Large room, polite and helpful staff. The airport was a surprisingly convenient location. The gym was quiet.

On the whole a good stay, however disappointed by the spa facilities. Only one of two saunas worked. Steam room also faulty. No showers in the spa area

This is a nice hotel with a steam sauna, organized sauna services, and easy access to transportation for getting around Berlin

The spa should open more hours per day

Taxi from main station unable to get to the hotel because he wasn’t licensed for the airport. We had to drag our luggage 100 m through the rain. No mini bar!! No room service menu!! Ordered food to the room not knowing the price ( food was good, but expensive. ) toilet flushing mechanism was defedective ( water didn’t shut off most times after flushing) .

Guter Saunabereich

The check in was smooth, but the attendant mentioned that this room had a good view. Unfortunately it faced the entrance/ exit to the terminal and very noisy if you open the window. The Air conditioner did not work either, so I was forced to open the window and could hear every suitcase hitting the pavement. The Air conditioner did not work all night. Additionally, the steam room in wellness was also out of order. One pillow in the room is also not acceptable.

Das Zimmer und die Mitarbeiter finden unsere volle Zustimmung. Etwas enttäuschend war der Saunabereich! Es fehlten die Becher für Wasser. Sonst war auch immer ein Apfelkorb dort- warum sind die Bauarbeiten nsvjb1 Jahr noch nicht erledigt

La chambre est très confortable. Dommage que nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement des infrastructure du sauna (la douche et le sauna 90° étaient fermés)

I was really disappointed with this hotel - booked for the convenience of the proximity to the airport terminal the overall look is classy and well appointed, The room has problems however - it was far too hot and the air-con was ineffectual. This meant had to open a window which halted the air con immediately. The bed had a small top mattress which made the single bed unstable and we both felt like we could fall out on the side. Finally to top it this morning there was a cockroach running around the stylish bathroom. Perhaps a little more concentration on the basics was needed. I would have complained but on leaving there was no-one around!

The room I was given was clean but the toilet seat was covered with dried pee. photo provided. You can catch serious disease through unsanitary toilets in addition it is disgusting. This is not acceptable! I had to change room dress back re pack instead of going bed and resting.

O quarto estava sujo e com muito pó. Meu nariz entupia a noite. O aquecimento é central e o quarto ficava muito quente. Mas no geral foi uma boa estada.

Das Zimmer war sehr sehr schön, sauber und groß. Die Lage war top.

The shower did not drain, it was obviously a reoccurring problem because the room smelled like mold and the water leaked under the tile to the carpet in the bedroom. Should have been fixed before renting the room. I called the front desk and the offered a different room but it was late and I didn’t want to move.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and affordable accommodation at Brandenburg Airport. My only quibble is that there were no outlets near the bed.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable. But the lack of more than two power outlets in the entire room makes it quite inconvenient for the modern traveler with multiple tech charging needs. And the kiosk for automated check in that bypasses the front desk takes much longer than simply waiting for a human. So, overall OK for sleeping. Quite a comfy bed, and the room and bathroom are very clean.

Like: Only a few miniutes walk to Terminal 1. Very clean. Don't like: The bathroom has a plane of see through glass. You can see the person inside the bathroom from the outside.

The quietness and top insulation of the room make it hard to believe that this is an airport hotel. All services, room, and staff were of the highest standard.

The check in was okay, did it on a self service machine in the lobby, but it was very redundant in the sense that I had to re enter all my information even though I had already done so when I initially booked the room online. This was my first time at this hotel so I was surprised that in order for the room electricity and ameneties to be usable you needed to place the room key card into the card slot on the wall, keep this in mind in case if you are staying with multiple people and someone needs to stay in the hotel room. For some reason the wall between the bed and the bathroom had a small glass window view? The room itself was very clean and came with fresh towels and bottles of soap, had a mini fridge and some chairs and a desk as well as a tv with limited channels. The biggest plus of this hotel was that it is right outside the airport door, no need to find local transportation to the airport, it is a 30 second walk away from the entrance. There is also a Rewe super market located inside the airport door for great last minute purchases late at night or during the day.

Nice spacious room, I especially like the desk which is big enough and has easy to reach power plug for working with my laptop (these days not a given in hotels!). Coffee machine, water boiler, and a small fridge. Wished there was bath tub.

I asked the lady at reception three times at around 9 pm on 25/8 to give me a wake up call at 5.15 am on 26/8, as I had to be at the airport by 5.45 to catch my flight. No call was made, whether at 5.15 or at all. Luckily I woke up of my own accord just in time and just made the flight. When I complained to the gentleman at the reception desk, he simply shrugged his shoulders. It is a small matter on the face of it, but could have had disastrous consequences. It would be nice if the hotel had taken it seriously. By not doing do, it revealed the contempt with which it treats its customers.

Lights not working, no heat nor ventilation in the bathroom and a bed that felt like concrete. Add to that staff that try to squeeze extra money from you for services that are already included in your booking and ignore other included benefits and you get the perfect combination of an uncomfortable stay with service to match. If you have to spend one night at Berlin airport, find a bench in the departure hall - it’s free, just as comfortable and with better service.

Check in was easy, the staff was courteous and friendly, and the hotel is at the airport making it very convenient for people catching a flight.

Upon arrival, no one at desk, tried to use self service registration desk - after 3 failed attempts, caught attention of staff on office behind counter to register. Clean room, great breakfast, very convenient location for access to airport Terminal 1.

The hotel is ultra convenient, comfortable and well equipped. I usually enjoy my stays there. This time the check in took more than one hour since they could not readily locate my reservation.

This is a very nice hotel literally AT the Berlin airport. There was a short line upon check-in, which was fine, with two desk agents working. After one finished and I was next in line, she looked past me to the flight crew waiting to check in and gestured them over. I am not upset they took the crew - though I'm not sure why that needed to happen; they were going to bed, not for a flight. But, ok. No problem. The problem is that the agent didn't even acknowledge that I was next. She didn't say, "He'll take you in just a second." and then gesture the crew over. I would have been fine with that. But nothing. And her line was not a crew-only line. The customer she had just been helping appeared to be a regular guest. She just looked past me like I wasn't even there. The next agent did check me in and that was fine. He was friendly and professional and got the job done. The room was really roomy and very nice and modern. Two issues though: there are no outlets near the bed. This is a problem if you use your phone for your alarm, as we do. So that was a pain. A bigger pain was the poor air conditioning performance in the room. We had it as cold as it would go and it was still probably over 70F in the room. It was pretty miserable to sleep in that. We called the desk in the middle of the night and were told that they'd look at the system on their end. It then got slightly cooler for 10 minutes and back to the heat. I'm not sure I would stay here again.

Just a one-night stop to catch an early morning flight the next day. Reasonable price, spacious clean room, and a short walk to the airport terminal.

Very convenient to BER airport it’s like right 1 minute walk from entrance door! Ein minute draussen aus der flughafen tur und sehr bequim auch !

Superb location, three minute's walk to the terminal!

Good choice if you're arriving or leaving Berlin. But not a good choice if you want a base for touring the city, too remote. A very short walk into the airport yet quiet enough if windows closed. Comfortable, spacious, and fully appointed room. Good restaurant for a first/last German meal. Could have used more electrical outlets for those who have modern electronics. And the bathroom was a bit weird with a large window from the room and glass doors. Many guests might want it to be a bit more private.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen. Das ist für Fluggäste optimal. Wer diesen um übersichtlichen Flughafen nicht kennt, kann ihn erstmal erkunden und dann im Hotel übernachten. Für nichtfliegende Touristen ist das Hotel nicht geeignet, da rundherum neben weiteren Hotels nur Ödland ist. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant ist hervorragend.

Vi strandede i Berlin lufthavn og overnattede på dette hotel. Vi tjekkede ind kl. 22.30 og besilte en bøf og salat. Det var fantastisk og personalet gav god service selvom restauranten lukkede kl. 23. Men lidt kedelig morgenmad.

O hotel é excelente e muito próximo do terminal 1 do aeroporto. O café da manhã possui uma variedade imensa de frutas, queijos, pães, bolos, iogurte, é maravilhoso. O restaurante do hotel também é muito bom, o atendimento é impecável.

Only draw back was the breakfast. €24 is a steep price and the quality was very poor. Over-cooked dried up scrambled egg, dry overcooked sausages, dry and hard pancakes. An extortionate price for such low quality. Everything else about the hotel is fantastic though

This was a great hotel and in walking distance to the airport. The room was lovely, very clean, spacious and modern. We had dinner at the hotel that was first class and the service was outstanding. My husband ordered a burger and I ordered a BLT and they were as good as any that we have had in America (our home).

I stayed here for one night due to a morning flight, and it was VERY convenient to the airport. It took me about 5 minutes to get from my room to the flight check-in area. Excellent breakfast! Excellent food selection and eggs/omelets cooked to order. The hotel is your typical corporate-feel airport hotel. The room itself was clean and a good size. Nice lighting options in the room. I traveled in early September, and the room was very hot. The air conditioner did not work well at all. You could slightly open the windows, but due to the hotel's proximity to the airport, it was too loud to sleep with them open. I kept hearing the jet engines on the nearby runway taking off with the windows open. With the windows closed, the noise was not an issue. There were no coffee/tea services in my room, but I did receive a complimentary bottle of water. I ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs. The food was good, but the service was very slow. Allow for substantial time. Overall, if you need a room close to the airport, this hotel is a good option. I would stay again...in a colder month.
