Don't book a room with terrace. The photos look like terrace faces outside, but instead it faces the inside of the hotel. Everyone can see into the room, which made me uncomfortable. I asked to switch to a more private room but was told they were full and it wasn't possible.

The hotel is quite rundown unlike what the pictures show. There were so many bugs in our room including dead ones smeared across the wall and when we asked if they could clean it, they seemed bothered by the request. They ultimately moved us to another room that also had similar cleanliness issues but we bought some bug spray and took care of it ourselves. There is a luggage hoist but no elevator, and the luggage hoist didn't even work when we got there so just took the luggage up the 4 flights of stairs manually. The AC was hard to get functioning in the room and there's also zero space in the room for luggage or to put your purse down, etc. as they have covered the only open nightstand space with snacks for purchase. The positives were the shower pressure and the comfortable bed but overall, it was a below average stay.

The photos differ slightly from the room photos shown on Hotels.com The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room had a strange smell when the air conditioning was not turned on. Perfect location within a short walking distance to the Old Town and everything the promenades offer, including various stalls, restaurants, and bars - that area is lively in the late hours, which makes the hotel very well located.

The staff was so nice and our room was clean. Other than the spa, which we didn't use, there are no other amenities. We loved the location.
