Be aware that the shuttle from or to the airport will cost €12 each way or €20 for two people. It’s cheaper to get a taxi. The 2nd floor is is looking straight into the parking lot so no privacy with open curtains.

Got there late but had 24/7 check in so no problem. Has an attached free parking garage which was a bonus. Very close to the airport which was the reason I booked. Would stay here again

15 minute walk from the nearest train station, Its a bit dark in places but you hit the street after a few minutes. The hotel is modern and comfortable with a nice breakfast along with the check in staff.. Efficient and friendly. The snack bar prices are ridiculous.. 8Euro for 1 water and 1 Soft drink. Shame really.... tarnished a otherwise great stay penny pinching a little more out of you.. its not nessary

Hotel Campanile ist bestens geeignet für Flüge ab BER. Man ist weit genug weg, um keinen Fluglärm zu haben. Mit einem sehr sympathischen Shuttle wird man direkt zum Flughafen hingebracht und wieder abgeholt. Das Auto kann man kostenlos in der Nähe des Hotels abstellen. Bei Flügen ab Berlin werden wir das Hotel mit diesem tollen Service immer wieder nehmen.

Parking can be an issue if you have a rental car, there is street parking for free, but if you can’t find a spot, you have to pay €10 to park in their garage. The room is very small but clean and quaint. The price was very reasonable. I would stay here again.

Bit expensive for why it is, but I guess it was December in Berlin. Breakfast as expected and done the job… room was exactly as expected. Evening food not available at hotel, so had to order takeaway, but they have the restaurant cards in the room.. be aware they only accepted cash (not sure if this is standard).

Enjoyed my time there. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.The area was a bit far away from anything to do, so we definitely had to get a taxi / Uber to get around. We rented 2 rooms, and they both had a funny smell - they were clean, but just smelled off so we kept the windows cracked at all times. I would have no problem recommending it to friends, or going back myself for another stay.

Beim Check in werde ich gefragt ob der Zimmer Service täglich erfolgen soll, was für eine Frage?? Ist doch eigentlich selbstverständlich. Das Waschbecken kann nicht benutzt werden weil der Abfluss nicht geöffnet werden kann und dadurch das Wasser nicht abläuft. Obwohl an der Rezeption gemeldet wird fünf Tage lang bis zu meiner Abreise nichts gemacht. Aus dem Abfluss in der Dusche richt es sehr stark nach Fäkalien Dem Manager muss das bekannt sein, denn der Zimmerservice läßt das Licht an, damit der Abzugsventilator den üblen Geruch absaugen kann. Dichtung an der Duschtür fehlt, nach dem duschen ist der Fußboden im Bad nass (wird vom Zimmerservice aber immer beseitigt auch sonst war der Zimmerservice ok) Leider wird mir mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in schlechter Erinnerung bleiben.

Room wall “well used with marks on the walls. The worst part was the sewer smell coming up from the shower drain. Absolutely horrible. I ran the shower for 2 mins and then placed a hand towel over the drain to keep the smell from coming up.

Unfortunately the first night, the rooms heater was not working and because it was very late, we did not report this. Very cold room, the next day we were moved to another room. This was not so clean and the drain in the shower smelled badly. But at least it was warm.

J’avais laissé mes affaires dans la chambre, et la réception m’a annoncé que je devais payer 115 € pour les récupérer, alors que j’avais déjà réglé le montant total du séjour (175 €). Je considère ce paiement comme contraint et abusif. L’hôtel a retenu mes effets personnels pour m’obliger à payer, ce qui constitue une pratique illégale, à la fois selon le Code civil français (article 2286) et le Code civil allemand (§§ 985 et 812 BGB), qui interdisent la rétention injustifiée des biens d’autrui. Wir haben das Hotel zwar nur zum Schlafen gebucht um Berlin zu erkunden, aber die Erfahrungen hier waren nervig. Check-in, alle Koffer Taschen im Zimmer und Huch ausgesperrt und Schlüsselkartensystem defekt. Wir kamen über Stunden nicht mehr auf unser Zimmer. Auch die Medikamente waren im.Zimmer. so ein Theater. Beim Arzt Freitags anrufen, Not ERezept ausstellen lassen und in der City Medizin abgeholt. Erst in der Nacht 0.45 kamen wir in unser Zimmer. Wir baten um Rückmeldung vom Hotel wenn alles wieder geht, haben aber keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Trotz Beschwerde war das Hotel nicht zu einer Erstattung bereit. Der Weg zur S Bahn wurde völlig falsch mitgeteilt, so dass wir falsch gelaufen sind. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es einen Supermarkt, einen Asia Restaurant und im angrenzenden Hotel einen Italiener. Mit der S Bahn braucht man gut 40 min ins Zentrum. Fazit: für An und Abreise Flughafen gut, aber für Kurztrips nicht zu empfehlen

Eher schlecht als recht..... Der erste Eindruck wurde durch einen sehr unhöflichen Rezeptionisten erschlagen. Wir kamen um 13:30 an und fragten freundlich nach unser Reservierungen....es kam kein Hallo oder Guten Tag zurück, sondern nur (wortwörtlich)...Anreise erst ab 15 Uhr. ... !!! Sorry, aber wir sind Gäste, wir bezahlen diese Dienstleistung. Etwas Personalschulung wäre hilfreich....Schade, aber das geht besser.

The worst place ever the receptionist guy with his tie thinks he owns the world you talk to him the most respectful way he has the worset attitude ever always angry. You need room service you have to beg them to do it during my 3 days stay I ran out of toilet papers and clean towels they don't do room service way too expensive for its price and the rude staff who work thrre.

Nähe zum Flughafen gut , aber wenn man noch mal nach Berlin City möchte lange Fahrtzeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und nach 20:00 Uhr fährt der Bus von der U Bahn Station nur noch stündlich. Man muss dann zum Flughafen fahren und ca 1,2 km laufen. Öffentliche kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Zimmer und Bett ok. Im Badezimmer Abflussgeruch der nach dem Duschen für kurze Zeit verschwand. Leider keine Verdunklungsvorhänge. Aber für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung

15 minute walk from the nearest train station, Its a bit dark in places but you hit the street after a few minutes. The hotel is modern and comfortable with a nice breakfast along with the check in staff.. Efficient and friendly. The snack bar prices are ridiculous.. 8Euro for 1 water and 1 Soft drink. Shame really.... tarnished a otherwise great stay penny pinching a little more out of you.. its not nessary

Haben das Hotel für eine Übernachtung genutzt, um am nächsten Morgen vom Flughafen BER zu fliegen. Eignet sich dafür gut, da der ÖPNV fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Its a nice hotel, if you have a car, because it is far from the city, if you need a sub there is one 15-20 min walking, or a bus in front of the hotel and is very near to the airport of Berlin

I chose this hotel as the information read as though we could walk from airport to hotel. This was not the case and I had to pay €25 to safely get to the hotel after 45 mins of walking! The WiFi at the hotel didn’t work either which made planning travel back to airport the following morning really difficult. Travel info needs to be very clear. I would have chose another hotel I think had I know wasn’t possible to walk to it.

A bit in the middle of nowhere, especially since the trains weren't running to Schöneberg; so I ended up using Uber or walking the 2 miles to Rudow U-Bahn station. Not ideal, but the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.

The Campanile Berlin "Brandenburg Airport" is not an Airport hotel. Getting to Brandenburg Airport requires a 15 minute walk followed by a 12 minute bus ride. The Campanile does not offer airport shuttle service.

Zimmer roch unangenehm nach Plastik. Frühstück lohnt sich nicht für diesen Preis, besteht überwiegend aus Wurst- und Krautsalat. Klimaanlagen funktionierte nicht. Check-in erst verspätet möglich aufgrund eines Brandes im Hotel. Weg zur S-Bahn Haltestelle nachts unsicher, Shuttlebus zum Flughafen überteuert. We thought our rooms were great! The beds were comfy, rooms clean and bathroom was lovely with nice hot water. I really don’t understand why anyone would say the place is noisy because we didn’t hear a thing most of the time and breakfast was simple but very tasty. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and we all agreed we’d stay again.

Perfekt für eine Nacht in der nähe des Flughafens. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich. Der Teppich im Flur und im Zimmer sollte mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten war alles sauber.

Bit expensive for why it is, but I guess it was December in Berlin. Breakfast as expected and done the job… room was exactly as expected. Evening food not available at hotel, so had to order takeaway, but they have the restaurant cards in the room.. be aware they only accepted cash (not sure if this is standard).

It was easy to find Easy to park Fast and helpful check in but the room smelled so bad (but we were to tiered to ask for another room The bath room floor looked a little disgusting at a spot After the night the bathroom had a bad smell probably because the sewer should be cleaned The breakfast was good but it some normal bread to cut (there was only toast and bread in pieces) and some creamy cheese could be nice The staff was kind and understanding
