Clean and tidy. Coffee and tea available. Shower and toilet across the hall. Nice breakfast with very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location with some parking outside and car park across the road. The only negative is the decor is a little tired.

The only thing good was the staff . The person who let me in was amazing explained everything and showed me where my room was situated. The building is a bit old so the rooms are abit dusty . Pillows had yellow stains bathrooms and showers are seperate away from the rooms which was a hassle . Overall for price its okay not bad not too great .

TLDR: For the price you are getting incredibly friendly and helpful staff, a stunning breakfast, and clean rooms. The showers are the only thing that fit the price, every other aspect of the stay was of a much higher quality than you would expect at this pricepoint. We had a marvellous stay and would absolutely come back again. The rooms were very clean, the linen smelled freshly washed and the beds were comfortable (we do prefer a firm bed firm pillows combination for context). The breakfast was incredibly good, even more so when you consider it comes free with the stay. The bathrooms were very clean, and there are enough that there was no issue with being held up by other guests. The only issue we had is that they showers, though again very clean, are a little run down and could probably be updated, but there has obviously been a lot of work done by the owners to make sure that they are fully servicable in the meantime. Truly no issue especially when you consider just how cheap the stay is, its a great way to see the area on a budget.

Not bad location. Breakfast was good. Owners friendly and helpful. It was like walking into the 1970.deco. clean but dated. Down side, plastic bed protector on bed. Very uncomfortable.
