My room was infested with roaches the entire room had them. The place is unsafe and smokers every corner of the property don't waste your money the picture on the website don't reflect how damage, dirty, and old the property is would not even rate one star Also they change my room had the same problem roaches everywhere the entire hotel is full of roaches also if you get room 220 you have to know that maintenance guy lives in unit 208 next door and he has a dog that barks all night so again don't stay on this place the worst place ever

Roach motel! We rented a room here because it is near Scott and White hospital. Room 151 is between the pool and trash dumpster. There is a 1/2 opening under the door that allows things to crawl in. After an hour in the room we started to notice roaches. We took video and killed about 20 roaches before we removed our luggage and checked out of the room (and stayed at a different hotel in Temple). We requested a refund after showing the video to the guy at the front desk. He said he couldnt authorize a refund. We called the next morning to talk to the owner or manager. We talked to 2 people and got the run around. They said it would be next week before the pest control company comes. No refund issued. This place needs to be shut down!

This place should be called ROACH motel. If you're traveling with a family, I highly recommend do not stay there.

Room was clean, area was nice, staff was especially helpful and understanding. Red Roofs never cease to impress. Always over exceeding expectations.
