Hôtel de charme, très bien situé à 2 pas de la Ville et de la côte. Personnel au top. Sur le rooftop, pas vraiment une piscine mais un petit bac dans lequel barbotter et plusieurs transats pour bronzer. Seul hic, si vous voyagez entre amis, c'est cette tendance des hôtels de ne pas isoler la chambre de la partie salle de bain/sanitaire. Résultat : isolation visuelle très faible et phonique inexistante, pas d'intimité possible et impossible d'allumer la lumière des WC la nuit sans réveiller tout le monde ! Sur la partie petit déjeuner, on regrette la margarine (pas de beurre) ou la pate à tartiner en mini emballage en plastique qui n'est pas vraiment écolo ni 5 étoiles. Mais on apprécie le verre de cava tous les matins.

We just stayed for 5 nights and overall it was a great stay. Good points: Location was nice and quiet but close enough to everything. Staff helpful and friendly. Spa area was a nice touch. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice. Roof top also nice. Things to improve: Could be a little more variety on breakfast. The room was so hot even in November - air con had little effect. Only 2 English news channels on the TV - would be nice to be able to log into Netflix or something? The roof top pool is not a pool, its a fountain and there are only a small number of beds. The bar was barely open? Drain smelt in the bathroom Overall a very nice stay but I think I would try somewhere else next time

Beautiful rooftop terrace. Spa was wonderful too. Music and tapas on rooftop terrace Fridays, great ambience. Staff were so pleasant and willing to help. Toiletries five star Short walking distance to cathedral, Palace, shopping and restaurants

Excellent property in central Palma. Its a smaller boutique hotel so facilities arent as expansive as the larger Four seasons etc. service is impe and the location is fantastic being bang middle of old town. Pool area is also limited both in size and avaialbek sun beds on sun rood as is dining /breakfast options but with palma just a foot step away that was not an issue. The service and personal attention makes up and the difference to a larger luxury chain. We considered Cappuccino hotel as well but so happy we stay there as we went for coffee and breakfast and service was poor and rude. We wouldn’t rate Antigua a full 10 out of 10 based on other luxury stays . if you are expecting all services and amenities to be available then possibly look elsewhere but if you value peroanal service and a service touch it definitely deserves a strong 9, boutique feel and location. Chose this hotel based on what you need and like. Fantastic stay, great staff (couldnt ask for any better!) Beautiful beautiful stay and service. Gracias

The property was absolutely beautiful and charming. Def check out the roofdeck. The staff was lovely, the only negative was the parking. We could not fit our car and we still are waiting to get a refund.

Utmärkt litet hotell i väldigt lugnt men centralt läge. Gångavstånd till allt i Palma. Hotellet är väldigt fint och servicen är verkligen riktigt bra. På taket finns en liten ”plunge pool” med solstolar, parasoll, soffgrupp och servering runt. I källaren finns ett litet SPA som kan bokas privat.

Not a 5 star hotel. The staff was not that friendly. What they call a pool looks like a fountain. So small that only 2 people can be in at the same time. Also, they allow non guests to enjoy the rooftop and guests have no privacy in such a small space. Also, there is no view. I stayed at Hotel Basilica at the beginning of my trip and it was way better, pool was bigger, private and the view was amazing.

I was greeted by Laura, who had emailed a few days before my arrival, and she was just lovely. My room was available earlier than anticipated and Laura happily helped get me checked-in straight away. I got a quick tour of the room, some info about the hotel, spa facilities, breakfast arrangements etc. Once again, really friendly and super helpful. The accommodation is lovely - cleanliness was perfect, the design details I loved, the bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, along with the shower facilities etc. I used the spa facilities on day 1 and it was so nice to have it all to yourself - I really like that system, particularly as a solo traveller, but equally for couples it's a lovely space to relax and recoup. I didn't use any of the dining facilities as there are so many wonderful choices in and around Palma.

The hotel itself was beautiful, everything spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing - so professional and helpful, and friendly. Possibly the nicest staff I’ve met in a hotel. The only things that could have improved our stay were the breakfast offering (another coffee machine and a bigger food selection) and a bar open later than 10pm.

Beautiful hotel, ideally situated in the centre of Palma. Excellent staff, who couldn't do enough for you at any time. Our room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. Rooftop bar was a delight and the service was always with a smile. Would definitely recommend this hotel for sure.

We loved our stay at Antigua! The hotel is beautiful and the courtyard and rooftop deck are charming. Our room was so spacious with the bathing area on one level and the bedroom area on another. The location of the hotel was fantastic. Close to the old city and all the shops and restaurants for you to explore. We definitely recommend staying at Antigua during your visit to Palma!

Das einzige, was eventuell zu bemängeln ist, ist das unser Zimmer (Nr 10) sehr dunkel war. Durch das kleine Fenster mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegende Hauswand kam auch an einem sonnigen Tag kaum Licht herein. Dieses Zimmer würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Very nice hotel, good food. But thin walls without much noise insulation, so you could hear pretty much everything outside your door - that was unfortunate when there were wedding guests coming home loudly in the middle of the night.

We had a fantastic stay here in a Deluxe room which was beautiful and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and attentive at all times. The breakfast was fresh and there were a number of hot options from the kitchen. I had a ham and cheese omlette and the pancakes which came with fresh berries and syrup. Delicious! The location is perfect, very close to the cathedral and the central shopping district. The rooftop bar is excellent, the strawberry mojitos were incredible! We wil be returning here, we loved every minute of our stay.

This is a little gem of a place. The roof terrace was beautiful especially the saxophonist who entertained us for the evening. Bathroom, was not quite private enough for mother and daughter but we made it work. Fittings and furnishings top notch.

When we first arrived the service was excellent, personable and friendly and this continued throughout our stay. The rooms were excellent and spacious. The property is pretty close to the cathedral and therefore the old town where the recommendations for restaurants the staff made were all excellent.

The accommodation is lovely - cleanliness was perfect, the design details I loved, the bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, along with the shower facilities etc. I used the spa facilities on day 1 and it was so nice to have it all to yourself - I really like that system, particularly as a solo traveller, but equally for couples it's a lovely space to relax and recoup. I didn't use any of the dining facilities as there are so many wonderful choices in and around Palma.

The Hotel Antigua was amazing. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops and also the main cathedral. You are centrally located to take a short taxi ride or public transport to beautiful beaches. The design of the lobby and rooms was beautiful and felt like it honored the history of the building. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating (which is not what I have always experienced in Spain) which I really appreciated. We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

This was a great property! We were only here for 2 nights but enjoyed the city very much! We were able to walk to many locations from our hotel.El Jardin del Turia was nearby as well as many beautiful buildings and squares.There was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed a cocktail and dip in the little pool after walking miles. Staff was friendly and helpful

Antigua Palma is an outstanding hotel. The staff are most friendly, the roof is fantastic and the rooms are lovely. The location is perfect for walking everywhere and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend
