The staff was nice, but seemed disinterested. There were bags of trash sitting on the floor behind the counter, the place was in a disarray and was not well-maintained. The rooms were run down and it was very noisy in the hallways. The lounge chairs by the pool were torn.

Lobby and exterior of building look great and well maintained. The interior of the rooms had an overwhelming smell of moisture and fabuloso. Im glad they slathered the floor in it but it was sticky and dirty as heck. they've never actually cleaned the floor with it. Feet were black walking around in it and couldn't take it anymore and only spent one night. Lobby and staff were great. Fridge face was rusted out as were sprinkler heads. Mold growing in the shower pan and water everywhere on the floor because track on shower doors not seated or sealed properly.

There was stains on the sheets and comforter. The staff at the front was nice enough to moved me to another room but even that room had stains on the comforter. The carpet was really dirty to the point I didn't want to take off my shoes. The AC had a terrible smell coming from the vents but I had to keep it running the entire time because the room got really stuffy and hot when I tried to turn it off. I walked to Aldis to grab a few things and there was broken glass right outside of the property. I did experience good customer service from two staff one being the lady that checked me in and the other one was the lady helping set out breakfast. I would not stay here again 😒

The room smelled like urine and dogs. The bathroom floor was filthy and sticky. I was moved to a different room on a floor that did not allow pets, thankfully, after walking down to the front desk and showing pictures of my room.

This place is ran down and dirty. My bed had public hair, makeup stains, and lint balls. The chair was broken, the carpet was damp. There was a roach in the hallway. I was moved to a new room. The phone didn’t work, the shower was dirty, there was pubic hair, footprints and pink stuff in the shower, the fixtures were greasy and dusty, the iron was missing. The only positive is the staff. Gabby was patient and understanding, the manager tried his best to rectify the situation. Housekeeping need to be quality checked for a while. That’s nasty and not okay to not clean the rooms.

The condition of the room was absolutely disgusting. The floor in the room was super sticky, there was dust on all the light fixtures, the refrigerator looked like someone had splashed years of liquids on it, and the bathroom walls did not look like they had been wiped down - ever! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone as cleanliness is our top priority when we travel. If that is important to you then don’t stay here.

The saying dont judge a book by its cover pretty much applies to this hotel. The outside and the lobby is dramatically different than when you get in the elevator and go to the room. The room felt like the spare room that is hardly used. The one chair in the room was extremely uncomfortable. The floor was dirty, like it hadnt been vacuumed in weeks. Asked if the floor could be vacuumed the next morning and it wasnt done until our last night of our 5 night stay. On the positive side, the air conditioning in the lobby was out when we arrived but the room a/c was working just fine. Breakfast was the same bland fare you get nowadays.

Welll my privacy curtain was not hung when I got into the room it was on the floor.. I didn’t report it to the front desk cause it wasn’t a really big deal as far as light getting into the room

An exposed plug that looked really sketchy was used for the ac, it looked like a real fire hazard, breakfast was good, the shower had no pressure, I couldn’t have washed my hair at all, and the room was fine, but really dusty, the wall lights looked like they had never been cleaned

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. We had some issues during our stay, one is there was no remote control for tv. The phone in the room had been completely diconnected so we couldnt call the front desk. The next day the Maintenance guy took care of both issues. But the phone seemed to be on a constant mic. Making a static noise. We eneded up unplugging it. The internet was down or not working most of the week and there is no secured internet, most Laquintas i have stayed at have had password login internet. This made working from the room difficult. Since this was a longer stay for us... the breakfast became very mundane, a change in hot food or fruit ecery few days would have been great. The only other issue is the lobby tv was on Fox moat of the time, i feel hotels should keep it neutral in the eating area.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, our room was directly beside the elevator. I didn’t think hotels were usually designed this way and there is a reason! We listened to that elevator go up and down all night long which was frustrating and interrupted our sleep.

The girl with the red hair (I forgot her name) was super friendly and helpful. The luggage carts were being used by other guests so she offered to help us carry our luggage, the kindest gesture we’ve ever been offered by a desk manager. The overall presentation of the hotel was clean and visually appealing. Our room was spotless and the layout was designed nicely. We appreciated having an actual bathroom instead of having the sink in a separate area like some hotels still do. As people with sleep apnea, we also appreciated the design of the nightstands. They are the perfect size for fitting the CPAP and it was nice to have outlets on both sides of the bed. We actually carry an extension chord when we travel because most rooms we’ve rented at other hotels don’t have outlets near the bed. If we were to follow the same route, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I called the day before to notify the property that I would be checking in late, and I was assured that they would hold my room. Upon arrival it took one hour (I arrived at 11:30pm and was not able to complete check-in until 12:30am) to complete check-in because she gave away my room to someone who was displeased with their "dirty" room. I was given a room that had one king bed and a sofa bed with no linens. The mattress had several stains and was maybe 3 inches thick.(very uncomfortable) I had to go back to the lobby to pick it up since no one would bring it up to the room when I called downstairs. And last, the carpet in the room was sticky and made the bottoms of my feet black. I will NEVER stay there again!

I was stuck in A terrible accident on I 65. I was there until three in the morning. When I was able to finally get here, they had saved my room and pre-checked me in so all I had to do was get my key and go to bed. The staff is fantastic very kind. I would definitely recommend this place. I give it a five out of five on everything.

This hotel seemed to be in a very unsafe location with “no trespassing” signs posted all over the property as well as several homeless people around the property. Elevator was very loud and shaky and the elevator certificate of operation was expired. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Convenient location right off the 65. Walk to grocery store and restaurants. Friendly employees. Very clean excepting the elevator. Only one was working, but it had cracked tiles and very dirty tracks. Am assuming it will get repairs once the other is working. Dog friendly. Note-employees were repairing their cars in the parking lot. This hotel is a bargain!

This La Quinta is easily accessible to I65, within walking distance to a good bit, and lots of dining options close around. The only negatives were: The finish on the wall in in bathroom and one place in the room were bubbles up and chipping off. There is no microwave in the executive king room. There is no room darkening curtain or shade on the windows, only a mesh privacy shade that doesn't block out light. The hotel is very quiet, though, clean, and overall well kept.

Stayed one night, specially for the continental breakfast and pool. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean, descent pool. Unfortunately the continental breakfast was near to non-existent. Breakfast is open from 7-10, upon arriving at 7:30, No hot breakfast, No coffee, and the waffle batter empty. Tried to eat an old bagel but settled for a bowl of cereal. So disappointing.

When we first got in the room we discovered there was no remote and with my boyfriend being a football head and wanting to watch sports that wasn't good. Luckily I went downstairs and told the front desk lady and she got us one in minutes. Breakfast sausage eggs biscuits and gravy were good.

Hotel is clean, and everything was in great condition. The ONLY thing I can ding them on was the fact that the shower drains slow - like almost ankle deep shower slow. Breakfast was what you expect a hotel breakfast to be. Couple cereals, some yogurt, waffles, sausage, biscuit and gravy, and questionable eggs, pastries, bagels and toast.
