Only here for a night on business but found hotel to be comfortable, staff that I met all lovely. Has a small fitness room which I availed myself of and breakfast buffet had everything on offer. Has own car park - charges apply. Minutes to walk to Stockton town centre - have to say its seen better days!

We had a corner room with a wonderful.view of the infinity bridge. The parking felt safe and we really appreciated the EV chargers. The waffle maker at breakfast was a noce touch.

Teesside has never really had good quality hotels. They have hotels, but they are old, noisy, tired, not well equipped etc. And you can never get REAL air-conditioning. Well, the Hampton has it all. Parking, air-con, gym, nice rooms, comfortable beds, proper sealed double glazing, and for me, a nice view of the riverside. It's still Stockton-on-Tees, so keep your wits about you. But definitely recommended if you are coming to Teesside.

The only issue we had was we needed an EV charger, people with no ev cars were parked in the bays The staff are unable to assist to move the cars but tried their best This needs to be addressed and managed better

At check-out, Batina charged me again for a booking that had already been paid through Expedia, leaving me out of pocket by £730. I was immediately lied to: initially promised a refund by the end of the day, then informed again by Pal, the duty manager, that it would take 48 hours. When I discussed the issue with Shaun during my second check-in, he noted my concerns but seemed equally perplexed. Upon my final check-out, I was told by Batina that refunds now take 12–15 days—a complete reversal of earlier assurances. 3 weeks and i am still waiting for the refund

Nice, modern hotel. Great breakfast too. Bathroom could use a deep clean to sort out some small issues with dirty grouting and sealant. Beds are rock hard but pillows soft, go figure?

Use this hotel when visiting relations in Stockton. Position is great. Handy chargeable car park. Very comfy beds and quiet rooms. Used this hotel 3 or 4 times a year since it opened. Stayed June 2024 and found that our room was not as clean as usual, very dusty. Breakfast buffet was only luke warm. Only drink decaf coffee and could not get a decaf cappuccino at breakfast, and only scrambled eggs available. Probably use the hotel again but only because of the convenience.

Great service from staff but rooms were rubbish very average and small the bed was awful literally felt like I had springs poking in my back. Also The tv wouldn’t turn of so had a bring light in my face all night when I was trying to sleep The most stupidest WiFi system ever you have to download an app in order to connect to WiFi which makes 0 sense couldn’t connect my games console! I have stayed in better holiday ins I ended up checking out the next day. Shocking I had high expectations as it’s the famous so called Hilton hotel! Won’t be booking here again!

Customer service is appalling. We booked dinner bed and breakfast. When we arrived we were told dinner was not included as it was not showing on the system. The 2 members of staff were not at all equipped to deal with the situation. We were asked to prove what we were claiming which is fair and we did. But they still didn't want to honour it saying it's not their problem that it's not on their system. They told us we had to take it up with Expedia because that's who we had paid and their system didn't have record of dinner being paid for. Even though we have a receipt proving it. Eventually after totally humiliating myself and my husband and making me cry, in a busy reception area (this was a rare respite break from our neuro divergent children) they did allow us to have the dinner we had pre-paid for. To be honest if we'd known what to expect for dinner we wouldn't have bothered. It was basic and served warm rather than hot. The whole experience was just awful and spoilt what should've been a really lovely night away.

Brand new hotel So bound to be fine and dandy. Parking should be included, an extra £7 was taking the mick I thought. Breakfast was just ok, barely warm, but would have been nice if it had been fresh
