Al Kiswah Towers Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my family the service was amazing , room cleaning and bed sheets changed everyday. The hotel has its own prayer area floor and free laundry service. The free shuttle bus service was amazing, always had 4 buses running and was never waiting for one to take us the haram and they came straight away. The staff were friendly and helpful and made it a good experience for me and my families first ummrah. Very clean hotel and great locations, lots of shops and restaurants near by for cheap shopping comparison to haram. I would definetely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends, should be a 4 star hotel and has 5 star service! Thank you so much we enjoyed our stay

As a budget hotel it is good.. Room was clean, room service was very helpful, customer service was helpful as well. Tower 1 have big prayer space which is bigger than some small mosque. Also regular shuttle service available, The issues they have self service laundry or there is a laundry shop out side Tower 5. It’s about 15min walk from Khaba.

Reception staff was helpful. Bus service was available to go to the Holly Mosque after the busses drop of still a lot to walk. Was a little far from the desired location. Kids play area was closed during the whole stay. Toiletries was limited and poor quality. Room were small but price was OK compare to the others. Washing machine were available to wash your own cloths. A lot of food places and shopping places were on the walking distance.

Services are excellent, there is a big laundry area as well, nice mosque inside the tower, shuttle service also good, Nothing is really bad in this hotel. I'll stay again inshallah just only lill walk where the shuttle drop of point its hard for elderly or people's who have kids.

Great place to palce for makkah. They got their own transport from hotel to al haram and return as well great customer service and great breakfast etc Highly recommended

Excellent experience at Al Kiswah Towers, good cleanliness, excellent reception, very good room service, 24/7 shuttle bus service to Haram, bag storage service when visiting Madinah, it deserves a better rating. I highly recommend it except for those with limited mobility.

The playroom was good and the rooms were overall good but the gym could do with some improvements

The room was full of dust , it was smell very bad . The washroom get full of water when you shower , the advertising the kids zone but there is a broken slide and one more toy and that's it . The staff are excellent but the hotel need cleaning , and more renovation. They room they advertising in the pictare not matching the reality .

wifi is as bad as you can imagine bring your WiFi Extra expensive for it price this is a one star hotel no hair dryer no iron no prayer mat nothing window doesn’t open no kitchen space… very terrible hotel the real definition of what you order versus what you get House keeping will come 10pm at night to clean!!! When your asleep so I did not get my room cleaned throughout my stay

really disappointing and poor experience staying here for 3 days. no room cleaning for entire stay, had to make multiple requests to get fresh towels everyday, house keeping service non-existent, wifi and internet service is unusable and does not work, bare bones amenities in the room, hot water in shower unusable, rooms and furniture are very dated and uncomfortable

The bathroom and rugs needs real cleaning

Réception : premier contact accueil glacial, 2 chambres attribuées éloignées, bruyantes, pas très propre... Retour réception : vive protestation : accueil plus chaleureux, recherche de solution et finalement attribution de 2 chambres côte à côte dans 1 autre étage plus propres et plus spacieuses. Les plus : proximité du Haram même sans bus, nombreux ascenseurs rapides : gain de temps inestimable, nombreuses boutiques intramuros idem gain de temps, nombreux restaurants à proximité, service bus toutes les 10 mn aller-retour H24... Les moins : environnement bruyant : travaux extérieurs, travaux dans les chambres de nuit, climatisation extérieur : bouches oreilles oblige Bus aucune organisation : anarchie surtout à la montée...

The room is a good size but the furniture is dated. The headboard was broken. The bathroom was had mould and it flooded everytime you showered.

Very Clean!

The Bathroom sink is dirty and the Ceiling has mold and black stains around the fan. The bed mattress is vey uncomfortable and you can feel the wire springs poking your side. Room carpet has stains. Outdated furniture. Very plain room. Reception don’t pick up the phone and no answer most of the time. Far from the Haram. The shuttle drops you at a huge, crowded bus station then you have to walk a long distance to get to the mosque. Not suitable for elderly people.

The rooms were clean and big size.

The room was good and the overall stay was also good. The only downside was that we were in a quadruple room and it felt like it should have been a triple as it was a bit squashed. The bus service to Haraam was very good and the staff was helpful and friendly although they didn't understand English very well. We also had an issue with the keycard not working.

This was an okay hotel. I would highly recommend if you are visiting Makkah to just book a hotel as close to the Haram as possible. These shuttles were great, however they still drop you off a far walk away and getting back on when leaving the Haram is very chaotic. If you want to be able to properly spend time there it's important to have a hotel a good walking distance to be able to rest and freshen up. This hotel is very outdated and needs improvements. Overall, the room was okay. As most stated, there are stains on the carpets, the shower floor leaks easily, and just not as clean as expected. Our toilet was not flushing the first day but when we put in a request they sent someone pretty quickly to fix it. The breakfast was not good - you would think to pay an extra fee for it, it would be nice but the food looked old and wrapped from days before and not fresh at all. You are better off buying something from the Cafe near the lobby.

We stayed here for 3 days while on Umrah trip with family We are a young, active, and healthy family, and even for us, this location was the worst possible choice for everyone. I made the mistake of giving this hotel a chance, even after being warned by friends and relatives—a lesson learned for the future. There is absolutely nothing good about this hotel. The location is terrible, requiring a half-hour uphill walk to and from the Haram. The shuttle service is a joke—it barely saves 3–4 minutes of walking. Forget about taking a proper shower in the room; the entire bathroom floods. I highly recommend choosing hotels on Hijra Road or Ibrahim Khalil Road. Some of them are actually cheaper than this hotel, offer better quality, and don’t require any shuttle. You can easily walk to the Haram from those areas.

Wifi almost nonexistent

Website says staff can speak English but they can’t Manager at reception ignored people by sitting at their computer when there were queues Booked 2 x quadruple rooms but they said they had us down for 2 x twin rooms. Had to argue with them to get the rooms I wanted As I had already paid, I couldn’t leave for a hotel closer but you get what you pay for really

The place is actually far better than the photos. The rooms are much more spacious than it appears in the photos. But the best part of it is the receptionist, Ahmad, who was very very kind, often going beyond to help me and my family. Overall, I will say that our stay at Madinah became smooth because of Ahmad at this wonderful place. A huge recommendation!

Close to restaurants and shuttle bus to Haraam. But the bus elevators take forever, bus drop off is still far from the gates of the masjid, staff comes into your room even when dnd sign is up. Rooms are okay— only two outlets in every room

Overall our stay was pleasant but the check in process was terrible. We waited nearly 2 hours in the lobby cause they couldn't find our booking regardless of us showing them our booking on Expedia as well as having Expedia send them our booking to their email. They just kept making us wait and not finding any solutions, their only solutions would be to contact Expedia which we did and they still would say they don't have anything for us. When we finally asked for the manager, he booked us one night for that night since it was 12 am at this point and we wanted to do Umrah, and he said he'll figure it out the next day (which he did as we weren't contacted about this issue after) to which we were thankful but some staff that night were rude and would say things in Arabic about us assuming we don't speak it but we understood what they said.The staff the night we booked was the only ones who were not great with their customer service skills, the rest of the stay we had good reception service and the staff the front desk were helpful with our inquiries. The shuttle bus to the Masjid is also really nice.

Overall this is average hotel, cheap and affordable. But front desk service is not very professional and very hard to deal with.

A very bad staffs and bad reception I don’t recommend for anyone to stay in this hotel they are not helpful people we stood almost one hour in reception to get our advance booking room key

Our reception lady soukheina was excellent and her warm welcome made our stay in the hotel special.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It’s about 15 to 20 mins walk to the Al-haram or you can catch the 24 hours bus to take you there and back to the hotel.

Bedroom window not soundproof enough. Reception staff on the day was too slow and provided very poor customer care. He was not very welcoming.

Al Kiswah Hotel is a very nice place to stay in Mecca. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. The hotel also offers good amenities and overall great service. The only downside is that it’s about a 15-minute walk to Al Haram. While the distance is manageable, it might not be ideal for those who prefer to stay closer. Overall, if you don’t mind the walk, it’s a great hotel with excellent value for the stay.

It is a very good economic hotel fairly close to the Masjid Al Haram. It runs a free 24/7 bus service to and from Haram. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are decent restaurants Close to the hotel with good quality food. The snacks available at the ground floor are pretty good too. Some garments shops are available at one minute distance so if you haven’t brought enough ihraam clothing, don’t worry. It is available there and actually better quality and cheaper than in Uk. Taxis available in front of the main entrance 24/7 in case you need to do elsewhere in the city to visit other historic places like Hazrat Khadija’s house and her grave at Jannat Ul Moalla. Safe to stay with family. Comfortable beds and noise free environment. I would recommend this hotel to people who are after value for money.

You get what you pay for so no complaints there. It’s a very basic hotel. The bus takes you close to the Masjid but it is still quite a walk there once you get off.

Plenty of basic amenities near by mini markets, takeaways and souvenir shops. 20 mins walk to the haram arriving on the new extension side so would mean walking further to get to the kaaba but can't complain for the price and as long as thought ok to walk. Shuttle bus also available. Hotel is generally clean, service is great very helpful and room service daily visible. Nice little cafe for coffee and a bite.

The hotel is walking distance to the haram (if you wish to walk) shuttle bus service is provided too. However I booked during Ramadan, as such, many of the times roads are closed near the hotel. Facilities wise the hotel is decent; hot water for showering, clean rooms, and alot of shops in and around the hotel.

Lots of beds perfect for families with young kids who cannot stay in a separate room. Lovely services like the kids play area and gym and friendly staff. They allowed us to check out late because our flight was midnight so very kind and welcoming

A very economical place to stay not far from Haram and has a good shuttle service. The breakfast buffet isn't the greatest so would not recommend at all, plus its too expensive. Overall Al Kiswah towers is a very good place to stay in Makkah on a reasonable budget. There are shops nearby for all types of necessities.

Safe, good food, easy to.find taxi to.Haram..Due to.construction. comming back from.Haram to jHotel takes time and taxi charged more SAR.

Kiswah had a convenient location and friendly staff, making check-in smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, though slightly outdated, and the amenities were decent for the price. While some areas, like the restaurant service, could improve, overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Rooms were exceptionally clean this time. The location of restaurant itself isn't very pleasant but is convenient if you're looking for a budget option and don't mind a 15min walk
