When we arrived to the hotel, we were informed that we’ve booked only for 2 adults whilst I’ve booked a room for 3 adults and 1 child. That’s why we got a room with one kingsize bed and one single bed. I didn’t wanna argue as I we were tired because our flight was delayed and we didn’t catch the connecting flight. Anyway, I was supposed to pay at the hotel, 4.006,- (1.157,- TND) + taxes for the stay (3 TND or. Night or. Person) so I ended up paying 1.480,- TND as I paid extra for the 3. Adult person. First he tried to tell us that we didn’t pay for an all-inclusive stay, so we need to pay more if we wanted to have it. I argued with the staff about that and they gave us all-inclusive as a “goodwill”, said one of the staff behind the desk. The facility hasn’t been taking care of for decades, and things start to fall and are broken. The elevators are horrible, and you have to guess which floor you are on because no displays work properly. The ventilation is horrible and the smell of the food would stay for hours after the meal. They don’t clean the rooms properly, everything was dirty, and even the bed you could tell how they clean it (By hands). When we finally wanted to check out, the said we haven’t paid for the taxes. And we ended up paying 43 TND extra. Some of the staff were amazing, and I even gave them tips for the service, but the hotel is overall horrible to stay at, at least as a family. I wouldn’t care if I was alone or with my boys.

Old style hotel Some rooms better, some worse. Staff not very dedicated to the job. We asked few times about mini fridge, they promised to bring, but it never happened. AC very mouldy, black. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Not wifi in rooms. Food not bad, but staff in restsursnt not so nice, you need chase them for drink, not enough cutlery, glasses. Only lady waitress so nice and polite Swimming pools nice, snacks nice. Cleaning lady very nice

The hotel is old and need a renovation. It is also over crowded so you need to que a long time for everything like food, elevator and drinks. Also there is no room in and around the pool.

The hotel was filthy. All the sheets and towels were stained. Not sure if they were washed properly. There were cockroaches all over the hotel. The elevator was broken. The phone in the room was disconnected and the tv didn’t work. We had to change rooms 3 times and we had to pay the maid to clean the room. There were not enough lounge chairs or umbrellas at the pool. We had to pay extra to get chairs. We had such a bad experience that my wife had multiple panic attacks.

This was my fourth time staying there and each time it gets better. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Best part of my morning was the water aerobics.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel El Mouradi El Menzah Hammamet. L’animation était vraiment excellente et variée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le restaurant était également une très belle surprise : des plats délicieux et bien préparés. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider, et la piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue. Côté points à améliorer : les chambres mériteraient une rénovation pour être plus modernes et confortables, et le frigo dans la chambre ne sert malheureusement pas à grand-chose car il ne refroidit pas du tout. Autre petit bémol : il faut se lever très tôt le matin pour réserver un transat avec une serviette, comme tout le monde le fait, sinon impossible d’en trouver un de libre pour la journée… C’est dommage car c’est assez égoïste, mais malheureusement il faut faire pareil si on veut en profiter. Malgré ces quelques points, le rapport qualité/prix reste très bon et nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cet hôtel !

Personnel mechant. Nourriture sans gout. On a eu mal au ventre. Piscine pas nettoyé. Les toilettes qui fuient et sentent l’urine. Fille du mini club chacha mechante. Des cafards de partout. Et vous navez pas voulu nouS rembourser. On est parti avant la date prevue et on a pris un autre hotel. Je vais prendre un avocat et partager ça a mes followers sur instagram

Les chambres sont très sales. Les seuls doubles rideaux de ma chambre étaient pour moitié hors du rail et jai du assembler les rideaux entre-eux avec des pinces à linge pour avoir un minimum d'intimité. L'eau de la douche sentait le "moisi", et avoir cette odeur de moisi sous le nez pendant la douche etait difficile à supporter. Cet hôtel s'est délabré en 3 ans, c'est dommage. J'ai choisi la formule 'all inclusive" . Les repas pas bon du tout. Jai pris l'intégralité de mes repas en extérieur dès le 3eme jour jusqu'au 15eme jour et cela à fortement plomber mon budget vacances. A part la réception et son architecture, tout le reste estvieux et sale. Plus jamais !!

Old style hotel Some rooms better, some worse. Staff not very dedicated to the job. We asked few times about mini fridge, they promised to bring, but it never happened. AC very mouldy, black. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Not wifi in rooms. Food not bad, but staff in restsursnt not so nice, you need chase them for drink, not enough cutlery, glasses. Only lady waitress so nice and polite Swimming pools nice, snacks nice. Cleaning lady very nice

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel El Mouradi El Menzah Hammamet. L’animation était vraiment excellente et variée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le restaurant était également une très belle surprise : des plats délicieux et bien préparés. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider, et la piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue. Côté points à améliorer : les chambres mériteraient une rénovation pour être plus modernes et confortables, et le frigo dans la chambre ne sert malheureusement pas à grand-chose car il ne refroidit pas du tout. Autre petit bémol : il faut se lever très tôt le matin pour réserver un transat avec une serviette, comme tout le monde le fait, sinon impossible d’en trouver un de libre pour la journée… C’est dommage car c’est assez égoïste, mais malheureusement il faut faire pareil si on veut en profiter. Malgré ces quelques points, le rapport qualité/prix reste très bon et nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cet hôtel !

staff in this hotel are lovely can’t do enough for you especially when it was my sons 5th birthday and they came to our table with small cake singing happy birthday.. the food was always the same should be more variety especially for young kids. We stayed next door two years ago there Menu was better I thought than this years ice cream would be nice to Be served at dinner sometimes too not Only at the pool bars. Hopefully if we visit again there is some other changes made ☺️

We had a wonderful time. Everyone was very helpful and the Animators team are absolutely AMAZING! Lots of activities to do and no real need of going outside the hotel. Although the localisation it’s great and you have the option to do lots of trips and visit lots of places. We will defo come back.

Séjour très agréable dans sa globalité, le personnel est au top, bienveillants et très serviable ce qui était très appréciable. Les animateurs sont pleins d’énergie et très sympathiques. En ce qui concerne les usagers nous avons été déçu du gaspillage alimentaire et le comportement de certains locaux avec le personnel et en général.

There was no air conditionning in the 3 rooms I was put in, nor in the resataurant, nor in the lobby, so it was impossible to enjoy my vacation. There was always one of the two elevators that was out of order, so I lost a lot of time waiting for one. Also, the employees at the reception were very rude and ignored me several times. They really don't care about the guests. Finally, there is a big security problem because something was stolen from me at the hotel and I know I was not the only client that this happened to.

Je suis assez déçu par cet hôtel… Les 4 étoiles sont à diviser par 2 … Beaucoup de choses cassées … Des transats fatigués, du mobiliers d’un autre temps, des ampoules manquantes, la pomme de douche qui serait grand temps de changer. La baie vitrée est quasiment impossible à ouvrir et il faudrait faire des joints entre le mur et le châssis de cette fenêtre justement ….. des matelas très sales et des chambres vétustes …. En revanche , les piscines sont très biens et propres en général…l’équipe , environnement, est a pied d’œuvre pour nettoyer le mieux possible. Les repas ne sont pas variés du tout… Cette il y a pas mal de choses mais hélas c’est répétitif… En revanche le personnel est très agréable et digne qu’on les félicite. Bravo à eux ! C’est un hôtel que je ne recommande pas . Ou en transit 2-3 jours max

J'ai sejourne avec ma famille du 9 au 15 juillet. Les chambres de l'hotel sont tres vielles et ont besoin de bcp de renovation. Le menu du matin etait identique pendant tout le sejour, auxun changement meme pas dans les varietes de croissants. Les menus du midi et du soir sont tres redendants avec bcp de pate de toutes sorte et pas de variétes. La nourriture manque énormément de goût et les menus sont a retravailler. Le dessert est tj le meme. Il s'agit de la meme base de pate avec qlqs modification au niveau de la decoration. L'hotel est vraiment petit, les toboggans sont petits pas vraiment d'activités a faire autre que les qlqs animations au courant de la journée ou le soir. La proporete est bonne..Un remerciement particulier au personnel qui fait de son mieux pour ameliorer le sejour des clients, mais c loin d'etre suffisant. Je ne recommande pas l'hotel du tout.

staff in this hotel are lovely can’t do enough for you especially when it was my sons 5th birthday and they came to our table with small cake singing happy birthday.. the food was always the same should be more variety especially for young kids. We stayed next door two years ago there Menu was better I thought than this years ice cream would be nice to Be served at dinner sometimes too not Only at the pool bars. Hopefully if we visit again there is some other changes made ☺️

Les chambres sont très sales. Les seuls doubles rideaux de ma chambre étaient pour moitié hors du rail et jai du assembler les rideaux entre-eux avec des pinces à linge pour avoir un minimum d'intimité. L'eau de la douche sentait le "moisi", et avoir cette odeur de moisi sous le nez pendant la douche etait difficile à supporter. Cet hôtel s'est délabré en 3 ans, c'est dommage. J'ai choisi la formule 'all inclusive" . Les repas pas bon du tout. Jai pris l'intégralité de mes repas en extérieur dès le 3eme jour jusqu'au 15eme jour et cela à fortement plomber mon budget vacances. A part la réception et son architecture, tout le reste estvieux et sale. Plus jamais !!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel El Mouradi El Menzah Hammamet. L’animation était vraiment excellente et variée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le restaurant était également une très belle surprise : des plats délicieux et bien préparés. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider, et la piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue. Côté points à améliorer : les chambres mériteraient une rénovation pour être plus modernes et confortables, et le frigo dans la chambre ne sert malheureusement pas à grand-chose car il ne refroidit pas du tout. Autre petit bémol : il faut se lever très tôt le matin pour réserver un transat avec une serviette, comme tout le monde le fait, sinon impossible d’en trouver un de libre pour la journée… C’est dommage car c’est assez égoïste, mais malheureusement il faut faire pareil si on veut en profiter. Malgré ces quelques points, le rapport qualité/prix reste très bon et nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cet hôtel !

Worst hotel ever been to in my life!! It should be called a stinky super noisy boom boom boys hostel. How it’s called a hotel is baffling. Three hours to check in waiting in a vomit floor foyer, never seen such chaos before!! No order whatsoever! only to be taken to an awful bedroom with peeling furniture, food was awful, no peace as boom boom awful noise so loud that we had to go out. Spoke with the person in charge and wanted to leave immediately but she convinced us that we’d be getting a better room the next day, wasted our day with only worse rooms. Stay away as this place is SHOCKING!!

There was no air conditionning in the 3 rooms I was put in, nor in the resataurant, nor in the lobby, so it was impossible to enjoy my vacation. There was always one of the two elevators that was out of order, so I lost a lot of time waiting for one. Also, the employees at the reception were very rude and ignored me several times. They really don't care about the guests. Finally, there is a big security problem because something was stolen from me at the hotel and I know I was not the only client that this happened to.

Only 2 towels for 4 people. Not wifi in rooms. Food not bad, but staff in restsursnt not so nice, you need chase them for drink, not enough cutlery, glasses.
