Super 8 by Wyndham Temple I-35

Short on wash cloths and plastic cups. I was on 1st floor and whoever was above me was running around in their room making noise half the night back and forth. It was aggravating!!😠

Does Wyndham mean anything when it comes to a lower level hotel? Thinking it doesn't. First room had strong sweet smell to cover up something. Then the door wouldn't lock. Changed room. No hand towels, phone did not work. TV needed a service call from clerk but phone didn't work so had to go down and tell them. Both room floors had small bits that made me think they don't get cleaned very much plus stains on carpet and furniture. Bathrooms didn't seem clean. Worst was there were no lamps on bedside tables. So we sat in the dark because the overhead lighting was way too bright. Outside needed paint and all the HVAC covers were broken. It was a good sized room and the cost was a good value. How it got a good rating is a mystery.

Evrything was nice and clean

Need some work, the room we stayed in was a little musty. There was an active water leak on the ceiling. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful though.
