Localização muito boa do Babel Alto na região de Palermo. Reservamos 4 apartamentos para toda nossa família. O prédio está depreciado e precisa de reforma. Os quartos não estão tão bons como outros da região, ex. bulnes eco suítes. Foram cordiais nos contatos e checkin, porém não conseguiram resolver problema do chuveiro. Água quente por apenas 3 minutos, o que não permitiu dar banho adequadamente nas crianças.

La habitación no parecida a la de las fotos, la cama correcta, las toallas limpias, el resto llega al mínimo raspando, la habitacion olía a producto de limpieza pero no estaba limpio, migas en los rincones, todo muy barato y muy gastado. No es para volver. Correcto si no queda otra pero no es un lugar que sea lindo o acogedor.

Babel Alto is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. There is a bakery/coffee shop located beside Babel Alto, Nucha, where you can have breakfast, coffee, sandwiches, and all sorts of pastries. Uber rides are very cheap, so you can take Uber to a lot of places of interest, from Babel Alto. The check-in procedure was very smooth - it was all online. They'll give you the access code to the main door and the code to get your key. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. The air conditioner/heater was in good working condition. The only downside with an apartment is that it's not a hotel where you can get daily housekeeping. There is no housekeeping, or I should say cleaning is done every 7 days - but there were enough toiletries. Another downside was the hot water was very limited, so you cannot take a hot shower for more than 15 minutes, and hot water takes 25 minutes. The shower enclosure was also not great, so water went all over the floor. But these are small things I can live with. I will book Babel Alto again if and when I go back to Buenos Aires. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I communicated with them through WhatsApp. I requested a late checkout, and they were okay with it.

All seats (chairs, sofa, etc) were stained and disgusting. A single remote control for 2 AC’s. Poor condition in some places (for example, the kitchen was painted around the fridge). Area is nice, but you can find much better places for this money.

Localização muito boa, 20 min a pe dos melhores restante de BA. Vizinhança boa, comércio e cafes. Wifi muito precário, quase ao ponto de não funcionar na maioria das vezes. Sistema de água quente ruim (a agua fica fria após 15 minutos). Não há espelhos na além do banheiro, que também tem uma iluminação precária. Não trocam as toalhas em estadias menores que 7 dias.

The studio was very bland, no decor and pretty sparing for a long term stay. Comfort is not something I would use to describe the studio. The wifi was also pretty poor which made working difficult, a router would have been helpful. The television was old and not a Smart TV and only local channels in Spanish. The staff was friendly and helpful if there were an issue. All and all it wasn't a bad stay, but these studios arent the best for a longer term stay where you want to feel more at home.

Price was excellent. Liked the terrace and ease of entry. Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen area had excellent supply of utensils for cooking or just eating. We were able to walk to all stores and other points of interest. Couch needed to be replaced as springs poking through made it uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The people here are very friendly, helpful and genuine. I had a problem with the room I was given and they resolved the situtation in a good way very quickly. They take what they do seriously, without complacency The place is clean and they look after it. It is right in Palermo, close to everything you might need.

Property was ok , simply furnished but appropriate for the price. The problem is that check in / out is complicated. When paying at property I had to pay in advance, not in site. I also had to pay a deposit in cash or with a local only system. Check out is before 11, but there are people available only after 9:00 to return the cash, which is a problem for early flights, and in my case, the person was only available after 9:30

El hotel estaba centrado, lugar seguro, y amplio. Limpio y accesos faciles. Lo único que tuve inconvenientes es que cuando llegamos, ya estaba cerrado el check in, y yo agendé por una plataforma (hotels com) y no facilitaron mis datos para poder hacer el check in y poder entrar. Por suerte una persona salio del hotel y me dio el número de WhatsApp del hotel y me ayudaron con el check in en mi horario de llegada( 19:00 pm).

The building service team provided services for store luggages for free which give us flexibility to participate city tour and other activities before or after checkin/ checkout. Highly recommend Babel Alto apartment hotel! It will be our first choice when we visit Buenos Aires again. Xiaoli

The shower enclosure was also not great, so water went all over the floor. But these are small things I can live with. I will book Babel Alto again if and when I go back to Buenos Aires. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I communicated with them through WhatsApp. I requested a late checkout, and they were okay with it.

Localização muito boa do Babel Alto na região de Palermo. Reservamos 4 apartamentos para toda nossa família. O prédio está depreciado e precisa de reforma. Os quartos não estão tão bons como outros da região, ex. bulnes eco suítes. Foram cordiais nos contatos e checkin, porém não conseguiram resolver problema do chuveiro. Água quente por apenas 3 minutos, o que não permitiu dar banho adequadamente nas crianças.

Babel Alto is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. There is a bakery/coffee shop located beside Babel Alto, Nucha, where you can have breakfast, coffee, sandwiches, and all sorts of pastries. Uber rides are very cheap, so you can take Uber to a lot of places of interest, from Babel Alto. The check-in procedure was very smooth - it was all online. This was a great place to stay. Walking distance from a lot of great places to visit. My family and I had four different apartments, checking in was easy and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The spaces were clean and the staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The coffee shop next door was awesome and convenient. We would definitely stay here the next time we come to Argentina.

Price was excellent. Liked the terrace and ease of entry. Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen area had excellent supply of utensils for cooking or just eating. We were able to walk to all stores and other points of interest. Couch needed to be replaced as springs poking through made it uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Localização muito boa, 20 min a pe dos melhores restante de BA. Vizinhança boa, comércio e cafes. Wifi muito precário, quase ao ponto de não funcionar na maioria das vezes. Sistema de água quente ruim (a agua fica fria após 15 minutos). Não há espelhos na além do banheiro, que também tem uma iluminação precária. Não trocam as toalhas em estadias menores que 7 dias.

I chose this place because I had stayed here two years ago and it was OK. I booked one night; my flight home was the following night, so I asked if I could book an extra half day. They said I couldn’t, so I booked two nights, which I accepted. When I booked this second time, the advertisement and my booking confirmation mentioned an airport shuttle (for an extra fee). I was traveling alone with my baby and a toddler, so that service was important to me. After making the reservation I contacted the property about the shuttle; they replied that they were no longer offering it. Check-in was smooth. However: -The balcony window wouldn’t lock; it was broken. -The bathroom window couldn’t be closed properly and cold air came in. -The shower had no hot water. The manager sent maintenance and said the water heater was broken; they offered another apartment, so I moved my things. In the new apartment the shower also had no hot water. -The bidet wasn’t working. We were unable to have a hot shower for two days. I asked politely if we could receive a refund, but they did not respond. Not recommended

The apartment has two balconies with view to the street, it is in the heart of Alto Palermo, near by restaurants, mall, shops and transportation by bus and subway. Palermo is one of the best areas with beatiful parks to walk.
