Room was super clean and huge! We had so much room, the couch/lounge area was a great bonus. Only "complaint" is that we didn\'t have connecting rooms, they were next to eachother though, so no big deal. And besides, we never asked for connecting rooms, so its not much of a complaint. Could\'ve used some more parking out front, instead of having to park in the back and walk to the opposite end of the hotel.

Room was super clean & stocked well. Pool & workout room were clean - we didn't end up using them. The breakfast was horrible - the bfast sandwiches & cheese omelets were rock hard! The waffles were fine, normal yummy as always. There was also cereal, yogurt & milk. The fresh fruit bowl - the bananas were green & beat up & the red apples were mushy as they had sat there way too long w/being rotated. This is the 2nd time we've had a horrible bfast experience as a Home2Home stay.

Was a very nice and clean stay. The rooms were huge, even had a dishwasher in the room, which was a nice amenity even though we did not use it. The bathrooms were very large as well. The only negative thing about this was the breakfast did not look that great. They also have lobby coffee that was available at anytime which was a nice perk

Clean and comfortable. It is a newer hotel and has a "sterile" feel to it. In my opinion, a bit pricy for what it is. Hotel is located across the street from a new mall and has easy access to all parts of Overland Park. Easy parking. Friendly staff.

This was my 2nd stay. I like the studio apartment type vibe of the room with space to work, eat, watch TV and sleep, and the buffet breakfast has lots of options. Hot beverages are available in the lobby 24/7. Very close proximity to shopping. Staff have been very welcoming and helpful each time. It feels safe as a female solo traveler.

The staff was excellent from check in to check out. At 9 p.m. they were out of decaf and they offered to make more immediately. Hotel was nice and the room was accommodating. The only thing is the room, specifically the bathroom could have been cleaner. Lots of hair that was not mine. Otherwise, it is in a great location. Will stay again.

Here’s my honest review- 3 stars We’ve stayed here in the past but this time we didn’t think it was as clean as before. The carpets were matted and sticky in the rooms. The smell of dog was sooooooo intense in the room and hallways. That’s usually what you get when you stay at pet friendly hotels. In the evening, the outside smells like dog poop. They should have a designated floor for pets and the rest of the hotel for non pet rooms, because the mattress and pillows reeked of dog pee too. We usually stay at Home2 in every town we visit. But this one hit different in terms of cleanliness and smell. The people who work there are super friendly and nice.

Drove 6 hrs to get here. Once we arrived and checked in I noticed they had me in a room with a single bed when I booked a 2 bed 2 months before. They told me there was nothing they could do because they over booked the hotel and couldn’t refund my money because we booked through hotels.com. No one bothered to call me throughout the day to tell me any of this and I guess they just thought them giving me a room at all would make us happy. I booked this 2 months prior there is absolutely no reason that should happen. On top of all of this another family in our group had to argue with the desk to even get in her room because her husband booked it in his name and again he was 6 hrs away, THEN one of our other rooms that we had in our grouped couldn’t get in their room at 11pm for over an hour because the card reader system just stopped working and there was no maintenance on property and of course the front desk didn’t know how to fix it so we had about 4 teenage girls (we were there for a cheer competition) in our room trying to get ready for bed and parents sitting in the hallway not being able to get in their room.

I prepaid for my room in advance. When I arrived to check in the desk clerk told me charges were declined. After twenty minute wait he said he was incorrect and checked me in. I paid for a 2nd night when I checked in. When I came back the 2nd day their system was down and all of my belongings were discarded because they check me out despite me paying for two nights. Very disappointed.

Spotless hotel, comfortable, roomy suite, friendly staff. My only quibble, and I am ashamed to admit it, was the breakfast. I did not care for anything they presented and I was there over a week. The “omelets” were out of the freezer and into the microwave. The egg sandwiches were tasteless. No breakfast meat anywhere. The bananas were overripe and returned to the table daily. Bagels, bread, English muffins and waffles. All boring. Nothing sweet on the menu, other than syrup. Breakfast hours are from 6 to 10, very nice. Breakfast staff are great. I confess to nit picking. Oh, my wife loved the oatmeal. A big pot, not the individual packets.

Came for my son’s socccer tournament and it was amazing! I usually pick Home 2’s and this one did not disappoint! Great neighborhood with walking distance to shopping and stores. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly! My kiddos loved the free breakfast and the pool
