Very nice hotel located near LoDo District in Denver. The one negative about this hotel is the very high price of valet. If you are on a budget there are plenty of lower priced parking garages with in walking distance to hotel - but the hotel does not conveniently share that information with their guest. I was told to download a Parking finder app and figure it out myself. Overall the positives outweighed that one negative.

Great location, 10 minute leisurely stroll to Coors field, 10 minute walk from Union Station after taking the train from the airport, eight minute walk to get my shuttle for ZZ Top at red rocks amphitheater. Had breakfast at Eddie Fisher‘s one morning and that was good. The pool was excellent and well maintained and I was even motivated to go in and lift some weights because the gym that looked so inviting.

Nice enough place. But only one of three elevators was working which was quite inconvenient. Another guest said she stays theee often and there only have ever been one or two working. Staff was very friendly and seemed to be working hard and responsive. Great place to stay for a Rockies game.

Parking lot was small. Noisey area , but hotel and staff are amazing. The pool are is nice and opens to the outdoors, but the water is not heated and was very chilly. Clean comfortable rooms.

We stayed at this property as it's convenient to Coors Field. 12 floors of rooms and only 1 of 3 elevators was working for our 3 day stay. The pool water was extremely hot, at least 90 degrees, so we didn't use it. It was very noisy at night. We needed a toothbrush but the front desk told us to go to a convenience store, they didn't have any. I tried to get change from 3 different areas in the hotel (for tips) but they refused. A customer gave me change. Of the 4 hotels I booked for our trip, this was by far the most expensive. Plus $49 per day to park.

Staff was nice. A/C - can't have a constant fan running so hallway noise was noticeable. Shower head fell off spout when I attempted to change the angle. I had to press it back in place and not touch it again. Had to use the bath mat to clean up the flooded area in the bathroom. I did the housekeeper's job by cleaning the floor. The white towel was dirty because the floor was never cleaned. The shampoo/conditioner/soap containers were lazily placed on the wall, not even plumb. Great American workmanship - 'Good Enough.' Wall sconces appear crooked on the wall. Starting to become a little shabby.

Room was spotless with a wonderful view of Downtown. Hotel was perfect walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation. Jolie at the front desk was amazing - very kind, friendly, and had such great tips! Such a great experience for Downtown Denver stay!

They did not have the type of room available that we booked. Not sure how - I booked and drove straight there.They put us in another room and it was dirty - food on the floor from last occupants and a dirty tissue on the chair. I asked for directions to park and was unable to find the garage (because they sent me the wrong direction)so I had to use their valet parking because it was game day and tons of traffic. The ice machine was broke so I had to keep going to the next floor up to get ice. They never fixed it or put a sign on it. One of the elevators was not working.

we were only at the hotel for a short stay, overnight. Everything was good, except the room was not fully clean - hair in the bathtub and the carpet wasn't fully clean. Also the parking people were rude. We were not valeting our car and the parking person barely gave us time to drop off our bags. I understand that city hotels are limited, but we need 15 minutes to drop off our bags.

The hotel is great quality and close to the LODO area for travellers. The best part was the restaurant Hoodie Fisher. The breakfast is the best we have had in years and was complimentary with our booking and we eta here two nights too as the food was so good. The only niggle was the high charge for parking as there is no self parking option

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very clean, there was a King Soopers across the street which was very convenient to purchase snacks, etc. There are a ton of restaurants nearby. The hotel is also very walkable to Union Station and Coors Field which was a great bonus!!

Stay was just okay. Our first room had a really strong smell of bleach. We asked if there was another room we could switch to and luckily the staff was very understanding and granted that request. Unfortunately the second room was pretty unclean, there were uncomfortable stains on some of the furniture and the shower head would drip all night. We put towels underneath it to mute the sound slightly. Slightly disappointed since I usually have such good luck with Hiltons, but at the end of the day, it was a place to stay.

This is the second year in a row I chose this hotel when coming to a conference. I do so because of the location, comfort, delivery storage, and the swimming pool. Two issues caused my rating to go down one star. The first was that the pool was unavailable for two days without previous notice, and the second was that the hotel did not provide a locked room to store the luggage after checkout. I find this insecure, so I asked about keeping mine in a locked storage room. The staff was not too helpful, but in the end, they did. The bad surprise was that they could not (or did not want to) close the room. Imo, this is not acceptable.

Our room was lovely. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had nice product and excellent water pressure. The traffic on the glass house sode of the building is a little loud but the floor to ceiing windows made up for it.

Pros - clean and close to Coors field and the train for the ball arena concert. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was really good. Cons - our room was right on the I-25 on-ramp and the road noise is all night and awful. Paid 10 dollars extra for a large window view of the power station and the air conditioner is like a freight train.

Room (1005) was nice , clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of Coors Field. Convenient grocery store and restaurants in walking distance. All the amenities were working and available. Staff friendly during arrival/departure and stay. Hotel snack shop is very expensive I would recommend going directly across to the grocery store. 24/7 valet so you can come and go as you please. Hotel is secured. You will need a keep card to access the elevators and at a certain time of night the front doors lock. Overall great hotel and will stay there again when I’m in Denver!

The hotel was average, nothing special. Valet was rude. The worst part was there was a liquid seeping up between the planks. It was disgusting. We called the front desk, they sent a maid. She wasn't sure what is was either, tried cleaning but since is was under the floor, kinda inpossible. We called the front desk and they refused to do anything. The sweet maid brought up a bunch of towels for us to lay down, we were very thankful. Very disappointed, will never stay there again. Rude valet and front desk staff that doesn't prioritize guest comfort.

Checked in but hotel had been sold out. The staff worked to get us a room but it was different than what we booked. Instead of letting us know at check in, we were told “I’ll be right back” and were left standing there with no explanation for 10 minutes. In the end they made it right, it was just a weird experience. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Out “upgraded” room was fine - Mountain View was more of a view of the power conductors behind the hotel.

A guy at the front desk was a bit of a j e r k when I asked about using the stairs because there were about 40 people waiting for the elevator. Scoffed at my request to use them and told me the elevator was around the corner. When I mentioned the large number of people waiting already he gave me a snotty response. Other than that it was fine.

The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. Very convenient to transportation and walkable for food. Only complaint is terrible bathroom doors make sharing rooms with family or friends tricky. The restaurant was great but a bit expensive.

Property was great, breakfast included with the room is also great. I loved that it is not the standard continental breakfast wit fruit, eggs and bread. You have up to 8 - 10 different options. Hotel is just one block aways from Baseball stadium and 1 mile away from Ball Arena so great if you are planning to go to Stadiums.. It was great, would like to visit soon again... did not like the deposit you need to leave 150 Dlls ( I am still awaiting my refund )

room didn't have toilet tissue had to ask the clerk downstairs for more along with towels. I also asked if room could be clean while we were out for the day but came back to unclean room. Service was not great I would not stay there again.

The manager, Mike went out of his way to help with an error I made on the reservation. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and very accommodating! I really appreciated all the staff making us feel so welcome! I highly recommend this hotel!

Not far from Union Station, gives you affordable transportation options. Walkable to different neighborhoods or you can take an Uber too. Across the way from a grocery store/pharmacy so if you forget anything you can buy it right there. As a solo female traveler this trip, I felt safe within the building.

The Hilton Garden was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to swim laps in the morning, head down to breakfast which was delightful. we highly suggest purchasing the breakfast package! They have the best coffee, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. We stayed multiple nights and by the 2nd day, they knew us and remembered our dining pref's. Live relaxing music at the hotel's restaurant Woodie Fisher.

Great vicinity to Rockies stadium and grocery store for ancillary items. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, and comfy beds. My only complaint would be that the restaurant within the hotel doesn’t deliver for room service. The Woodie restaurant service is a bit slow, but the food is good.

Stayed here for work. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I enjoyed breakfast at the attached restaurant, very delicious. A short walk to Prost Brewery and other spots for dinner or drinks.

They said no breakfast was available or an option unless we ordered from the overpriced restaurant. Nobody could direct me where to get a phone charger. It’s 2025, it should be a basic amenity to have available for guests. The recognized it was my husbands birthday at the end of check in, and offered us one alcoholic drink voucher, and simply shrugged and said ok when we said oh we don’t drink. Put us in a room on the 4th floor facing traffic. Overall for 185 dollars it was the most mediocre experience I’ve had in 20 years of traveling.
