Perfekt hotel til en forlænget weekend i Palma 👌 Flotte, moderne og rene værelser, god service, lille pool på taget og god restaurant tilknyttet. Hotellet ligger desuden i gåafstand til det meste og busser til Sollér, lufthavnen eller andet går 5 min fra hotellet.

Amazing hotel. Facilities were perfect. Breakfast were great. Perfect location. All staff were amazing. In particular Carla on reception went above and beyond. She drew maps and directions to various places of interest and restaurants. Always had a smile and showed interest in how our stay was going. We would definitely stay here next time we come.

To start the main reception staff, Carmina and Martina were exceptional. They were genuinely authentic in their interest in making your stay a pleasant one. Despite their long hours they were gracious and a great credit to this hotel. They noted it was my birthday and went above and beyond to make it a special stay. The room itself is compact but very functional. There’s some wear on the fixtures and fittings but overall it all worked. We had an actual double bed and not two singles pushed together which was important to us. It was comfortable too. We were in the back which helped with the street noise. However the walls are thin so you will hear other guests coming and going at all hours, more so when they aren’t quiet. The room was clean and had some complimentary toiletries. Our shower door didn’t seal well so it flooded the area outside the door, which the bath mat couldn’t cope with, we managed because they mats were changed daily, and we used a hand towel as a second mat. We recommend this gets looked into. We’d also suggest providing moisturiser with the toiletries and some way to dry wet swimsuits, maybe a line on the balcony? The dipping pool terrace area is small but again functional with seating in the shade or the sun. The sun umbrellas are cumbersome to manoeuvre but that’s a minor thing. We paid £165/night, which was the cheapest we could find for a 4 star in the area. We would return but later in the season when it’s hopefully at a lower rate.

Been there for 3 nights. Excellent location with an Restaurant in house which is realy affordable. All was clean and Staff was extremely friendly. Best: I forgot some Money in my room and all was handled very professionaly. Thank you.

Super Unterkunft und perfekt gelegen für einen Städtetrip. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Bäcker direkt vor der Tür. Im Viertel sind überwiegend einheimische und daher ein tolles Urlaubsfeeling. Das Personal war klasse und hat uns zahlreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal kommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Whirlpool ist Mega. Preise für den Zimmerservice sind relativ günstig.

The staff was great. Very attentive and very friendly. The hotel and the rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are quite big, however I thought the mattress was on the soft side and the shower drains need to be addressed as the room smells like sewage. I understand this may be a problem everywhere in the island. Despite the above issues, the staff makes it worth the stay and would definitely come back!!!

Zentral gelegen. Leider ein offenes Bad in einem kleinem Zimmer. Dadurch hat man ständig eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftiges Lichtschaltersystem. Zusätzlich auch noch seitenverkehrt angeschlossen. Gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal . Leider nur ein Bruchteil der angebotenen Weine verfügbar.

One time, the cleaning lady came into the room despite a clear digital 'do not enter' sign and did not even apologize (whether it was on purpose or she did not care). The room was also quite small with little room to move. For the price paid and overall rating, I would say it was a bad deal. On the upside, it was clean and quiet with a decent breakfast.

It was one of the best stay in Spain. Staff recommended couple of restaurants and cafe and place to see when we are check in. The recommendation are so great, especially one restaurant for dinner and cafe for breakfast. Love to stay again in future.

It is a very clean and sleek hotel. Plenty of shops and every site is walkable. The staff and cleaning staff are very friendly. I was not a fan of the hot food but the cold selection was very good. Overall very good and would come back.

Fijne locatie dicht bij het centrum van Palma. De kamers waren schoon, het personeel vriendelijk en het ontbijt uitgebreid. Het enige puntje van kritiek is de temperatuur op de kamer. Er is geen AC aanwezig waardoor het warmer was op de kamer.

Gran situacion, muy cerca de la estacion intermodal, y junto a muchos restaurantes. El servicio fue muy atento, en especial Carmina. Nada negativo en especial. Quizas, el desayuno podria tener algo mas de variedad.
