I cannot express just how happy my girlfriend and I were with our stay here. The resort feels like something straight out of Dubai, with modern and SUPER CLEAN finishes. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable, and there are many eating options to choose from. But the true gem of the resort are the staff. Each and every one of them were welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay feel like one of the best we've ever had! I cannot recommend this property enough..

Very beautiful holel with new and modern facilities. Plus: parking, restaurants (on saturday was not possible to eat a "pizza" since it was reserved for external clients), spa facilities (with an extra charge), a beautiful dancing fountain. Minus: the room (single one) was small and a little bit cold (that day there were 0, 1 grades however I was not satisfied from this aspect. Breakfast is too poor for 5 star hotel since you have to choose between a sweet or salty - mix of cheese , salami & prosciuto options(the breakfast is served and there is no buffet) Overall it was a nice stay and I reccomend this hotel at Lavello!
