No qualms about the ambience, the cleanliness or the services offered. However I took 2 bars of chocolate from the room that cost me 600. I only noticed later that it was 2 weeks past its expiry date.

Service and cleanliness was excellent. Staff are good. But for a 5-star they seemed lacking in some areas where they missed keeping the snacks and beverages in the room as well lack of some important stuff required for a hotel stay. Breakfast was good with good variety. All restaurants and even room service closes at 10.30 pm which is a complete NO for a 5-star hotel
