I travel a lot and this was a very odd hotel. It is immaculately clean. But not luxurious/5* by any stretch. Beds uncomfortable, towels thin and decor through the hotel is extremely opulent but not in a good way - Russia meets traveller caravan. The check in process was soo slow, breakfast mediocre and the spa/pool and gym can only be used between 1000hrs and 1800hrs. I was visiting with work and wanted to swim when I arrived just before 1800hrs! I was told very firmly no! I like to workout first thing in the morning- again no!!
