The Main Pool was ridiculously shallow.

Fantastic hotel with lovely pools. Including 2 slides (1 small, 1 slightly bigger). Room was very good, the staff were excellent and breakfast had a great selection. It’s location is perfect with a 5 min walk to the beach x highly recommend particularly for families with small children

New resort with friendly staff and 2 min walk to Kata beach. Kata beach appears much busier than some other beaches as there are beach chairs lined up everywhere. Kids loved the slide at Ozo. Breakfast quality and spread was great. Easy to walk around for dining and shopping options.

大人2名、5歳、2歳のファミリーで滞在しました。 1ベッドルームスイート(シティービュー)を予約したのですが、チェックイン時にプールビューへアップグレードしていただけました。角部屋でバルコニーも広く、プールも見えるので子供達も大満足。素敵なプレゼントでした！ お部屋はとても広く、4名で過ごすには十分でした。キングサイズベッド1台とのことで、家族4人どうやって寝ようかと心配していましたが、こちらが何も伝えていないのに、ソファーにベッドメイキングをしていただいており、子供たちが寝るには十分でした。心遣いが嬉しかったです。 施設については、プールはキッズエリアがあり小さい子供を遊ばせられましたし、大きなプールは温水だったので、ゆっくり遊ぶことができました。 レストランの食事も毎日メニューが変わり美味しかったです。 周辺エリアについては、近くに屋台やレストラン、コンビニが充実しているので食事には困りません。また、両替所も目の前に複数あり、空港よりもレートが断然良いのでおすすめです。 ビーチへも徒歩圏内でした。 またぜひ宿泊したいホテルです。

Great family-friendly hotel. Breakfast in the morning was great. Water park was addictive to kids. Will certainly repeat if I come to Kata Beach/Phuket in the future!

The room was perfect and staff was super friendly. The food was 10/10 and number of halal options were so good! The pools were awesome and the location was next to the Kata market. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Hôtel avec une piscine juste trop trop chaude car peu profonde, lit pour enfant qui glisse car c est un canapé lit ,plage à 2 minutes mais trop sale !

Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, walking street, 711, massage und Party ist alles sehr nah. Das führt auch dazu, dass es abends etwas lauter sein kann. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern unterwegs und aber hatten keine Probleme mit einschlafen. Generell ist das Hotel auf Familien ausgerichtet mit Kinder Pool und viele Spielmöglichkeiten. Gäste sind gemischt, viele russische, asiatische und arabische Gäste. Unser zimmer war, für das Alter des Hotels, schon abgerockt, mit Schimmel an den Fugen, überall paar Macken und der Boden total uneben -aber ok.

The hotel is very bad in terms of cleanliness. There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom, and the water was not clean. The cleaners leave their dirty towels everywhere in the room. If you care about cleanliness and quality, this hotel is definitely not suitable for you. The pools and slides are in poor condition, with not enough water to be enjoyable, and there are no lifeguards.

The hotel is nice and spacious family hotel. It has 2 pools, one for kids with a playground. And another one which is bigger bit not too deep. The breakfast at the restaurant was great, lots of choice and good food. In general the food throughout the day was okay, we ate there several times. Service was good, sometimes slow. Every other day a cinema evening with different food choices are offered for kids. Improvement points are the smelly glas surface of the tables and dirty pillows at the chairs - this should be definitely changed. The rooms are clean and depending on the category have a balcony. The issue in the rooms is that the air conditioning blows you in the face all the time if you’re in bed, this was very annoying, so we basically had to sleep without AC cause it was not manageable with it. What was as well a pity, that we asked for 2 additional towels, and after the next cleaning they were gone again. Cotton pads etc were never refilled in the bathroom. And floors in the building are cleared with something which has a strong and unpleasant smell. In genera service was good, the only thing we were not happy with at all, is that after a 2 weeks stay the late check out had to be paid for. And that there was no flexibility with price while we extended, the hotel management was not able to go with the online price. The beach is 5 mins walk and it is great there. And restaurants & bars are across the street. We can recommend that hotel for a family with kids stay!

Vi har testat många hotell vid Kata Beach och Ozo är med lätthet det bästa hotellet vi bott på, väldigt trevlig personal, sköna sängar, bra snabbt internet, enormt bra pool som endast är 1.20 meter djup, perfekt för barn, finns en annan pool med vattenrutschkana och lekland för de mindre, finns verkligen INGET att klaga på, riktigt bra hotell! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean but nothing special. Bathrooms were on the smaller side and strange that the one for the family room (that was designed for more people) wasn't any bigger than the regular room. Easy walk to the beach.

酒店位於karon沙灘尾段，大kata沙灘頭段，酒店整體都不錯，設施和設計比較新，服務員有禮貌，我預訂的是家庭套房，小孩房間和成人房間中間有門可以互相通往，有私隱又可以照顧小孩。酒店環保，不提供牙刷和牙膏，也沒有拖鞋和護髮素提供。附近有些小商店，SPA和餐廳，餐廳營業到晚上11點。酒吧就到半夜2-3點都還營業。幸好聲音不影響酒店住客。酒店對面還有一個小型夜市，食物較便宜，不過個人覺得餐廳的食物質素比較好一點。交通有taxi，到巴東沙灘只需要車程20-25分鐘左右。大約車費400B，酒店有3個泳池，1個1.2米高的泳池適合中童和成人游泳，還有1米和500cm高的小童玩樂池，有1大1小的水上滑梯。酒店每天打掃房間有點馬虎，有時房間清潔完還會發現地上有頭髮和小垃圾，還試過把新的床鋪套遺留在房間沒拿走。最討厭的是房間浴室，浴室玻璃門設計有問題，每次從淋浴間洗完澡出來都會整地都是水，害我去旅遊還要每天清理浴室。如果酒店可以改善一下淋浴間就非常好。

Lidt for små værelserne - garderoben ligger inde på badeværelset. Det var meget upraktisk. Hotellet ligger perfekt, god mad til gode priser og perfekt for børn.

Fint hotell nära stranden. Delux rummen är alldeles för små. Garderoben var i badrummet och balkongen var så liten, det fanns inga möbler på balkongen som man kan sitta på. Hotellet är nybyggt och fräscht. Frukosten var bra. Nära till stranden vilket är ett stort plus.

les chambres sont plutôt petites, et lorsqu'on ouvre le balcon on se trouve directement face a un mur . il est dommage que toutes les chambres familiales soient ainsi, dans l'ensemble est pour le reste tout était magnifique merci

A great hotel close to my diving center, clean with big rooms

Great place in great location. Nong was great and looked after us at meal times and drinks by the pool.

Check in was a disaster. The staff member insisted on a voucher or a booking number even I could see that she found the booking in the computer after typing in my name from my passport. Then I had to look up the booking on my phone and she wanted to take a picture of my phone… for what? I’ve stayed in OZO before and been pretty satisfied but this was a joke. Wasting my time. Bathroom toilet seat was lose and the towel hook came off the wall and fell on the floor. Poor maintenance unfortunately. Charging 200$ for a night you would expect more… I have more than 200 nights a year in hotels around the world and last time I’ll stay in this hotel unfortunately.

Rummet var bekvämt, frukosten god och varierad, och området kändes tryggt och lugnt perfekt även för familjer. Vi återvänder gärna!

Main issue i have requested connecting rooms, because of traveling with 3 small but kids, but when arrived to the hotel they had us side by side. They wanted more money for connecting rooms, saying they are selling it....Doesnt seem fair to me. This made it very hard to manage, especially at night. Also rooms are very small, and the day bed is impossible for a kid over the age of 6 to sleep in it, although they are selling the king side bed room suitable for 3 people. Food was very good, and location was in a prime location.

Excellent hotel, mainly due to the excellent staff EG Naan on reception. Recommend for families, big pool and mini water park which my kids enjoyed a lot. Food was good, a little repetitive though. Near the beach, just a 5 minutes walk out the back gate. Across the road from walking street, so lots close. A couple of things to note: Drainage ditch disects the property - maybe cover this up? The floor of the children's pool is very rough and causes grazing of the skin very easily. Russians dominate this property and the resort. Make of that what you will. I recommend this hotel, clean and well run.

New hotel, good and friendly Staff,menu variety in breakfast, kata walking street just in front of hotel

I really can’t say enough about the experience we had here. The staff is abundant and extremely nice. Anything we needed, they had it. They also treated our two children who are 5 and 7 extremely well. The buffet breakfast every morning was fantastic! They had a happy hour for drinks everyday and a good selection For lunch and dinner as well. It’s a little expensive to eat at the resort for lunch and dinner compared to going out to some of the places nearby but not super expensive for a family of Four overall. The pools were amazing, the gym was good for a hotel, Room was awesome, housekeeping was awesome. The only small complaint we had was our shower was all glass and the seal on the door was poorly designed and leaked when we showered. It looked like the only way to fix it would be to replace the whole door. Nothing the staff could do for that. It’s just a poor design. We just put a towel down to soak up the water. That’s literally the only small inconvenience we had. We loved the place, the vibe and rate it 5/5 stars.

Bästa tänkbara location. Nära till precis allt. Bra service rent, passar barnfamiljer. Lite klent utbud på frukost.
